1. Who are the main characters of the film? What are the roles?

The main characters of the film: The young rich man, who is basically good, is unable to accept Jesus' directive that he give up the treasures of this world for the greater treasures of Heaven. Zacchaeus is the Chief Publican of Jericho, gaining great wealth by cheating others. A sinful Publican, struggles to come to grips with his emerging faith in Jesus, and finally accepts with his fellow man and achieving eternal salvation. Important characters in the film: Jesus-powerful, blessed Heavenly father, who seek and save those who lost or sinful. Bartimaeus-arrested and became in prison; who gave realizations and awaken the faith of Zacchaeus (witnessed the miraculous healing power of Jesus) 2. Compare and contrast the 2 main characters in the film. Two wealthy men respond to Jesus in very different ways. The young rich man asks how to gain eternal life and leaves saddened because he won't forsake worldly wealth; while Zacchaeus, the publican, gives half of his wealth to the poor and restores four-fold anything wrongly taken, to follow Jesus and receive salvation. 3. Whats the message of the film? How does it relate to our subject matter? How nearly impossible it is for those who love money to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to squeeze through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom. And yet, what is impossible for man is made possible by Gods mercy. There is no generosity in giving to those who can easily repay. Even misers lend money when they are certain of being repaid in full. Give to those who appear before you in need, to the destitute with no hope of repaying your gift. You have to practice forgiveness, even if such persons take advantage of your kind acts. Do not store treasures on earth where moths and rust corrupt, and where thieves break in and steal. Instead, choose to hoard your treasures in heaven, where neither of them can get it from you.

4. How do you define heaven? Heaven is a place where you can find Gods possession. You can find everything you want more than the world can offer; LOVE, HAPPINESS, and CONTENTMENT. Free from misery and suffering. You can find yourself worthy and significant who has a good heart, well-spirited and God-fearing. Some do good acts only when they are certain of an audience. For these, there is no reward. When you give, do not behave like the hypocrites, who ring bells in the temple and parade in the streets. Do not even let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Give quietly and in secret; and your heavenly Father who sees such acts of kindness will reward you openly. Learn to give and it will be given back to you abundantly, more than you can imagine, multiplied and overflowing. By the same measure that you distribute your generosity, your reward will be measured in return. II. What is the implication of this to you? DOMINICAN EDUCATION OR PRACTICED IN AQUIANAS UNIVERSITY For me, Dominican education/practiced in Aquinas University is significant in the development and provision of learning to students. . Applying these practices will allow the students to perform well in academics and help to achieve accomplishments. Aside from the customs of the school; most of the students were embedded to be Catholic. For me, Aquinas University is a center of excellence in terms of education creating well-spirited, God-fearing students with knowledge, skills and attitude.
