Politics in 2011 Part 2

Learning about the basics about U.S. politics can be fun, serious, and interesting all at the same time. Politics deals with a human being that understands the concept of government. The reason is that you need to understand about how the government works in America including the world. People can have this knowledge in order for folks to maintain a keen awareness about politics in general. Our civic life is important to comprehend. We need to understand about the political system in order for us to vote in a credible fashion, to understand our rights & responsibilities, and to make the government accountable of its actions. The ancient laws of Hammurabi, the ancient Greek constitution of Draco, the rules from the Roman Republic, the Justinian Code, and the English Bill of Rights all influenced the development of the American Constitution. Even the rules from the Iroquois Confederation influenced the development of the American government. The Enlightenment scholar & Frenchman Montesquieu believed that there should be a separation of powers in government with checks and balances. His writings influenced the development of the American Congress. The American Congress today has checks and balances among the judicial, executive, and legislative branches. Montesquieu wanted the freedom of speech, and he opposed war. Montesquieu wanted religious freedom, and he disagreed with torture. De l'esprit des Lois (or "The Spirit of the Laws") was Montesquieu's famous work from 1748. His

book called for the constitutional system of government. It called for the separation of power, the ending of slavery, and the preservation of civil liberties. The book said that political institutions ought to reflect the social and geographical aspects of

each community. Rousseau was another Enlightenment figure. The Enlightenment was a period of time in

Europe where people wanted humanism to not only oppose monarchy, but people desired to radically change societies. Rousseau believed in reason and emotion (like using the heart and the mind in forming th decisions). Of course, John Locke was an English 17 century political figure that wanted people to have the natural rights of the right to life, liberty, and to own property. He believed that individuals molded their own experiences whether they are good or bad. Locke believed that people give up some of their natural rights to the government in exchange for the government protecting the people's rights in return. This concept is referred to the social contract theory. The government thus acts as an impartial, objective agent of that self-defense, rather than each man acting as his own judge, jury, and executioner (the condition in the state of nature). Locke believed that the government derives its power from the consent of the governed. In Locke's mind, the people can reject the government and form a better one if the government violated the people's social contract. He is famous in writing his ideals in his book entitled "Second Treatise of Government, which was created in 1689.

To understand government in America, you have to understand the American Constitution. The Preamble is a vital part of the Constitution. The Preamble is like the introduction to the rest of the documents of the Constitution. The Preamble talks about what is the purpose of the government existing in America (or what are the reasons about why the government was created in the first place). The Preamble gives the government the right to promote a more perfect union, to establish justice, to ensure domestic tranquility, to provide for the common defense, to promote the general welfare (like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, and other benefits to the people), and to secure the blessings of liberty. These purposes of the Preamble are rather clear cut and transparently defined. To understand the American government, you have to learn basic governmental definitions as well. The basic civics related terms include the following words:

1). The consent of the governed is when the people are the sole origin of governmental power. That means that the people make up the government not a select group of unelected, individuals at all. 2). The separation of powers in America means that the federal government is divided into 3 branches (which are of course the legislative, executive, and judicial). 3). Checks and balances mean that one branch of government exercises some control over the others. One example is that the executive branch can issue a veto that can negate the legislative branch passing a law (and the legislative branch can overturn the veto when the Congress has given 2/3 of approval in overturning the veto from the President of the United States). 4). Federalism is when governmental powers are divided between the national government and the state government. In other words, there are certain actions that the federal government can do alone. There are certain acts that only the states can permit. Subsequently, there are duties that can be done by both the federal government and the state government (or concurrent powers) like levying taxes and handling other responsibilities. 5). The rule of law simply means that in America, the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. All individuals living in America and all American citizens are accountable under the law (while they exist in American soil).
*In the Constitution, many Articles are in it to define the organization of the national government. Article I of the Constitution forms the legislative branch of the national government. This national government has 2 houses of Congress to make laws. Article 2 deals with the executive branchs powers and Article 3 outlines the power of the federal courts to interpret the laws (the Supreme Court cant make the laws. An

amendment is a formal revision to the Constitution. This is sometimes necessary, because the USA changes all of the time. You need remedies to give citizens more liberty and new amendments can help create a better society). For a new amendment to be created,
there must be a proposing of an amendment and then the ratifying of an amendment. In order to propose an amendment (as found in Article V of the Constitution), you can have a 2/3s vote of both houses of Congress (or require a national convention required by 2/3s of the state legislatures). To ratify an amendment, you can get approval by 3/4s of the state legislatures or have acceptance by conventions in the 3/4s of the states. The Enlightenment movement has a heavy influence on the Constitution. The Enlightenment promoted the divided powers of government, the freedom of speech, the right of the people to assemble, the freedom of religion, etc. On religious matters, the Constitution has been neutral. In other words, the Constitution protects religious liberty while at the same time the Constitution forbids the establishment of a religion in America. God is not mentioned in the Constitution. Natures God is mentioned in the Declaration of Independence. Whole PHRASES in the Declaration are actually PARAPHRASES of Locke's SECOND TREATISE ON CIVIL GOVERNMENT. Expressions like "Nature's God" can be found in the writings of French and English DEIST philosophers whom Jefferson read, but NOT in the Bible. Christianity is a very influential religion in America then and now, but constitutional law didnt total come from Christianity at all. Natures God is a Deistic interpretation of God. Deism is a proEnlightenment religious tenet. Deism believed that God is the complete creator of the Universe, but God doesnt intervene in the Universe actively after God created the whole Universe. So, God to a Deist is the Architect of the Universe, but God doesnt interfere with human affairs at all. There are more people waking up in 2012. There is a huge slice of America living in poverty and these numbers are huge in across the world. Over 40 million people are on food stamps. Even in Oregon, there is a huge hunger crisis among children. So, it's morally right to have a global struggle against poverty. Many Austrian economic propagandists and reactionaries believe that economics should be based on gold worship and being against any government intervention at all (even if it's used for good purposes like feeding the hungry, giving education to people, and preventing corruption). These extremists in

