I/We choose the following payment plan: ______ One-time full tuition paymentmust be paid by July 15, 2012 ______ Monthly payments--July 2012 through April 2013 using the FACTS Program. FACTS will deduct their $38 administrative fee from the account you specify. For information/questions on tuition assistance, please contact Amy Gallus at (952) 227-4011.

The participating parishes (Guardian Angels, St. Victoria, St. Nicholas) offer a grant for students attending Guardian Angels School whose families are Active Parishioners of their parishes as defined in the Guardian Angels School Handbook. Guardian Angels parishioners also need to complete the included application for the parishioner grant. Guardian Angels School sponsors several major fundraisers throughout the year: AngelFest in cooperation with the Parish, Rake-A-Thon, and Spring Fling, along with an Annual Fund Drive. The schools operating budget is dependent upon the success of these events. I/We understand that Guardian Angels School asks that each family participate to the fullest extent possible. Guardian Angels School relies heavily upon parent volunteers. Volunteering allows the school the keep expenses lower. I/We understand that each family is asked to volunteer 25 hours of their time and talent for the benefit of Guardian Angels School. The student(s) and parent(s) listed above are responsible for meeting the requirements outlined in the Guardian Angels School Handbook. Refunds will be prorated on a monthly basis without interest based on the date of withdrawal from Guardian Angels School. Please refer to the Guardian Angels School Handbook for full details regarding this policy. Non-Sufficient Funds Policy (NSF) FACTS tuition payments received with Insufficient Funds will be charged a $30 handling fee plus any applicable bank fees.
