Letter of Introduction February 23, 2011 Dear Sirs, I am currently completing my Masters and am studying to get LEEDS accredite

d. I have applied to take the NCIDQ test. Most recently I have been coordinating and developing projects for Marriott Corporation through LWSA, and doing contra ct work for various firms. I am very aware of EBD design techniques and have use d them extensively, as well as specified Sustainable products and done sustainab le design. I am creative and practical, as well as technical. The research and d etail necessary in developing and theming any project, as well as imagination is not a problem for me. I have good communication skills and work very well as a team member. I am willing to travel (most of my positions required moderate to e xtensive travel), and am willing to relocate. At Friedmutter Group I worked as a Lead Designer most recently heading up a project in Philadelphia, PA for Greenwood Gaming. The project made 27 million on opening in the first 3 days, and was considered one of the most successful casi nos that year. In that capacity, I was directly in charge of all decision making responsibilities as Project Manager per project and acting Interior Design Dire ctor the last year for the office. I have extensive background in several industries including: Entertainment, Hospitality, Resort Casino, Retail (including Automotive and Specialty), Restaur ants ( from Buffets to Coffee Houses and Formal Dining), Corporate Interiors, Ch urches, Training Centers, Doctor's Offices and Hospices. I have coordinated with all disciplines and have done interior and shell architecture work. I have had extensive interaction with diverse companies throughout the projects to guarante e the best client and consultant coordination. Prior to FG, I have been active i n management positions within the Restaurant Design industry, and most recently have been active with the Retail Design Institute, as well as the National Resta urant Association. I enjoyed working at Universal Studios in Osaka, Japan as the lead interior designer in charge of Area 1 (Hollywood) and the Main Entrance doing everything from storyboard review/ approval and design development through Construction Adm inistration. This also included meeting weekly with each of 4 teams of Architect s and 5 contractor teams as client representative, as well as final review of bl ueprints and shop drawings for all disciplines connected to Interiors. The area included retail stores, restaurants, pre-show areas, and guest relation areas in cluding nursing facilities, offices, ticketing, travel services, corporate opera tions and lounges totaling 52 different spaces, requiring extreme versatility. Please review the attached resume and call if you should have any questions r egarding the information provided to you. Thank you, Lynn White 623 E.