some cases call a person a Marxist or fascist if they disagree with their assumptions. To say that the poor should fend for themselves or beg for Christian charities (or private non profits) for help is sick. Some of these people don't
care about the poor. Not all these professing Christians people are true Christians. I respect real Christian charities, but even they can't care for every needy, sick, handicapped, and unemployed human being, especially in this economy. The Santa Barbara Rescue Mission was where someone beaten a disabled man by a staff. In the summer of 2011, a staff member assaulted a homeless man staying there who was disabled. The mission blamed the victim, called him derogatory names, and kicked him out. They refused to let him call 911, which is a violation of federal law. Residents are only allowed to stay for 10 days a month. Those who are workers are rarely given extensions. Now, there are numerous real Christian charities in the world. So, I want to make that perfectly clear. I believe in personal responsibility, but not personal denial of public help to those that need it. Fair taxes are a part of civilizations. Ironically, many private devices were either invented or influenced by government innovations from the Internet, space travel, communications, etc. They or the enemy (reactionaries) want to end all Social Security, all Medicare, and all welfare. They have made it clear. In America, about 45,000 people die every year. In the United States, the leading cause of bankruptcy is the inability to pay medical bills. Administrative cost is a problem. It's a good thing that I woke up about these things. It's hypocritical to yell about big government, yet you work as a politician in the employ of the government. Also, you can't oppose the war on terror when you subsidize the military industrial complex building bases in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. So, we should end sanctions and end the war on terror saving trillions of dollars. Many reactionaries use the states right mantra as an excuse to justify their ideologies. Now, back before federal laws enforced civil rights, some states suppressed civil rights of human beings. This suppression of human rights allowed certain businesses, institutions, etc. to not only segregate, but deny basic opportunities of groups of people in America. Today, these acts are illegal. Yet, even today, we have some folks wanting to union bust. This philosophy is rejected now in Wisconsin. Still, we have a long way to go in promoting liberty. We have some Republicans using redistricting, changing voter laws, and using

obstacles in order to prevent people of color and the young to vote. Recently, the Florida state legislature passed a bill. This bill will overhaul Floridas election laws. This law is a direct violation of voting rights in Florida. People who support the law believe that it was created to prevent voter

fraud. This is a false argument, because incidents of voter fraud have been rare in Florida. There were no cases of it prior to the passage of the law. The law will heavily
restrict early voting activities that will harm the rights of minority voters in Florida. The reason is that studies have proved that Hispanics, and African Americans are the most frequent early voters in Florida. In 2008, one-third of Florida's Hispanics and over half of the State's African-American voters cast their ballots during the two-week early vote period prior to Election Day. The new law purports to cut that early vote period nearly in half from 15 days to a mere eight, and completely eliminate voting the Sunday prior to the election (or the day in 2008 where 32 percent of the black Floridian electorate voted). In addition to cutting down early voting, the law would not allow voters to change their names or addresses at the polling location on Election Day as has been allowed over the course of the past four decades. Given the high rights of foreclosures in the State, particularly within Hispanic and other minority communities, many families will have changed addresses since the last election. Many of them will be unaware of the new requirement and on Election Day will be forced to fill out a provisional ballot. What is the problem with the law's actions on provisional ballots? On average studies show they are only counted 50 percent of the time. It seems that the snakes dont want the President to be elected via unjust laws. People have opposed this law from across the political spectrum. The law has stringent requirements and decreases early voting times as well. This law will restrict people form registering in a Third party. It can cause a decline in new registered voters. The League of Women Voter, the Boy Scouts, Democracia USA, and other groups oppose this policy. Gov. Rick Scott and Florida's Secretary of State, Kurt Browning filed a petition in federal court asking that the section of the Voting Rights Act that provides protection for minority voters in counties with detailed histories of minority discrimination in voting, be thrown out. This is unprecedented stuff. This is a violation of human rights. Our taxpayer dollars are going to pay for this evil policy of voter suppression in 2011. The right to vote is a human right. The evil people in the world want to use 2012 as a means to promote fascism, but the clock will never be turned back. Truth will prevail and justice will win in the end. Some good news exists in the voting situation inside of America. The South Carolina voter ID law has been rejected by the Justice Department. The Justice Department said that the SC voter ID law will make it harder for minorities to vote. The Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez said on Friday that South Carolinas law didnt meet the burden under the Voting Rights Act. He said that tens of thousands of minorities in South Carolina may be unable to cast ballots under the South Carolina law (because they may not have the right identification). The Justice Department must approve changes to South Carolinas election laws because of the states failure in the past to protect the voting rights of blacks. So, the state has a history of suppressing the voting rights of black Americans like many states in America. This was the first voter ID law to be refused by the federal agency in almost 20 years. The law didnt meet the burden under the 1965 Voting Rights Act. The Voting Rights Act outlawed discriminatory practices preventing blacks from voting. Tens of thousands of minorities in South Carolina might not be able to cast ballots under South Carolina's law because they don't have the right photo ID, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez said. A Republican controlled legislature passed the law. The law was signed by Nikki Haley. Haley wants to be something that shes not if you get what Im saying. We know the deal. Governor Nikki Haley is something else. The reactionary Attorney General from SC named Alan Wilson wants to fight it in court. Hes a Republican. He denies that the law will stop people from voting, which is false since the law can be used to restrict citizens from voting (if they dont adhere to the strict rules). The SC law requires voters to show poll workers a state issued drivers license or several other alternative forms of photo ID. South Carolina is among 5 states that passed similar voter ID laws. The Supreme Court upheld the similar laws from Indiana and Georgia. Some Republicans want to prevent voter fraud, but voter fraud is very low at various states including nationwide.

*If the Republicans were so concerned about voter fraud, why did they expose the voter fraud in Florida during the 2000 Presidential election?

