Advisory Calls to be Handled by the Resource Center by Year End In our ongoing commitment to making it easier for advisors, we are moving the handling of Advisory Services calls to the Resource Center. This move will take place by year end and will provide one place for advisors to go for Advisory-related issues/questions and also bring an end to the inconvenience of transferring calls. There will be no immediate changes for the advisor other than the routing of the calls. Updated: Preferred Ticket Charges If you are an Investment Adviser Representative it is critical to begin using the updated contract 88A - Preferred Asset Management Program Account Agreement now available on the Broker-Dealer Center. Starting September 1, Brokerage Operations will reject requests submitted using outdated contracts. The updated contract reflects ticket charges that go into effect on October 1 and directs clients to consult their Schedule H Disclosure Agreement for pricing effective between when they sign the contract and October 1. Since it is necessary to provide Preferred clients a 30-day notice when ticket charges change, we will be mailing all current Preferred customers a letter via mail the week of August 27. On October 1, we posted the following to the Broker-Dealer Center: An updated Schedule H Disclosure Brochure showing the new ticket charges A revised 88A - Preferred Asset Management Program Account Agreement where the note explaining to consult the Schedule H for current pricing is removed
