APPLICATION
BURKOL LIQUID is a heavy duty descaling acid. It is used in the Brewing Industry to brighten Stainless Steel vessels. BURFEX is a heavy duty caustic based bottle-washing compound in powder form for use in soak / jetting type washers. Some breweries and soft drink industries prefer powder form for bottle-washing. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES BURFEX is a yellow with brownish tinge free flowing, non-dusting powder, which will not cake under normal dry storage conditions. CHEMICAL PROPERTIES BURFEX is a caustic soda based blend of alkaline materials with water softening agents and an anti-foaming system. The ingredients promote rapid soil penetration and free-rinsing whilst maintaining the foam at a low level during washing. Two active sequestering agents are incorporated in BURFEX to maintain the wash-tank and jets scale-free and producing bright bottles. CHAIN-SLIP
CHAIN-SLIP is a liquid lubricant formulated for slat chain conveyor and link conveyor in the bottling industry. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES CHAIN-SLIP is a clear amber coloured liquid. CHEMICAL PROPERTIES CHAIN-SLIP is a blend of organic and inorganic water-soluble lubricating agents and sequestrants to give a stable product for medium hardness water. STEREX
STEREX is a combined cleaner and steriliser, ideal for single treatment of bulk tanks, pipelines in breweries, soft drinks, dairies and other food industries. It can be sprayed and contains inhibitors to make it safe on aluminium. Thus, STEREX provides an effective way of cleaning aluminium, steel vessels and also sterilising them. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES STEREX is a free-flowing non-dusting, non-caking white powder with a typical chlorine odour. CHEMCIAL PROPERTIES STEREX is based on sterilising action on a unique combination of chlorine and bromide. When it goes into solution, hypochlorite is present with hypobromite. Sterilising activity is increased as the hypobromite is, used up in killing the bacteria, further bromide is converted by hypochlorite to continue the sterilising action. A blend of alkalies ensures that the pH is kept high but without any risk of attack on aluminium. A sequestering agent selected for its tolerance of hypochlorite is also included to ensure that STEREX will produce no scales or precipitates in hard water. Low foam surfactants are also incorporated to ensure rapid soil penetration. BURCHLOR ST is specially formulated for terminal disinfection of equipment and utensils. Combined bactericide / cleaning of lightly soiled surfaces. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES BURCHLOR ST is a crystalline free-flowing powder with a typical hypochlorite odour. CHEMICAL PROPERTIES BURCHLOR ST is a crystalline material based on a blend of chlorinated tri-sodium phosphate, admixed with a bromine salt, the crystalline form ensuring a very high degree of solubility even at ambient temperature. BURLAC 99
BURLAC 99 is a heavy duty inhibited descaling acidu It is used for descaling of boilers, evaporators, ferrous pipelines and washing machines, when complex scales usually a mixture of organic and inorganic components are found. Maximum use of BURLAC 99 is made in descaling steam boilers. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES BURLAC 99 is a descaling liquid based on a powerful inorganic acid. A corrosion inhibitor and surfactants are incorporated into the products. The corrosion inhibitor prevents the product from attacking ferrous metals like iron and steel. The surfactant is included to accelerate wetting and penetration of the scale in acid condition. This makes the action of the acid quicker and more thorough. USES: The concentration of BURLAC 99 required to descale varies according to the thickness of scale deposits. The concentration of 1 % to 10% is normally suitable for normal scales encountered. EPIC is a combined cleaner / steriliser for general use for hand cleaning of equipment and utensils. Epic is an ideal cleaner / steriliser for catering institutions and food industries. FACID
FACID is an acidic abrasive cleaner for cleaning ceramic tiles, metals, removing rust and copper oxide films. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES FACID is a grey free flowing powder. CHEMICAL PROPERTIES FACID is based on an inorganic acid and specially selected mild abrasive material. The incorporation of mild abrasive powder enables to polish without scratching. FACID does not contain any inert fillers or oxalic acid. APPLICATION FACID should be made up into a paste with water and applied with a suitable brush or cloth to the surface to be cleaned. MAGIC DIP is formulated for removing stains by soaking from crockery, plastic -ware and malamine ware. FLORO
FLORO is

a heavy duty maintenance cleaner for floors and hard surfaces.