They didnt for obvious reasons. Democrats believe that the measures are aimed at reducing minority votes for their candidates. The Justice Department once rejected its voter ID law in 1994 until changes were made. South Carolina's law also required the state to determine how many voters lack state-issued IDs so that the Election Commission can work to make sure they know of the law changes. The Department of Motor Vehicles will issue free state photo identification cards to those voters. "Minority registered voters were nearly 20 percent more likely to lack DMV-issued ID than white registered voters, and thus to be effectively disenfranchised," Perez wrote, noting that the numbers could be even higher since the data submitted by the state doesn't include inactive voters. The ALEC (or the American Legislative Exchange Council) reactionary group promoting voter ID legislation is linked to the billionaire Koch brothers. Many of the voter ID laws reduces the time period of early voting that can restrict voting opportunities for many citizens. You will notice that GOP wont mention the Diebold voting machines in Ohio. The Republicans want more regulations on voting to make more votes go for them. Republican

Paul E. Schurick, the 2010 campaign manager for former Maryland governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr., was convicted Tuesday by a Baltimore jury of four counts stemming from a robocall that prosecutors said was intended to suppress the black vote (in the Baltimore and Prince Georges County). Many states are reducing the time of hours workers have in DMV
offices. Also, we should have rights and we have the right to live in the USA without restrictive laws. A PA GOPer admitted that voter ID laws arent needed in Pennsylvania, but he still wants to do it. The Wisconsin voter ID law forces women to pay an unconstitutional birth certificate poll tax to get a photo ID too.

Politics are developing all of the time. Newt Gingrich recently won the South Carolina primary. Many mainstream media pundits considered Newt Gingrich almost politically dead. Now, Gingrich is very much alive. This Presidential race is truly a four man race indeed. This 2012 Republican race has twists and turns in its cosmology. The GOP has been acting as a disgrace via its obstruction inside of Congress. There is nothing wrong with preventing unjust laws from passing like SOPA, but to oppose even basic economic reforms is silly. Ron Paul presents an old school libertarian philosophy that is out of touch with st our rapidly changing times in the 21 century. Some of its philosophies go against social justice. Ron Paul is similar to Barry Goldwater. Both opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for the same reason (not for racial purposes). In Ron Pauls America, you wont have Social Security, Medicare, federal civil rights laws, no Americans with Disabilities Act, no real workers rights, and no laws protecting the safety of foods and drugs. All Republican candidates for President oppose universal health care. They believe that the federal government shouldnt infringe on the rights on the states, but civil rights violations existed across states lines. Also, private property owners cant do fraud or violate basic human freedoms period. Its wrong to have a federal police state. Also, it is blatantly immoral to live under a theoretical state or local police state too. Ron Pauls program would be the complete abandonment of the progressive views of Dr. Martin Luther King in his fight for civil rights (and the later phrase for the economic bill of rights). Today, we have the Occupy Movement that are exposing the 1 percent. Ron Paul wont expose the 1% or economic inequality in the world. The other candidates are worse since at least Ron Paul opposes the War on Drugs and oppose wars of aggression (including the concept of an Empire). Rick Santorum wants the social safety net to be gone and he slanders that net (which people earned and fought for) as welfare. Once upon a time, the Republican Party was more progressive. This occurred especially during Reconstruction and beyond for a temporarily period of time. This is why many black Americans voted for them. One reason why many people dont vote for Republicans is because the Dixiecrats infiltrated the Republican Party after 1964. Sometimes, a revolution occurs when there are pressures on the power that be. For example, abolitionists and black leaders put pressure on Abraham Lincoln in order for him to sign the Emancipation Proclamation. It took pressure by civil rights leaders for Presidents Kennedy and Johnson to propose and pass civil rights including voting rights legislations. Today, we have the Occupy Movement and the future is uncertain for America. What is certain is that

improvements and complications will exist in the world. Yet, we should use actions, words, and reason to accomplish our goals in life. The next primary is in Florida. Romney, Paul, Santorum, and Gingrich are headed into Florida in attempting to receive as much votes as possible. One thing that Im happy about is that this Romney is the inevitable candidate mantra is over. Im happy that some of these primary voters in South Carolina decided that one man like Romney shouldnt be crowned as the Republican candidate for President this early (to the dismay of the mainstream media). Im glad for that. The Tampa Debate

proves to me that the mainstream media (who were complicit in the using the angst in society to promote falsehoods that led into Iraq War) blatantly wants Mitt Romney (he blatantly in his speech is allied with the 1%. Now people believe in an obsessive anti-tax ideology that view any tax as evil or decripit. He said that he loves to fire people. Enough said) to win the nomination. Its a disgrace and they havent
even allowed Ron Paul and Rick Santorum to have adequately time to debate issues greatly in the beginning. Santorum in the Tampa debate is pure war hawk. He desire to make war with Iran when Iran is no direct threat to America. He can talk about jihadists all he wants, but many of the jihadists were covertly funded by the Western intelligence agencies in order for the war on terror to function greater. This deceiver Rick shows no evidence that Iran has a nuclear weapon period and then he wants to lecture people on his paranoia about the war on terror. War is better than peace and lives being saved are better than death. The Knight of Malta Rick Santorum is a hypocrite for wanting big

government for the military industrial complex, but he opposes any use of the federal government to promote social justice, be it civil rights for blacks, aid for the poor, or social security for the aged. Its perfectly right to expose evil. As a famous President was right to mention:

"Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes that you can do these things. Among them are a few Texas oil millionaires, and an occasional politician or businessman from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid." --President Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1952

Many conservatives are absolutely right that preachers have the right to endorse candidates and promote political causes (whether these clergymen embrace a left, right, center, or independent perspective). Preachers who politically promote candidates (whether they are Democrats, Republicans, or Independents) are no threat or danger to America at all. A pluralist society is a reality in America. If you want to live in America, you have to accept that. There are many religions here. There are those who are atheists, and those who are agnostics. Many different groups exist here like Scientologists, Hindus, and other types of human beings. LBJ was one figure that caused the muzzling of many churches. He helped to pass a law which states that any nonprofit church shouldnt promote a certain point of view (that promoted or opposed a candidate). This new law violated the First Amendment. The admonition of a candidate by a preacher isnt immoral at all. This doesnt mean that a church or a Pope is infallible. No human is infallible except God. The First Amendment is clear that Congress cant make a law that abridges the freedom of speech or the free exercise of religion. This means that the government cant create a law to restrict religious liberty rights of people inside of a religious building. This is why long ago, many abolitions spoke in the church to oppose slavery and condemn pro-slavery politicians. This is why preachers (centuries ago) spoke out against the oppression and injustices of the Roman Empire. That is why civil rights leaders in the USA spoke in the church. These leaders legitimately opposed racist politicians by name during the 1950s and the 1960s. So, these actions of preachers opposing candidates possess a legitimate historical track record. That is why its completely right for a preacher in

the pulpit to publicly oppose the candidate Bull Connor when he was a local police chief. Churches tax candidate exempt status shouldnt be restricted if they have exercised their full religious expression rights. The expression of the marketplace of ideas is needed not less in order to promote freedom.

