Anger
Anger is an unpleasant human emotion. Due to which we experience extreme displeasure or annoyance, when we find unexpected things happening or unpleasant things being said.

There is no shortage of conditions in the world that can spark of our anger. Teachers and parents get angry with a child who does not obey them. A superior of officer gets angry with his subordinate who makes mistakes, is lazy or does not complete his work on time. We get angry with ourselves for making silly mistakes that prove costly. There are also people who provoke or offend us, intentionally or unintentionally, forcing us to get angry. Anger shows in the way speak and gestures. It shows in our facial expressions, the irritation in our voice, the way we snap and raise our voice. The intensity of anger varies in different people. Some people are short tempered and become angry very easily. Others have a mild disposition; they are always cool and calm. Some people carry their hatred long after their anger has subsided, whereas others are more forgiving. But still it is a fact that everyone gets angry at one time or the other. Anger is an emotion, which can cause much harm to us, both mentally and physically. If affects people in different ways. If cause many to people to suffer from high blood pressure, stomach ulcers, indigestion, constipation, heart trouble and even cancer. On the other hand, we are healthier, happier and live more fulfilling lives with a calm and peaceful disposition of mind. The radiance and peace of a calm mind not only is reflected in our features and complexion, but also permeates the surrounding atmosphere and the people. Thus, in an office, a boss who rarely looses his temper is well liked by his staff, who in turn is more productive and loyal. A calm mind also helps us in making rational and logical decisions in times of crisis and anxiety. Many methods have been recommended to curb the tendency to get angry. Anger, just like love, arises in our hearts. By becoming aware of the rising emotion of anger in our heart, we can not only control the emotion but also eliminate it altogether.

REFLECTION

There are many things that I had going through during the preparation of this assignment. At first it is a bit difficult for me to start doing this project because I did not know much about reading comprehension skills such as skimming, scanning, locating main ideas and supporting ideas. Thus, I had surf the internet to understand about it. Moreover, I also went to IPTHO library 2 do some research on this skills . Although it make me became exhausted but I just forget as I think this is the responsibility that must be completed. After all the information had been collected, I started to prepare my assignment. During preparing for this assignment, I had learnt that every task that had been given must be done completely. I also have to ask for the thing that I doubt with from my seniors and my friends. Moreover, I also gain knowledge to transfer the information that I have collected into graphic organizer. At first it is bit hard because I have no idea how to do mind mapping using ICT skills but after my lecturer Mrs Inthera Davi A/P Subbiah explained to me the ways to do mind mapping, it become easy for me to complete this assignment.

When presenting the content of the graphic organizer in the class, I gain more confident to speak in front of my friends and my lecturer. This really helped me to improve my pronunciation and helped me to overcome my nervousness. Actually, I feel very happy after I had finish this assignment because I got many new knowledges that might be an advantage for me in the future. As a future teacher, I can apply my knowledge when teaching a student to read a reading comprehension. I really enjoy doing this assignment very much.
