Documenting:
It may not sound like a fitness oriented word, but it is extremely important. The most common reason for people giving up on their gym memberships is that they are unhappy with their results. I hate to see people invest money and time and not get what they want. However, the following questions tend to come up all the time: What should I eat?, or, How long should I do this?, or Whats a good exercise for this? The truth is, You are asking a question with no answer unless you are documenting what you are currently eating and doing. I would suggest hiring a trainer to show you how to document workouts and meals.
