Hello Cesar, I am not sure whether this has been answered. Or whether we in the forum understood the issue. But let me comment just in case. Thank you for the patience. :-) For future references, I point to some documentation where installation and configuration of CA Wily IS is outlined the CA Wily IS Workstation Guide contains a few hints on times and timestamps. http://service.sap.com/diagnostics > CS Wily Introscope Installation Guide There are further guides and documents provided which are helpful in case of Diagnostics. The time displayed in CA Wily IS workstation is the local time of your client, as it is a workstation. If you browse the real-time performance and error metrics, the data viewers display the time relative to your local time. Moreover, you can chose to display historical data relative to your local time, please see the guide for further details. Another time or timestamp is the one relevant for CA Wily IS transaction traces. As per page 113 of CA Wily IS Workstation User Guide Version 8.2: "Transaction Trace: Timestamp > Start time, in the agent machines system clock, of the invocation of the root component." So, the transaction traces store the system time of the managed systems, i.e. where the agent is residing and running and this is presented as such. Thank you and with best regards, Robin