The Republican political process has been interesting. The recent January 26, 2012 CNN debate in Florida mainly consisted of Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich debating each other for the nomination. Romney was the aggressor in the debate, because he tried to defend himself against Gingrichs views on him. For example, Mitt Romney said to Newt Gingrich that he isnt anti immigrant since his relatives were anti-immigrant from foreign nations. Immigration is a very serious issue. The late President John F. Kennedy

was right to say that America is a nation of immigrants. Immigrants contribute a ca Immigrants great deal of creativity, unique culture, and a credible way of life that enrich the mosaic of American culture. Republicans and Democrats are working hard in attempting to court
the votes of Hispanic people. Rick Santorum attacked both Romney and Gingrich as not being conservative enough basically. Santorum said that Romney promoted a government top down health care system, yet he wants to abolish Obamas new health care law. He called Romney a hypocrite. Romney in Romney response said that his state has the right to devise whatever health care system that his state wishes (and his system allows people to have access to private insurance and it forces people to pay a fine if they refuse to get any form of health care). The truth is that Mitt Romney and the President Barack Obamas health care plans are very similar. Thats just the truth. Ron Paul offered humor in the debate by challenging his competitors for a 25 mile bike race in Texas during the summer. Mitt Romney told the neo-conservative Laura Ingraham that the economy is improving and he wants to use the same free conservative market fundamentalism as a way to promote his economic ideologies. Ron Paul discussed his views on how individual initiative and not government intervention is the best means to improve American society. ot

Newt Gingrich wasnt the aggressor in the debate. Newt seems to lose the debate despite winning the debates in South Carolina. Mitt Romney accused Gingrich of having financial investments in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (in response to Newt taking about Romney's Swiss bank accounts). Romney voted for Paul Tsongas back in the early 1990s, because he was a more independent political figure back then. Mitt Romney used advice from a debate coach to be prepared to not only execute words, but respond to Gingrichs attacks. The establishment media supports Mitt Romney to be the Republican candidate for President blatantly. Romney said that anyone advocating in his company of trying to colonize the Moon by 2020 will be fired. Newt Gingrich is using a new ad to call Romney out. Gingrich accused Mitt Romney of being dishonest on various issues. The bigger picture is that all of the candidates

believe that if you just tax the wealthy more and end nearly all regulations, the sun will shine (then the clouds will end and the glorious return of tranquility will reign in the land). Frankly, they are wrong (you will travel into the yellow brick road of broken dreams if we follow the extreme Republican economic visions) since economic prosperity is caused by fair taxation, progressive thinking, and radical solutions. Some people from the NY Times believe that Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum
would add billions or trillions of dollars money to the national deficit in one year. If an injured man is suffering, then the government should help that person out. So, universal health care is vital for us to promote. Mitt Romney won the Florida Primary. The mainstream media has gotten their man Mitt Romney to win the Republican primary probably. Its interesting to see that voter turnout in the state is less than 2008 when John McCain won the primary in Florida. Back in 2008, about 2 million votes were counted, but 1.7 million votes would be counted in 2012. The race isnt over since delegates span across the USA. Gingrich is second place in the Florida race, then Santorum, and Ron Paul. Mitt Romney is fighting in Nevada like Newt Gingrich is. Negative television commercials consume the candidacies of Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney. Rick Santorum believes that he is the true, blue old school conservative individual that can clean up Washington corruption. Ron Paul accepts great foreign policy perspectives, but he accepts the 1 percent doctrine of austerity as a subsequent means to promote a better society. I

dont agree with that view, because I believe that helping (even via federal means) the sick, the aged, the minorities, the poor, and the suffering are more important than having a fetish with debt & the interests of the oligarchy. Human rights will always trump states rights period. Ron Paul traveled in Maine and other states while Santorum
traveled all over the South and the Midwest. Recently in February 1, 2012, Mitt Romney actually admitted that he isnt concerned about the very poor. His exact words are that: I'm in this race because I care about Americans. I'm not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there. If it needs repair, I'll fix it," the Republican front-runner said Wednesday on CNN. This is interesting since the poor are Americans too. This is ironic since Romney said that he wants to repair the social safety net, but many GOP leaders desire to decrease radically the social safety net. Republican Speaker of the House Boehner even desires the market to work itself out when we have people are in foreclosure (and they lack the means to pay off the mortgages of their own homes). When you have the homeless in America, folks sleeping on park benches, folks sleeping on sidewalks ,and people in emergency rooms for medical attention, then you have to make a better policy to strengthen our social safety net (so our neighbors are helped in the world). More of the middle class are increasingly becoming poor. Therefore, we should have concerns not only for the middle class, but for the poor. The reality is the poor are suffering and the weak safety net is just holding much of poor up from blatant starvation. Romney supports the evil Ryan plan that wants to turn Medicare into a voucher program and cut billions of dollars from Medicaid (this is aid to the poorer citizens of the USA). Romneys economic plan will increase taxes on the poor too. The Neocons and the CFR want to promote a war in Iran with lies and exaggerations. Now, they desire to promote the lie of a strong al-Qaeda/Iran link as a justification to fight in Iran. The CFRs Foreign Affairs website is promoting the idea that al-Qaeda and Iran are working together. There is the James Clappers intelligence report before the Senate saying that Iranian attacks inside of America. CFRs Seth G. Jones wrote that Hezbollah can turn to Al-Qaeda to mount retaliation to any U.S. or any Israeli attack. Iran was denounced by the late Anwar al-Awlaki (an al-Qaeda

