During the period the membership numbers in Portugal have

remained fairly stable. There
was a decline in 2005 followed
by three years of increase after
which the evolution turned negative again. The membership

slightly different evolution as the
population of scout and senior
scout age range have had a

in an increase in market shares
during those years.
