Job Description
As a leader in insurance industry practice, must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in insurance domain. Should have experience in Solutions building IPs , Accelerators and other ready to implement solutions in Insurance Industry Experience across Insurance Value chain and various LOBs, preferably P&C (non-life) lines Understanding / hands on experience in insurance operations and processes Led medium to- large solutions for practice or for specific customer Experience in creating business propositions for customers using solutions Good experience in developing presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers - presenting to C-level executives, senior business and technology leaders Hands on experience in driving RFI / RFP and other proposal activities should have handled successful proposals Excellent evaluation skills on products and solutions Experience in doing primary and secondary researches within Insurance Industry keep track on industry trends business, IT, regulatory across the globe Program engagement management experience at a top-tier IT / Consulting firm Keywords: General Insurance, P&C Insurance, Insurance Consulting

Desired Candidate Profile

15 25+ years of consulting experience in Global Insurance - IT Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the clients organization. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader. Exposure to Global insurance practices should have worked in multiple geographies Willing to undertake frequent travels short term or long term Experience in writing white papers, point of views etc Quality awareness Preferred work experience with SCI-CMM or ISO9000 or Six Sigma or any other quality processes, at a user level. Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders. Able to handle complex projects from concept stage to go-live stage. Industry specific qualifications like ACII, FIII, AICPCU desirable
