Despite this I say to you some of what I have: Childhood and education: I experienced orphan hood at an early age, when I was three years old, then I was raised by my uncles. I received religious education from childhood until I reached the age of 18 or 19. When the Communists carried out the coup, I participated in the Jihad against them. After they left Afghanistan, I returned once again to continue my religious studies in a Madrassa that we have established in our Jihadi center. Emergence of the Taliban movement: But the government of the Mujahidin, which took over the ruling of the country after toppling communism, ended in what has been known and seen by the whole world. Due to the internal wars between the Jihadi organizations, there was no ruler or government in Afghanistan. Chaos struck the life of the people, and the Muslims suffered from calamities and hardships. Corruption and injustice spread in the country and people were overwhelmed with catastrophes and hardships. I decided to search for companions who would be sincere to Allah in their worshiping, and have enthusiasm for Jihad and pain for the situation of Islam, because such

people can bear hardships and be steadfast in Jihad for the sake of Allah. So I searched for them among the students of knowledge, and offered them the chance to fulfill the obligation of changing the evils and lifting the injustice over the Muslims. So some of them agreed with me and accompanied me on this path. We immediately began to act, and didnt think about the scarceness of our numbers and weakness, and not even about the food that we needed, since there is a promise from Allah the most High to those who aid His religion, that He will aid them with His power. So we kept our dependence and reliance on Allah. We began the work and the results were positive, and we reached to this end. Who is behind the Taliban? Now the whole world knows what is happening in Afghanistan, and knows how the conditions were previously and how they are now. These words are only understood by the people of the Aqeeda, but others will not believe them. They even say that we are a political organization, as if we have someone behind us, else how could we accomplish all these works in a short time with limited capabilities, and save a whole country from evil and fitna, and succeed in this great confrontation?! The issue, as I say, is that this is not difficult for Allah the most High, since Allah aids and supports he who devotes himself to serve His religion, and all that we did and are doing is from

our religious obligation. Stance of the Taliban from the embargo: Regarding placing the embargo on us by Russia and America, this is not a new thing; an embargo was placed on the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessing of Allah upon him) for the same reasons that the embargo is placed on us now. We will deal with this embargo as the Messenger of Allah did, nothing more and nothing less. The Muslims have to be patient over their religion and fulfill the responsibilities they have been entrusted with by Allah. Islam is not served by lying. The Taliban and extremism: Regarding what America and Russia is saying about extremists, we are not like that. Overuse and negligence both are hated in Islam. But overuse and negligence are determined by a Muslim who knows Islam, as for the Kaffir how can he determine overuse and negligence in the matters of Islam?! This isnt reasonable, it is mere words that they say. And whosoever doubts our actions can come to us and observe them closely, then judge them against the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessing of Allah upon him). So if we are on the straight path of the Islamic Sharia, then this is our path, and we wont divert from it. And if that happens and we are diverted, we wont be real

Muslims, we will only be Muslim by name. But this is the era of the media, whoever has many media outlets will find listening ears and acceptance of his works among the people. But our media outlets are few and limited, and we depend on the support of Allah, and we didnt go much to the media. The source of the power of the Taliban: The Taliban movement and system has a spiritual power and moral effect, look at Russia and America. It had never happened in history that Russia and America were united in fighting a small state like Afghanistan, but, despite the big differences between them, they stood in one trench against Afghanistan and the Taliban movement. From that it appears that the Taliban have moral and spiritual power that scares Russia and America; all that they spread about us is a mere lie. In fact they fear from the effect of that spiritual and moral power. But our confidence, reliance and trust are foremost on Allah. Even if the whole world stands against us, we wont leave our principles and beliefs and wont divert from our march InshaAllah, because what we believe in is our religion and we wont leave it, because leaving our religion is similar to death for a Muslim. The real death of the Muslim is leaving or scorning his religion, or leaving working with its regulations, and the virtual death is nothing compared to this. If we want life, then our holding of our religion is life, and if there isnt any life so let it be death, and death is a cup that everyone will

drink from. So every Muslim has to reform himself, and be eager in the matters of his religion, and strengthen his belief in his Lord, then he will triumph and succeed in the dunya and the Hereafter. Future of the Taliban: What I have mentioned about my personal life, childhood and orphan hood, and where our matters have reached, are all words that benefit the people of the Aqeeda and take advantage from it. Those of sound mind must be aware that these matters are divine decrees, and Allah is Able and nothing makes Him incapable, and He does what He wants. Our future also is based on what we believe in. What Allah has decreed and written will be what happens to us. The Americans and Russians wont be able to do anything, and we wont be able to do anything. It is all divine decrees under the ability and vision of Allah, since this isnt our work or the work of America with regards to the success or failure of what were doing, or what we hope. These are words that cannot be understood by a Kaffir, or one who doesnt have the Aqeeda of eeman. The Muslims should be aware of the orders of their Lord that were mentioned in the Noble Book, and they should seek to
