Evolution is an evergreen process.

A person keeps on evolving, growing, and progressing from beginning of his/her life till the end. However, how one evolves differs from person to person. Parvaaz hai Donon ki issi aik Fiza main Kargis ka jahan aur, Shaheen ka jahan aur Flight of both is in the same plain, the world of crow is different from that of a falcon -Allama Iqbal Parvaaz e Irtiqa is an idea of giving wings to the evolution process. Its about how we evolve in life and how we can regulate different phases of downfall and rise in this process. IBLC 4.0 over the period of 4 days is going to take the participants through a journey of evolution where they will be aware of themselves, explore their surroundings, learn and grow. IBLC aims to reignite the spirit of falcon from Iqbals poetry among the youth of today. And so we take an analogy of how a falcon evolves since its inception. When a falcon hatches from its egg, it explores everything around it, slowly and gradually it flaps it wings but fail many times. While falling down, there comes a point when it struggles hard and slowly start rising up. And from that day onwards, it starts soaring up higher and higher.

Day 1: Initiate or Hatch In the beginning our participants are unaware of the entire conference, its norms, the idea, and people. In this day we help them explore their surroundings and understand themselves.

Initiation: We welcome the participants with a hunt. With the help of clues, they find their way to the norms, people, venue and finally idea of the conference. Starting from within: Self exploration. Understanding ourselves is the most important step in our lives. Participants understand their strengths &weaknesses; find out their purpose of life. Stories of initiation: How great people, brands, organization, nations in this world started their journey. Explore the world: See how the world is moving in a fast pace. Are we really catching up? Seek information: An activity plus sessions aiming to seek information about the various aspects of life: Social, Political, Cultural, Religious and Economic.

Day 2: Dive In After a person gets aware of the surroundings, s/he tries to be involved actively in the system of this world. Sadly, many times s/he encounters bitter realities of life and faces setbacks. In this day we give them shocks, tell them the bitter truths of life.

Bitter Truth: Expose them to the harsh realities of our lives: From social, political, cultural, economic point of view. Stories of Depression: Stories of people who failed in their lives, brands that died, and nations that fell. Identify the difference: A session on the idea -"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to always tell the difference." Lets face it: Create a simulation of crisis situation/shock and guide them on how to face it. Meditation & Motivation: Meditate to cope with harsh realities, Motivate to rise up.

Day 3: Rise It is said, there is always a fall before every rise. After the fall, we talk about how you get up, struggle, flap your wings to soar high!

Planning: Plan your life! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! The session/activity will cover goal setting. Stories of Rising: Stories of people, brands, organizations, nations who started rising after they fell down. Learn Skills : Learn different skills in breakout sessions: Music, painting, pottery, photography, dance, poetry, beat boxing etc From passion to Career: Turning your passion into life time profession. Building social capital: Worth of networking! Empathize: A simulation aiming to achieve respectful attitude towards others. The activity will result into participants empathizing on how other people feel. Get ready to fly: Think Big, groom and grow!

Day 4: Achieve This day is about thinking ahead, teaching others to fly and taking action. A large part of the day will be based on activities that will demand participants to demonstrate whatever they have learned in last three days.
