PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: * Supervised and coordinated security guards for MVM Inc. at the National Instit ute of Health, Baltimore, Maryland from June 2008 till March, 2009. My achieveme nts include training security personnel particularly those in supervisory positi ons, monitoring and ensuring all security operations run smoothly. * Assistant to the Human Resources Manager at Frankford Nursing and Rehabilitati on, Baltimore, Maryland from September 2006 to June 2008. Managed and coordinate d the work of staff at the HR Department, and the procurement office. My top pri ority was to appropriately recruit and train new employees to be effective in th eir jobs.