DESCRIPTION FLORO is a free flowing yellow granular powder having a sanitising pine fragrance. It is a synergised blend of alkaline cleaning components, sequestering agents and solvents. This synergised blend permits rapid wetting, emulsification and dispersioi of all industrial soils like oils, grease, rubber marks, heavy embedded floor dusts and similar deposits. FLORO is mild on hands at use concentration and does not cake under normal storage conditions. It should not be allowed to come in contact with water. USES: FLORO is formulated to maintenance cleaning operations in industries like warehouses, engineering workshops, garages, breweries, soft drink industries, catering kitchens, floors, food industry floors, etc. The use concentration is normally 12.5 gms. to 15 gms. per litre ( 1.25% solution" ) of water depending upon the nature and thickness of the contamination. Exact concentration for cleaning heavy contamination is best determined by cleaning a . small area affected with varied concentrations. FLORO is harmless to paint and floor materials. However, it should not be used on rubber and asphalt tiles. FLORO solutions may be used in hand scrubbing operations, for mopping or for charging scrubbing machines. HANDCLENE
HANDCLENE is a heavy duty hand cleanser for greasy hands, DESCRIPTION HANDCLENE is a light green gel type heavy duty cleanser possessing a characteristic bactericide pine odour. It is a complex mixture of solvents and emulsifying agents specially formulated to ensure rapid removal of oil and grease from hands, skin etc, The components have been carefully selected to give excellent penetration, thus ensuring that soil ingrained in the pores of the skin is effectively removed. Inclusion of a germicidal agent in the formulation is a valuable asset in preventing spread of infection in situations where cleaners, towels, etc. are used commonly. As the product is a gel there is not likely to be any waste due to spillage, etc. Product is extremely free rinsing leaving the hands clean and soft. USES: HANDCLENE is a highly concentrated material and only a small amount is necessary to clean the dirtiest of hands. Simply rub HANDCLENE well into all areas of the hand ( and fore-arms if necessary ) for a minute or so and then rinse off under running tap. OVEN CLEANER
Oven Cleaner as its name implies was formulated specifically for cleaning Ovens. It has however found other uses for cleaning surfaces and articles that are contaminai with semi-carbonised grease, specifically for griddles grills, baking tins and other heavy duty cooking equipment,, DESCRIPTION Oven Cleaner is a viscous clear brown liquid,, Its most important characteristic is that it is thixotropic. This means that agitation causes the product to become less viscous0 Therefore, during spraying the product reduces its viscosity to give good spraying characteristics. As soon as it reaches the surface it will easily adhere to the vertical walls of an oven. It can also be applied without spraying. It is the blend of complex welting and emulsifying agents, alkaline detergent compound sequestrants and heavy duty solvents with unique gel/viscous agents. This blend is chemically stable but over plolonged storage there may be a slight reduction in the viscosity but this is no way affects the efficiency of the product,, Oven cleaner is non-flammable and will not support combustion. USES: a) FOR OVEN: The surface to be cleaned should be warmed to about 50c to 70c. and product applied in a fairly thick layer either lay hand with sponge/Mop or by . means of a hand sprayer. TIG
TIG is a liquid creamy soap formulated specifically for hand washing. DESCRIPTION

TIG is a reddish pink liquid with a pleasant natural odour, TIG is a liquid soap blended with a bacteriastat that is included specifically because it is substantive to skin. It is virtually impossible to sterilise skin completely, but the bacteriastat incorparated in TIG sanitises the skin at the time of washing and then remains as on unnoticeable protection on the skin for soma time afterwards. This enables to achieve residual bacteriastatic effect. USES: TIG is used neat as a normal liquid soap. STERAT
STERAT is a specially formulated for high speed spray dish-washing machines and most types of surfaces including stainless steel, plastics, rubber and ceramics. DESCRIPTION STERAT is a white crystalline free flowing powder. It is moderately alkaline product, this alkalinity is derived from a blend of complex phosphates which provide sequesteration of hard water salts, and assist in destaining and cleaning operation. During use it liberates a relatively high concentration of sodium hypochlorite which acts primarily as a stain removing agent and steriliser. The blend of all products synergises the process of cleaning, soil suspension and dispersion. STERAT is non-dusting, non-caking and free flowing powder. It is stable and may be stored in normal dry storage conditions. USES: STERAT is suitable for use in all types of high speed spray dish-washing machines t and surfaces including stainless steel, copper, plastics, rubber and ceramics. However, it must not be used on aluminium, aluminium alloys, zinc, galvanised surfaces or brass. The required concentration of STERAT is 2.1 gm / litre ( 0.21% ) in water. This concentration of STERAT may be reduced to 1.25 gm / litre ( 1.25% ) in soft water and where soil loadings are low. Where the washing machine experiences heavy soil loading, the concentration may be increased upto 3.25 gms / litre (3.25%) in water. STERAT is suitable for use in all degrees of water hardness upto 450ppm total hardness, with complete scale control. It will also control all degrees of staining on tea and coffee cups and pots. Concentration in soft water areas or if softened water is used should be reduced to obviate the possibility of foaming. STERAT is a suitable for built-in automatic or semi-automatic feeder system of washing machine. CHEMTEX HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT is especially formulated for industrial use and heavily soiled clothing and linen. Its powerful cleaning action is derived from a concentrated, alkaline detergent powder formula. It is not recommended for hand use. PROPERTIES: CHEMTEX HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT is an off white, non-dusting free flowing powder and will not cake under normal conditions. It is readily soluble in cold and hot water. It is a low foaming formula designed to give a minimum of foam cover during machine washing. The alkaline detergent materials, sequestering agents and low foam wetting agents ensure emulsification and dispersal of all soils. LAUNDET is a medium foam detergent especially formulated for smaller automatic washing machines; for with lightly soiled clothes and finer fabrics. LAUNDET is a non caustic low alkality product blended with wetting agents, water softening agents and other components to ensure optimum cleaning power and soil suspension. DRI - KLIN is a dry cleaning additive for use in dry cleaning operations in laundry in conjunction with water and normal dry cleaning solvents to aid wetting, penetration, removal and suspension of soils.
