Imaginary door Objectives: To review or reinforce concepts To build vocabulary To develop an understanding of the events of war Age of Learners:10 Level of learners: Beginners I can use it as a while activity. I can teach specic words about war. Students imagine that there is a magic door in the middle of the classroom.The other side of the door,something is waiting for them.When they go through the other side of the door one by one,they will be the place of Gallipoli war.They see the war how it is.. Have the students share what they see. Environment Orchestra Objectives: To produce the sounds in a particular emotion. Age of learners: 6-10 Level of learners: Beginners I can teach some adjectives (sad,happy,fear...) It can be used as a post activity One person is as the orchestra conductor or leader. Other students sit as though they were musicians in an orchestra. The conductor/leader will create emotion sections. For example: Some students are the Sadness Section Some of them comprise the Happiness Section Two more make up the Fear Section One person can be the Guilt Section Another can be the Confused Section And the list could go on. Each time the leader gestures to a particular section, the students will make emotional noises by avoiding using words words (make sounds that conveys the feelings). When the leader raises his hands high, the volume of the performers increase. Hands low, the volume decreases.Students must make certain that they pay attention to the leader and become silent as soon as the leader points to another group.

Mirror hands Objectives: to express a mood to improve degree of concentration Age of learners: Suitable for all levels Level of learners: Beginners It can be used as a while-activity I can teach some verbs (brush your teeth,get dressed,wash her face or hands, crying, smiling) Students stand facing each other in pairs with their facial expressions .One student is the leader and begins movements and facial expressions..The leader does some facial expressions and his or her partner has to act out as accurately as possible,as if in a mirror. Both students in each pair shuold have a turn at being leader. For example while the leader is washing his/her face, getting dressed, brushing teeth or smiling/cying, his/her partner is acting out the same. Food pantomime Objectives: To provide sts pretend To teach some grammer pattern (t looks..,t tastes... t feels.. t smells..) and vegetables and fruits Age of learners: 6-10 Level of learners: Beginners It can be as a pre-activity Ask students to use imagination and pretend to nd in front of them some vegetables or fruits.Keep the class together by asking them to show you vegetables and fruits that they has chosen.Take students,step by step,through eating vegetables and fruits. Teacher says my apple looks great, tastes delicious,t feels very smooth.. Firstly,they touch,eat then give information about their vegetables or fruits just as the teacher does with using it tastes..,t smells...,... Then teacher count to three and close the activity. Imaginery ball Objectives: to get students to think, listen and pay attention. Age of learners: Pre-K to 6 Level of learners: Beginners It can be as a pre-activity I can teach word-association Students stand up in a circle. The rst student holds an imaginary ball in her hands. She tosses the ball to another student in the circle, while saying the rst word that comes to mind For example, ower. The student who catches the ball then says the rst word that comes to mind, for example, garden. The students continue tossing the ball and making word associations.