leader). Jones believed that the Irans Quds Force worked with al-Qaeda. Iran wanted to work with the Bush administration to deliver al-Qaeda members held in Iran to the newly installed government in Afghanistan (in exchange for information on Guantanamo detainees suspected of killing nine Iranian diplomats in Kabul, Afghanistan, in 1998). The Iranian request was denied after Bush declared Iran part of the Axis of Evil. Prior to Bushs snub, Iran had turned over hundreds of al-Qaeda suspects to U.S. allies following the defeat of the Taliban. It provided valuable intelligence, names, photographs, and fingerprints on suspected al-Qaeda members it held. So, the CFR report uses omissions and distortions of historical data in order to justify a war with Iran. Iran is mostly Shia and Al-Qaeda is mostly Sunni. AlQaeda is a group that was created by Western-funded mujahedeen groups. Al-Qaeda has worked with Western intelligence for decades in various events. Some Sunnis and some Shia dont get along in the Middle East. The neo-cons are desperate in fighting a war with Iran. They are using the same weak arguments that were utilized to justify an invasion of Iraq. Presently, Iran has no nuclear weapons and is no direct threat to America at all. The real goal of this war on terror isnt about the concerns about the Iranian peoples. Its about the pacification of so-called rebellious Middle Eastern nations and making the region to be a token, pro-globalization location (with many Muslim client states in league with the West).

The workings of the occult Bohemian Grove is readily known like their Cremation of Care ritual and other things to put it lightly.

There is a new DHS report. It claims that if you love individual liberty and if you believe in conspiracy theories (or facts of history), then you are a potential terrorist. There is one thing with me. There are real conspiracies in history. Just because a person exposes real conspiracies throughout human history doesnt mean that this person is an extremist. Real conspiracies like the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, the Manhattan Project, the 9/11 attacks (since more than one person was involved in the act anyway), the death of William Morgan, etc. have existed in human history. So, if you are against an one world economy and an one world government, some people in the DHS consider you to be extremists. This new Homeland Security report was released in January of 2012. Its titled is Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 19702008. It was produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism for the Department of Homeland Security. The report talks about the ideological

motivations of potential terrorists in promoting the lie that its a sin for a man to reject governmental propaganda. A person loving their own country, but opposes the Big Brother System nowadays are considered potential terrorists. The DHS report manipulates the definition of terrorism into something so broad that the definition slanders sincere Americans that desire individual liberty for all people. A decade ago, the nation was paranoid about radical Muslims (and the state said that we were sending our people overseas to fight them). This new report doesnt mention Islam at all. Not that Islam is to be blamed for this war on terrorism. Islam isnt to be blamed for it, but a group of extremists. Instead, the report identifies patriots, conspiracy theorists, evangelical Christians, anti-abortion activists, survivalists and those that are against globalism as the real threats. The focus of the war on terror has fundamentally shifted. The enemy is now those that love freedom and those that love America. The report says that the following beliefs are the beliefs of Americans terrorists: those who are nationalistic, anti-global, dont agree with centralized federal authority, love individual liberty, believe in conspiracy theories, a belief that ones way of life is under attack, survivalism, pro-life, anti-nuclear, anti-Catholic. Some of these classifications describe me to a T. I am anti-globalism, I am a nationalist, and I love individual liberty. These words describe other people as well. So, the government considers people like me to be a potential terrorist when the state in many historical times has been the biggest terrorists in our modern age. Ironically, terrorism has been executed by certain factions from the USA all throughout numerous years. On page 13 of the new DHS report, you will find a chart that shows that the number of terrorist attacks in the United States has decreased steadily since 1970. And on page 18 of the report, we find that extreme left-wing groups such as radical communists were responsible for 5 times more terror attacks in the U.S. between 1970 and 2008 than all extreme right-wing groups and religious groups combined. Therefore, it is easy to see that most Americans are religious, patriots, very peaceful, believe in some conspiracy facts, and want the best for their own country. The mainstream media demonize anyone with a questioning eye on government as a potential terrorist. Now, the FBI is trying to ask local government officials to allow snitches to intimidate people who hold onto a specific belief system. The FBIs broad definition of suspicious activity can include a wide spectrum of people indeed. Even in 2012, the FBI calls suspicious activity in the following parameters: paying with cash, acting nervous, traveling with a large amount of luggage, etc. (and the FBI wants people to call the feds right way if you see these signs). This is how silly the FBI has become. They (or the Federal Bureau of Investigation) violated the civil liberties of activists during the 1960s. Now, they want to clean up their image by presenting themselves as some fair arbitrators of justice. The real arbitrators of justice are individuals with a noble history fighting against illegal spying and fighting for pure liberty for all people. This McCarthyism by the feds wont work. The war on terror has been exploited by some to create laws that violate freedom of speech, the freedom of assembly, and other freedoms. The truth will live on forever. Liberty is stronger than scapegoating people with sincere moral convictions. Although, lets not be nave. There are many people who claim to be true conservatives, but they arent. They are extremists and some of these extremists hold onto a prejudice, bigoted view of the world. They fail to witness the complexity of critical issues. These people ought to be opposed verbally and refuted verbally. So, its just to love good people in America. It is just to respect individual liberties. Its fine to question the government as well. That is why I am always pro-religious freedom, I dont believe in creating an one world government, and I believe in the government promoting the general welfare of the people (without violating the cherished liberties of the human race).

