Apply all bottom linen on one side of bed before moving to opposite side. Make sure fitted sheet is smoothly on mattress. Place a draw sheet which should be centered in the middle of the bed. Place one or two pads down. Put a top sheet down. Place a blanket down. Put a pillow case on the pillow and place at top of bed. Place call light within patients reach.
