AFRICOM's FAMILY READINESS GROUP is sponsoring a Valentine Dinner and Dance Saturday, 11 February from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the Kelley Club. The $20 or 15 Euro per-person ticket will get you a four-course meal and a night of fun and dancing with that special someone and friends. There will also be a couple's basket silent auction. VEHICLE REGISTRATION office will be closed 15, 16 & 17 FEB 2012 to complete renovation that will result in better service to the community. They're adding: four new work station with new computers and fiber optic cabling, FACTS automated number system that gives estimated wait times, service menu board with handouts depicting required items and a few more things to make visits a little more pleasurable. The information will be published in the Citizen, on Face book, posted in the office, and covered at next week's Tenant Meeting. HOUSING OFFICE CLOSURE/CUSTOMER SERVICE DELAYS: *The Stuttgart Housing Office will close at 1:00 p.m. on Feb. 9 to attend the mandatory Workforce Town Hall Meeting *Also, new business software will be fielded in the housing office 13-24 Feb impacting all housing operations. Customers can expect reduced services, partial office closures and increased wait times caused by the database transitions and employee training session. The Stuttgart Field Office will conduct ANNUAL THREAT AWARENESS AND REPORTING PROGRAM briefings (TARP), formerly known as SAEDA, from 27 February 01 March 2012 at the Kelley Theater. Briefings will be held in the mornings (0900 & 1100) and afternoons (1300 & 1500); with German speaking sessions held at 1500 on 27 and 29 February 2012 respectively. Please see attached scheduled for additional details. AFRICOM personnel on leave or TDY during this period should arrange to attend one of the briefings held at either the Patch Theater (13-17 February

2012) or Panzer Chapel (21, 22, & 24 February 2012). In accordance with DoD Instruction 5240.6 and National Security Decision Directive 197, all military, civilian, and contract personnel, regardless of branch of service, are required to receive a TARP briefing at least once a year. Additionally, spouses and teenage children are strongly encouraged to attend. _______________________________________ 10.)
