Without proper capital, momentum may be lost, and the entire business may be put at risk. There are certain basic requirements for starting a center which require initial investment. These include - Fitting, Fixtures, Furniture and equipment.

The MANEA fee and investment requirements are based on a very simple and transparent calculation. An upfront partner fee is charged based on the potential of a particular location. Monthly royalty payments are based on the percentage of collections.

It is a recurring payment made by the partner to MANEA on a monthly basis. The process for partner application is simple and clear. It is based on candid sharing and transparency between the Franchiser and the Business Partner. The application process involves the sharing of basic information between the business partner and the franchiser in order to demarcate expectations from both parties.
