Request For Expert Application UserID

Go to website www.aicte-india.org and click on the Application for Expert Link as shown in the figure.

All the details on this page are mandatory. Fill them all. After filling in the details , press Submit Request button.

When you click on the Submit Button, it will navigate to another screen with the user details.

Please note down the Request Number

The userid and password will be sent to the previously mentioned email address.

Login to Expert Application

Go to website www.aicte-india.org and click on the Application for Expert Link as shown in the figure.

Enter the User Name and Password and click Ok button.

Application Number will generate automatically after clicking on New Application button

Status will be New request

You will login into expert form. Click on the New Application button. After you can see the application Number will generate automatically. And Status will be New request. PLEASE KEEP THE ENTIRE DATA READY WHILE FILLING APPLICATION

Click on the dropdown of title Data, now you can find the list of values of Miss, Mr. Ms, Dr, Architect, Advocate, CA and Engineer. If you select the value Architect or Advocate or CA then Registration Number will be a mandatory Data, you should enter value for Registration No. If you select Miss, Mr., Dr, and Engineer Registration number will be read only. All the Red dotted Data are mandatory Data which you have to enter values compulsory if not it wont allow saving the record. Postal Code can enter only 6 numerics values only.

. If you select the value Architect or Advocate or CA then Registration Number will be a mandatory Data, you should enter value for Registration No. If you select title as Architect it prompts you to enter registration number as shown in the picture. Click on ok button.

Enter All Numeric values under this Work Experience Area

Once you entered the value for state then region will be populated automatically. Fill all the mandatory details in the specified Data. In the Work Experience (InYrs) Area You should enter the numeric values only if not it wont allow to enter text.

Click on the new button and enter the data for Expert academic Qualification and Application Expert Attachments Enter values for University, Specialization, Qualifications, Year, Data of specialization are mandatory Data if have entering data into Expert academic Qualification And click on the save button. Click on the new button and enter the data for Expert Work Experience and Organization, Position, Working since, are mandatory data. Document Type is the mandatory in Expert Attachments.(resume, photo and document)

Document Type is the mandatory data .You should select value from dropdown list as shown in the figure You can select Photograph, Resume and others and upload the attachment in the Attachment Name which is specified in document name. Document Type is the mandatory in Expert Attachments.(resume, photo and document)

After selecting Document type and Click on the Attachment Name mini button then it populates the window as we indicated in the figure. Click on the browse button as indicated in figure.

Now you can see the path where the file has be placed so that we can select your required file from the specified path.

Select the file or click once on the file and click on the open button. It will save the attachment in the Expert Applications Attachment

Now Go to Expert Application After filling all the details in the Expert Application. Click on the Save Button.

After saving the record click on the Submit Application button You can able to see the pop up message whether application has to submit or not as shown in the figure. If you want to submit then click on ok Button.

Now your Application has been submitted successfully and email has been sent to your mail address pop will display. Now click on ok button.

Status will change from New Request to In Progress

Now you can see that status Data has been changed to In Progress. This means your application has been submitted successfully and it is in under process. All the Data will be read only now you cant make any changes to the application. After that close the session.

Browser (Internet Explorer) Settings

NOTE: PLEASE TAKE THE HELP OF YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR/EXPERT TO MAKE THE BELOW CHANGES TO YOUR BROWSER (INTERNET EXPLORER). DEPENDING ON YOUR BROWSER VERSION, SOME OF THESE SETTINGS MIGHT BE AT DIFFERENT A PLACE/TAB.

Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM)

Choose Tools > Internet Options. (Only if Sun JRE is also present) > Select the Advanced tab > select Java (Sun) > verify that the "use Java <XXXX>" entry is not enabled or checked.

Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab. When the Advanced settings appear, choose Java (Sun)> and enable/check the use Java <XXXX> entry. (XXXX = version)

Security Settings ActiveX Controls and Plugins

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab, and then select Custom Level. When the Security settings appear, select ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins > Download Signed ActiveX Controls > Enable. When the Security settings appear, select ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins > Run ActiveX Controls and Plugins > Enable. When the Security settings appear, select ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins > Script ActiveX Controls marked safe for scripting > Enable. When the Security settings appear, select ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins > Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting > Prompt.

Security Settings Script Settings

Choose Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.

In Security settings, select Miscellaneous > set Active Scripting to prompt or enable. In Security settings, select Miscellaneous > set Scripting of Java Applets to prompt or enable.

Security Settings Downloads

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab, choose Custom Level. When the Security settings appear, select Downloads > File Download > Enable.

Security Settings IFRAMES / Miscellaneous Settings

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab. In Security settings, select Miscellaneous > set "Launching Programs and files in an IFRAME" to prompt or enable. Enable is recommended.

Advanced Settings Script Debugging

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab > select Browsing > Download Signed ActiveX Controls > select disable script debugging.

Security Settings Secure Sockets Layer

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab, and then select Custom Level. When the Security settings appear, select: Miscellaneous > Display Mixed Content > Enable.

Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM)

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Security tab, then select medium-low or lower for the deployment security Zone or Custom. Only if Custom is selected: When the Security settings appear, select Microsoft VM > Java Permissions > low or medium safety.

To access this setting for Internet Explorer 6.0:

Choose Tools > Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab. In Privacy settings, select Advanced button > Ensure the "Override automatic cookie handling" box is checked.