Political news is everywhere. We should be for freedom, community, culture, and civilized life. We know the errors of the Republicans and the neo-cons. Many of them seek to impose violations of cherished human liberties and promote never ending warfare in the globe. Numerous Republican candidates in 2012 alone have spewed evil, racist, and poor-scapegoating garbage in public. They make no apologies and they love their evil. So, we know where the GOP is at and their nefarious agenda. The Left gatekeepers have been exposed recently as well. Large foundations like the Rockefeller Foundation including the Council on Foreign Relations fund this large movement. Some of them supported the Libyan rebels against Qaddafi. These rebels were found to be CIA/NATO funded lackeys that lynched Black Libyans too. Qaddafi wasn't perfect, but Libya had a higher standard of living (with education, health care, and other infrastructure) before the imperialist NATO bombings of Libya. Now, Libyan leaders are

torturing and killing political prisoners. This is so bad that even the mainstream media has no choice, but to report on this reality. Some of the Left gatekeepers revere Leon Trotsky.
Trotsky was funded by the Schiff family and Wall Street bankers. The Wall Street bankers funded the 1917 Russian Revolution. This is all documented by the literature of the late Antony Sutton. The Pilgrim Society-influenced international bankers funded both sides of the Cold War. The Bolsheviks murdered religious people and used policies against human civil liberties. I don't agree with free market fundamentalism for our economy, but Communism (like unfettered capitalism) was a control mechanism utilized by the elite to stir revolution from true social democratic principles to a form of totalitarianism (as Stalin's form of communism violated human freedoms all of the time. Communism isnt monolithic as differing forms of communism exist in the world). Some in the liberal establishment believe that abortion on demand should be made legal until birth literally. Some of them believe that everything revolves around class when race plays a huge role in world history. We should talk about issues of both race and class if we want to seek that prize of justice. The system of white supremacy refutes the notion that race play a minor role in the mechanizations of world events via the world elite. It was a group of white supremacists using European banking money to fund the enslavement of the world with gun boat diplomacy and economic warfare. It's ironic about the liberal establishment. Kwame Ture made an excellent analysis of them. Kwame Ture wrote that they or the liberal establishment acts as a moderate arbitrator of the status quo. In other words, the mainstream media talks a good game, but in reality they will support the mainstream (like the war on terror, austerity, population control efforts, etc.) mixed with token change. For example, the typical mainstream liberal would oppose the Iraq War, but

support the bombings in Libya plus military intervention in Syria. They will claim to be for the worker internationally, but agree with more trade agreements including the evil policies of the IMF plus the World Bank. They (or the establishment liberal as opposed to sincere liberals) claim to want change, but they refuse to radically restructure society and to radically redistribute the wealth. They desire the system to be

preserved in order for change to come, but real change can never transpire in a wicked system. Change can only come when you destroy an evil system and create a better system. You cant justify the present system. They lecture us on violence, yet the system promotes violence to achieve their aims of globalization and the status quo. They can be violent, but we cant resist. The truth is that we have every right to resist evil. Im not going to be passive to evil. If necessary, I will use self defense to battle against oppression & evil (you can believe that. In this generation, the same old slave-minded song is dead. The real song is now).

A Possible War in Iran

We have been at this road before. There is much more agitation for the war with Iran in 2012 than ever before. America warns Iran to not fight back against an Israeli attack. The U.S. warship USS Abraham Lincoln remains in the Strait of Hormuz in the midst of huge tensions. The same people creating an unjust war in Iraq are trying to create another unjust war in Iran. Iran says that no more aircraft carriers should transit the sensitive oil choke point. Washington wants to join an Israeli attack if Iran dares to fight back in any way. The Strators latest naval update map shows the USS Lincoln hasnt moved from its position having transited the Strait for almost 2 weeks ago. The USS Carl Vinson has remained in its position. This could mean that US Naval official agree with the strategic position of the 2 warships as Israel prepares to launch an attack in Iran. America could swiftly be embroiled in such a war. U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said that Israeli has a high chance of attacking Iran in April, May, or June (according to the Washington Post). Panetta might have been told of this when Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barack postponed a planned U.S./Israeli military exercise that had been scheduled for May. America might finalize its preparation plans for supporting an Israeli assault on Irans nuclear facilities. The Washington Post mentions that the Obama administration will stand by while Tel Aviv leads the attack. The U.S. will be overtly involved if Iran hits U.S. asset or if Israels population centers were hit. That means that if Iran defends itself in anyway, America will attack. The President said that America wont put anything off the table in dealing with Iran from a foreign policy standpoint. I cant say clearly enough that what the U.S. has signaled in Ignatius report is that if Iran is attacked, it may not strike back against its attacker, writes Richard Silverstein. If it does, the U.S. will rain down hellfire and damnation on it. This is frightening beyond measure. Ive never known the U.S. to lay down such a principle which

virtually assures our joining in a war against Iran. Israeli policymakers will be delighted to read these words. Operation Orchard occurred by in 2007. This was when Israel attacked a Syrian nuclear reactor. The Assad regime didnt retaliate. Yet, Iran isnt Syria. Iran has an army, air force, and Navy. Irans nd Air Force is the 2 most powerful Air Force only to Israel in the region. Tehran has a very powerful surface to sir missile capability. A third U.S. aircraft carrier called the USS Enterprise added th more firepower in the 5 Fleet region after it completes a training exercise in the Atlantic Ocean. British and French warships are also in place to provide further back up. The nuclear submarine USS Annapolis and the destroyer USS Momesen might come into the Persian Gulf (this action can build up to a possible attack on Iran). Iran warned that any more U.S. warships transiting the narrow passageway would not be tolerated. Yet, the Lincoln and the Vinson are sailing in the Strait in recent weeks. Tehrans threat to close the Strait of Hormuz can potentially cause havoc on global oil markets (the USA calls this market red line). America is now doing its biggest naval exercises in over a decade. The Bold Alligator is taking place now. This is about a Navy/Marine Corps exercise. Its taking place off the coast of Virginia and North Carolina. This is definitely related to gearing to simulating a naval conflict with Iranian forces despite official claims to the contrary. According to Israeli intelligence outfit Debka File, the United States has placed 50,000 troops to be ready for any contingency by March, with another 50,000 on the way, on two strategic islands at the southern exit of the Strait of Hormuz. In addition, 15,000 troops are also on standby in Kuwait. Tehran is set to conduct more naval exercises in the Strait later this month. Experts estimate that around 1,000 mines would be required to block the 55km wide passage and that Irans Revolutionary Guards have already stockpiled 2,000 mines for that very purpose. So, the war on Iran plan is here. Havent you noticed that the establishment liberals are silent on black Libyans being lynched and they are silent on heavily on exposing the war mongering against Iran? Libya isn't a fruitful nation after NATO/Western attacks on it. Libya is experiencing a civil war now with thousands of people being killed after Gaddafi being murdered (without a trial). They are no different than the wolves (or neo-conservatives).

