REFEEDING COOKING IDEAS

Some ideas to do some meals


DAY 3 1x Extra fruit Choose Papino and make a fruit salad and divide in 3 bowls (one bowl/one fruit for the day) or Choose pineapple as fruit and stirfry with chicken or Choose pineapple and use with salad or yogurt Day 4 1 Slice Bread include Make scramble Egg for breakfast and put onto your toast bread or Toast the bread and eat it as a snack at 15h00 or later with tea/coffee Day 11 One bad / One good fruit and 3 slices of bread Make curried mince from Meat option Put 1 slice of bread in your plate Pour mince over bread Cut banana into slices onto your mince and ENJOY! Choose cheese option Take two slices of bread Add tomato and snackwich your Cheese and Tomato samie! Day 14 120gr old Meat, 160gr old Veggies, 1 Good fruit, 1 Bad fruit, 3 slices of bread Choose Egg for Breakfast Add 60gr Steak (old meat) Add 80gr Veggies (big mushroom plus onion) Stirfry banana and 1 Slice toast (So you have, Steak, Egg, Toast, mushroom&onion mix and fried banana) Choose Feta: Add 60gr Chicken plus 80gr veggies; Samie: Slice toast, on top finely sliced lettuce, stirfry cooked chicken, add pineapple (sliced in length), top up with another slice of toast. (use rest of veggies for salad)

Day 16

Add 80gr old meat, 40gr NEW meat, 160gr old veggies, 2 bad fruit, 3 slices bread Choose Egg for breakfast Add 80gr Steak Add 40gr Bacon (like it lean) Add 160gr old veggies (Big black mushroom with onion) Bacon stirfry (if you wish) 1 Slice of Toast Day 18 Add 80gr old meat, 40gr NEW meat, 200gr old veggies, 50gr CHO, 3 slices of bread Choose Cheese option and make Pasta dish Add 80gr chicken 40gr bacon 50gr cooked pasta With 200gr veggies: mushrooms, green pepper, tomato, etc Layer paste, chicken, bacon and veggies with cheese. Put in the oven and cook. Day 20 Add 40gr old meat, 80gr new meat, 160gr old veggies, 40gr NEW veggies, 2 bad fruit, 3 slices of bread Choose yogurt option Make icecream with your yogurt by adding strawberries and blend together . Poor into ice cube holder and freeze for use after meal. Make one toast bread. Fry banana and put on top of toast bread. Add fried bacon on top of banana and take 40gr NEW veggies and use your advocado make finely and mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and put on top of bacon. Add one slice tomato. Enjoy! Day 21 Add 120 NEW Meat, 120gr old veggies, 80gr NEW veggies, 2 bad fruit, 3 slices of bread, 50gr CHO Braaivleis Idea: Choose cheese option. Take 2/3 cheese and choose CHO as Mieliepap and layer a mieliepap tart from mushroom, onion, tomato, and cheese. Take 1/3 of cheese and choose 2 slices of bread and make a cheese, tomato, onion samie and braai with meat. 120gr NEW Meat, choose your Mutton Leg chop. For the rest of the veggies you can put into foil and put on top of braai with 1 teaspoon of mayo and spices allowed.
