16th January 2012 Dear Participants, I write to welcome all of you as SEASAC member schools to the New International

School of Thailand, and indeed to the city of Bangkok. In fact we prefer to call ourselves NIST. For those of you who are enjoying Thailand for the first time, I am sure that you will find Thai hospitality and NIST hospitality to be conducive to enjoying your stay. This is the 16th year since SEASAC was formed and it has been a great privilege for NIST to have been involved since the outset of this organization. We are also very proud of our sports facilities at NIST and I hope that you will enjoy the facilities and playing on our courts. Hopefully these provisions will enable you to participate to the best of your ability. More importantly I hope that you will simply enjoy the participation. Through this event you will make some good friends, some lasting friendships, and no doubt re-new some old acquaintances. The success of SEASAC is built around these very opportunities. We all look forward to spirited competition, to sportsmanship, to commitment and to the challenge of the game. Good luck to you all for a happy and successful tournament. Simon Leslie

Headmaster New International School of Thailand
