CONSTRUCTION PAKYAW CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: This Construction Contract, made and entered this 9th day of September, 2011 and between the Municipal Government of Naval, Biliran Province represented by SUSAN V. PARILLA Municipal Mayor, and Nathaniel S. Branzuela Filipino of legal age, and resident of Naval, Biliran Province hereinafter referred to as Contractor. WITNESSETH That the Municipal Government of Naval Wishes to engage and contract the services Nathaniel S. Branzuela to Construct the Two (2) Units Concrete Table (Labor only) at the Naval Municipal Grounds, Naval, Biliran. That he has represented itself to be competent to undertake the aforementioned project and follow by its plans and specifications and labor, tools and supervision for the aforementioned work. That the Municipal Government of Naval shall pay the Contractor the amount of P 2,400.00 payable on the basis of percentage of work accomplished. That unless terminated for cause, this contract shall remain effective until the completion of the project; In witness whereof, the parties hereto have signed this contract this 9th day of September, 2011 at Naval, Biliran.
