Contracts Negotiator (TSAT/TMOS) Lockheed Martin IS&GS (Formerly Integrated Systems & Solutions) 12/07-3/09 Manage contractually required Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues, br iefings, debriefings, and training for the approximate 990 individuals in the Tr ansformational Satellite Communications System Mission Operations System (TMOS) firewall to ensure contract compliance and integrity. Process labor hours reports to comply with federal (OSHA) and corporate environm ental, safety and health reporting requirements.
