City Center Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and Garage Project value $60,000,000.00 * City Centre at Oyster Point, 256-Room Marriot Hotel, Conference Center and 5-S tory Parking Garage. Responsibilities included acting as the Owners on-site Cons truction Manager for the administration of contracts, cost controls and schedule management of entire project including all adjacent roadways, utility and infra structure improvements on Mariners Row, Fountain Way and Town Center Drive, alon g with site conditions coordination, hard-scapes and landscaping. Submittals, co st controls and production schedules managed to finite levels. Made suggestions to the Owner for the use of a project buy-out method for the parking garage and worked with the Owner, Developer and General Contractor to ensure all buried uti lities were properly installed and identified on as-built drawings. Created and managed the Constru ction Schedule, all vendor /subcontractor pay applications and reviewed and appr oved each monthly Pay Application. Eventually took total responsibility for offi ce and field management of the entire project. * Coordinated work expectations with the on-site Superintendent for daily activi ties. Administered weekly safety and production meetings for coordination of the work in place, Subcontractor Performance and the Construction Schedule reviews. Project value $300,000,000.00 * Construction Management and Cost Control duties including on site visits to en sure construction progress matched the schedule and pay applications. Administer ed and reported on a complete cost analysis for the entire facility, valued at a pproximately $300m, using existing construction documents for the building, road ways, infrastructure and landscaping to justify Design Build GMP budget and weig h overtime cost and acceleration of project as related to the overall production and completion. Automotive Repair Facility Project Value $4,000,000.00 Page 4 * Owner's Representative, RIC, for the entire Design-Build process for a "Corn erstone" project for the new Renaissance Corridor. Responsible for issuance of t he first rough draft pricing, coordinated the language and created the published RFP. First party contract review and administration, though the entire life of the project. Tendered infrastructure feasibility studies for Jefferson Ave. ROW for current and future improvements. Offered detailed cost and construction revi ew reports monthly and was commonly referred to as the Owners eyes and ears on s ite to ensure compliance with contract documents and field conditions, and const ruction means and methods. Issued and tracked CCD's and made recommendations fo r acceptance of all change documents.

SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE / HATHAWAY-DUKE CONSTRUCTION: Old Dominion University, Engineering and Computational Sciences Building, Old Do minion University, Norfolk VA. Project Value $19,000,000.00 * Construction Manager, administering the first LEED Certified (Silver) Higher E ducational Building in Virginia. 96,000-square foot Computer Modelling Lab and Central Computer / Telephone Facility for the entire University. This project wa s considered at the time to be the most technological advanced building on a col

lege campus in Eastern Virginia. My duties were to oversee the entire constructi on process from bid date to final completion, BCOM and LEED certifications and c loseout. I made daily trips to the field to coordinate the efforts of the Archit ect and Owner to bring in project specific systems and to oversee Owners equipme nt installation with the site superintendent for supervision of all trades for c ompliance with contract documents and the construction schedule. Nansemond - Suffolk Academy, Suffolk, VA. * Construction Manager for the complete interior renovations and a 24,000 square foot lower school addition, including subcontractor buy-out and monitoring of p roject schedules and cost analysis. Critical decision evaluation of submittals a nd monitoring of inspection process to project completion. Critical coordination of the project as renovations to the school had to be made during the school ye ar and some deferred to the next school term with little impact to day to day ac tivities. Virginia Port Authority, Norfolk International Terminals, Secure Police Headquar ters Senior Project Manager for the construction of a Police Headquarters hub for all operations monitoring and computer interface for four (4) local ports in Hampto n Roads as part of the Homeland Security Act. Extensive communications and infra structure coordination and installation. Relocated existing rail lines into the port for container transportation and added a fully automated firing range withi n this blast resistant structure. This was an existing Brown Field site and had to be closely monitored for all material movement within the confines of the sit e and importation of any new materials. Close coordination with the Owner and Site Engineers ensured proper completion.