The 2012 CPAC Meeting

CPAC is having their meeting. Many of the Republican politicians and candidates came into the meeting to speak their minds. They have a right to speak their minds publicly and likewise human beings have the right to criticize them. CPAC is allowing an extremist named Peter Brimelow to speak about multiculturalism. The problem in our nation has nothing to do with diversity, but the corporatist subversion of American government. He is the friend of the blatant racist and eugenicist Tanton. Tanton is the godfather of the modern anti-immigration movement in America. Peter started FAIR that opposes even legal immigration. So, Peters agrees with less legal immigration. He promotes the lie that America is experiencing rapid population growth when America is experiencing normal population growth. He

demonizes immigrants from Third World nations implying that European immigrants are superior to nonEuropean immigrants. That's bogus on its face since all men are created equal. Also, immigrants from the Third World have made critical marks in American culture and American society. He classifies America's diversity of ethnicities as a sickness rather than a blessing. Peter needs to realize that America wasn't always mostly of his people. The original people of America were brutalized by you know who for illegitimate reasons. So, the demographics of America change all of the time for various reasons. Brimelow's site also carries archives of columns from men like Sam Francis, the late editor of the newspaper of the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens, a group whose web page has described blacks as "a retrograde species of humanity." It has run articles by Jared Taylor, the editor of the white supremacist American Renaissance magazine, which specializes in dubious race and IQ studies and eugenics, the "science" of human "race betterment" through selective breeding. VDAR has an article by Marcus Epstein who assaulted a black sister and called her a racial slur. If this punk tried to do that in front of my face, I will react in a way that a real man will react. So, CPAC tries to support this man Peter including other reactionaries. The Council on National Policy is also allied with the CPAC conference. The CNP supports theocracy (that is pro-Dominionist), foreign militarism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, and other items of controversy. CPAC will allow the apartheid nostalgic group called the Youth for Western Civilization to speak. With people like that, no wonder a lot of folks aren't Republicans. They make moderates look far left. Santorum, Romney, Gingrich, and Paul should speak out against evil extremists like Peter Brimelow indeed. Now, there is nothing wrong with loving the nuclear family, respecting religious liberty, wanting real morality to exist in our culture, and to have a sense of family. Yet, it is wrong to believe that the federal government should discriminate unfairly against anyone of any background. People need to get rid of hate in their blood and promote reality in their minds. We live in a strange time when people like me are called wrong for us opposing the war on terror. Recent polls prove that the majority of Americans (even liberal Democrats) approve of some of Presidents foreign policies (including the recent assassination of an American citizen without a trial). This wouldn't be any different if the President was a Republican. To some folks, allegiance to the Democratic Party is more important than agreeing with true peace overseas. It is wrong to support the White House assassinating an American citizen overseas without a trial. It is wrong to imprison a citizen indefinitely based on the word of the President. It is wrong to launch a war without congressional approval and just on the word of the President. It is wrong for the President to mention that no option is off the table in dealing with Iran (that means military invasion is a possibility in dealing with Iran). I place life and death priorities above the interests of a political party. It certainly is hypocritical for some Democrats to disagree with Bush's policies on the war on terror (like supporting torture, violating habeas corpus, etc.), but agree with the very similar reactionary foreign policies of President Barack Obama. Likewise, it's hypocritical for the Republicans to claim that the current President is soft on foreign militarism, but President Barack Obama is politically identical to Bush on such matters. I am consistent. I opposed the abuses made by the George W. Bush administration. I oppose now the abuses made by the Barack Obama administration as well. So, we should respect President Barack Obama as a man, but we cant worship the man as God. God is God. Changes in our government are necessary to prevent these state abuses and an evil unjust war on terror from continuing to occur.

The 2012 State of the Union Address This is a special time in the 21st century. Much of the older generation is passing away. People in our generation are nearly 30 years old. Still, truth and righteousness remain. My ancestors were in chains numerous centuries ago. Yet, dedicated individuals among numerous backgrounds worked together in order to free my ancestors. Still, we have to use policies to end mental slavery that plagues people around the world not just among Americans. It doesnt matter what the haters say. You are somebody. You are very special. You are beautiful irrespective of how you look, how your hair is arranged, what your skin color is, how you talk, what you interests are, and what your background is. All human beings are created equal in the image of God. Henceforth, we should strive to be better and express the glory of the living God. Just let the haters become mad and you can be glad in continuing your life filled with happiness & overcoming obstacles. As a man, there is nothing wrong with showing manhood in society. Therefore, I will never let anyone or a nation punk me. I will express my masculinity and my power including my intellect without trepidation or backbiting. Im going to do what is right since that is not only just, but that is a part of a real human experience. Im going to roar and speak on the truth. Being fake isnt my thing. I love to be real with myself and any human being. So, I will never be ashamed of the truth period. President Barack Obamas State of the Union address eloquently displayed his political positions. Obviously, the President is correct on numerous matters and hes dead wrong on some other matters. There is one major theme in his speech. That theme dealt with the state of the union being stronger. In other words, progress in America transpires, but we are not in the Promised Land yet. Millions of homes are fore closured, we have record poverty, and record income inequality. To point out the record income inequality doesnt denote jealously or class warfare. It denotes the reality of the situation of corporate exploitation and the need for the radical redistribution of economic & political power. This act is taboo for Republicans to embrace since too many of them believe in the youre on your own philosophy. That trickled down economics thinking is discredited. It doesnt work. What works are comprehensive programs to not only develop individual solutions, but collective solutions too. Too often, some folks forget that life is both social and individual. President Barack Obamas economic legacy so far is mixed. He made progress in job creation and unemployment

