Frustrated with the quality of products on the market, Steve saw the opportunity to design and create innovative and userfriendly air conditioning control systems. The Innotech range was embraced by the industry, and subsequently the company developed a world-wide reputation as a provider of imaginative, progressive products and solutions, in conjunction with comprehensive technical service and advice. At present, we at Innotech find ourselves with a depth of knowledge and experience, a team of industry trained professionals, a deep inventory of digital, analogue and software control products, and a continuous drive to cultivate a standard that others in our industry simply cannot match. As for the future, it is Innotech's aim to leave an indelible mark on the industry through the further diversification of our portfolio of high quality products, expansion of export opportunities and implementation of best practice principles to retain our world-class staff and distributors.

Approximately 25% of our staff are dedicated to full-time research and development projects, whilst 40% of the Innotech team have been with the company for between 5 and 20+ years. This ensures a broad knowledge base among staff members of not just the industry we deal in, but of Innotech's own stock line and services. CE and C-Tick compliance testing is conducted inhouse, and results are subsequently confirmed by an independent third-party. This ensures that Innotech products conform to all required national and international industry standards.

Mass Electronics Pty Ltd Mass Electronics began operations in 1984 as an electronic circuit board assembler for Barcol Air Conditioning. However, within 12 months it had parlayed its expertise into manufacturing its own line of air conditioning controls. To this day, Mass Electronics remains responsible for the production and testing of all Innotech products, while the wholesale, retail, installation and commissioning of the range is conducted under the trading name Innotech Control Systems. www.mass.com.au Innotech Pty Ltd Innotech Pty Ltd is responsible for the company's research and development.
