Introduction
This instruction describes how to install the antenna support SXK 111 0278/1. The antenna support can be used for pipes with diameter 50 mm up to max 120 mm, and L-sections up to 80x80x8 mm. The following details are included in the antenna support: 1 Support 2 Clamp (2 pcs) 3 Screw (4 pcs) 4 Nut (4 pcs) 5 Washer (4 pairs)

Mounting Mount the antenna support to the pipe (or L-section) using the clamps and screws as in figure 4.
Note: When mounting on pipes < 60 mm or on L-sections, turn the clamps as in figure 3.
Torque 35 Nm 10%
Position the antenna support so that the antenna will point along the radio link path, see figure 5. Make sure the screws protrude at least 5 mm and tighten the nuts using the 16/17 mm ring and open jaw wrench.
Figure 5. Positioning of the antenna support with the antenna pointing along the radio link path.
Before mounting of the antenna, fasten the screw and washer in the upper hole on the side of the antenna module. Hoist the antenna to the installation site using the hole(s) for hoisting. Position the screw on the antenna in the slit on the support and fasten the screw. Fasten the screw and washer in the lower hole on the side of the antenna. Lubricate the screws.
For detailed instructions on continued alignment, see MINI-LINK C Radio Module User's Manual. Mount the radio module, integrated or separate (section 3.8 in manual). Connect the cables (section 3.8 in manual). Set the frequency (section 3.9 in manual). Align the antenna using the azimuth and elevation screws (section 3.10 in manual). Note: Once the alignment is made, the azimuth screw, the elevation locking screw and the clamp screws must not be touched. Exchanging radio module or antenna does not affect these screws.