insurance benefits. Yet, the poor has grown and the economy presently is very stagnant (This is a very polite connotation to describe our financial reality indeed). I will give the President credit for admitting that the government can help create jobs. The government has been creating jobs for thousands of years. Most Americans agree that we need to do something about the tax loopholes and the corporate corruption transpiring in the nation. The handwriting is on the world on about the truth. One time has been enough for a lot of folks to wake up. Its a shame that not one Wall Street banker has been prosecuted and jailed for their influence on the existence of the economic recession. The speech gave reasonable calls for reforms in the economic system like the embrace of the Buffet rule. The Buffet rule desires extra tax brackets for millionaires and billionaires (in about establishing a minimum rate of taxation) in order for the tax system to be fairer. Yet, the speech didnt mention the civil liberty issues. Regardless of what anyone mentions, the Patriot Act, the USA Military Commissions Act, and the NDAA are unjust laws. No government has the right to circumvent the Fourth Amendment at all. They should be immediately rescinded. His foreign policy is more reactionary than my views on foreign policy. He in some cases expanded the acts of the military industrial complex with his diverse military attacks in the world. The President has directed drone attacks in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and other places globally. He has sent carriers into the Persian Gulf. He has not totally eliminated all of the pro-torture policies from the previous Presidential administration. He supported NATOs effort causing war crimes in Libya (where people have been killed who are innocent. Then, you see faux liberals supporting these acts). Even if Iran isnt a perfect nation, we have no right to preemptive kill people and conquer their resources. Iran has no nuclear weapons. It is not a direct threat to America or Israel (who has a nuclear weapon). In fact, America supported the Iranian fascist SAVAK police decades ago and then some in America hypocritically try to lecture Iran on freedom. It was the West via the CIA & MI6 that supported a coup against the democratically elected leader Mossadegh back in 1953 (because Mossadegh nationalized its oil resources). Also, America supported Saddam Hussein in the 1980s when Iraq fought Iran during the Iraq/Iran war. What is needed in the Middle East for freedom, justice, and peace (for Israelis and Palestinians. The Middle East deserves peace not apartheid. Also, the Palestinians are a real people not an invented one as Newt Gingrich mentioned before). Newt may use cowardly, coded language against my people & the poor. On the other hand, I will express overt language to express my ideologies. I will be open and treat all people of every background with compassion, mercy, dignity, and respect. I am a man and a real man will always be happy to utilize overt, vivid words to describe his own opinions. The reactionary Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer even tried to yell and disrespect the President. I disagree with the President on some issues, but even I would never point my finger at the President or yell at the man. These reactionaries have no shame. Its time to take the gloves off and really respond back at these reactionary extremists. They embrace the wrong ideas for America. So, we have to understand history in order for anybody to expose the neo-

conservative lies about foreign policy matters. The President Barack Obama gave respect to many citizens like Giffords and others. He spoke about his proposals to have educational reforms. The President targeted China over trade issues. His speech was eloquently executed. On the other hand, the brother President Barack Obama agrees with Empire & a border line austerity policy (in the guise of debts & deficits). The Republican response to the U.S. State of the Union address consisted of a pessimistic tone. The Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels spoke his response to the President. His words are typical the same, Austrian economic message that any government spending is a sin (and we need private solutions alone to solve our problems). Numerous Republicans falsely label legitimate services (like Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid) that people earned and sometimes died for as entitlements. The reality is that many public programs have beneficial and positive impacts on human society. According to journalist William Greider: "...In fact, Social Security has piled up enormous surplusesnow $2.7 trillionwhich the federal government has borrowed and spent on other things, wars or highways or corporate tax breaks..." Brother President Barack Obama, I believe in the audacity of hope, but I dont believe in the audacity of the militarist Empire (or the audacity of the status quo). This empire includes things like clean coal, safe nuclear power, the war on terror, warrantless wiretapping, rendition, corporate welfare for Wall Street, the USA Patriot Act, etc. From the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, the military industrial complex definitely grew. Can the current President Barack Obama wake up? Yes, I do believe that he can. Regardless, we have to keep on fighting for real principles that make up the real essence of America.

Regardless of what the Democrats or the Republicans say, we know what works. What works is a country that promotes civil liberties without police state actions. What works is promoting unity in our cultural landscape that excludes xenophobia, Islamophobia, and other form of bigotry. What works are negotiations, opposing war, and believing in peace instead of some embracing the nefarious doctrine of the Pax Americana. What works is to judge rightly any regulation, but not to oppose a legitimate regulation. What works is to possess a real mindset that helping the poor is vastly more important than facilitating transnational corporate interests. These are the policies that will work & institute a more tranquil country. In the future, America will be better. We made reforms before and we will make more decent actions in the future. We went from Valley Forge to the civil rights marches with folks desiring freedom. Therefore, that same spirit of determination and sacrifice pervades our conscience. We will win and will never quit here (not in our generation). War & deplorable destruction doesnt save lives, but peace & social reconciliation will definitely save human lives. You dont radically try to cut down the deficit when you have a recession as some in the GOP desire (since it can cause a deflationary cycle of economic trouble). People died for us, so we should speak out and stand up for whats right. I am unique man. I believe in rejecting the concept of the oligarchy, I do support saving private savings, and I do desire to protect the security of the elderly. The sanctity of human life is a precept that is near and dear in my heart forever. I will strongly adhere to promoting human civil liberties and labor rights. I believe in saving the environment, I respect legitimate public resources (or the social safety net), and I enjoy the authentic rules of the Bill of Rights & Constitution. I believe in the First Amendment & in the Second Amendment. I oppose war, I love to boost the incomes of the most poor especially in a progressive fashion, and I believe in an immigration policy thats comprehensive & fair (without fear mongering). Yes, the federal government has the right to help the poor and suffering in life. A person should treat their neighbor as themselves and not as a political

commodity. The evil people claim worship the law, but violate the heart of the law. Its very Christ like remember to give justice to the poor. It was fine when I just talked about individual liberties alone, but it isnt popular to question the current economic system. It may not be popular to mention such items, but its the truth. The truth isnt always popular, but the truth remains as firm as concrete. People in real life have called me a conservative. People have classified me as a liberal too. I am just me and I am not ashamed of my political views at all. For the record: I AM INDEPENDENT. I GUESS YOUVE ALREADY DEDUCED THAT BECAUSE OF MY WRITINGS. We are all unique and special. We have our humanity. We should all respect our humanity. We have the God-given right to be truly free.

Goodbye for now. Life may

exist with full of challenges, but the Spirit of the Lord can make a way where there seems to be no way.

Never Quit
Stay Good, Righteous, and Strong. These evil people in the world today hate anyone that is good and strong, so be righteous.
