Staff
Assistant Manager: Mohd Farhan Abdullah Somewhat weak Assistant with 2 for motivating and 2 for tactical knowledge (does have 5 for judging ability and 5 for judging potential) - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G3star.png Goalkeeping Coach: Mohd Azley Abdullah Very good gk coach for Malaysian level, 2.5 stars for both Shot Stopping and Handling - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G6star.png Physio: Baharuddin Ahmad Sharif - Physiotherapy 6, Discipline 8, Man Management 1 Not a really good physio, you can get a better physio (limit of one so you really need the best you can find)The game generates a coach and a scout for you I think, see if they are any good Deadwood: Mohd Farhan Abdullah Baharudin Ahmad Sharif Potential Staff: Only ones that were good seemed to have been generated, just remember to find coaches with good determination, level of discipline, motivating, a good assistant manager with good tactical knowledge, motivating, man management and judging ability and judging potential, and a good physio with high physiotherapy, discipline and man management Oh yeah, for Malaysia 8 is considered very good I think so do not set the bar too high

Squad
Goalkeepers: 1st Choice: Mohd Shamsul Fahmi Shamsuddin Not going to be the best idea between the sticks, rated 2 stars and weakness is shot stopping (which is supposed to be a keepers main job) with reflexes of 4 Key Players: Aidil Mohamad Other: Deadwood: Abdul Gani Annuar Positional Rating: 4/10 You need a new goalkeeper between the sticks, if not you could put Aidil Mohamad between the sticks as he at least has 7 reflexes and 14 rushing out though he has only 5 for anticipation, there are quite a few free Gks in the market so you should get someone for the Super League - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G4star.png Right Backs: 1st Choice: Mohd Fareez Tukijo Key Players: Mohd Dzulazlan Ibrahim Other: Deadwood: Positional Rating: 4/10 Mohd Fareez Tukijo has loads of potential and can become a leading Super League right back in the future, would be beneficial to try and get an experienced and capable right back, as Tukijo is only a good Premier League player (2nd division) player for now, Dzulazlan Ibrahim is better as a central defender too, he is accomplished at right back but does have potential to become a good Super League right back too so it would be a good idea to put him on right back positional training http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G5star.png Centre Backs: 1st Choice: Wong Sai Kong, Shahrizam Mohamad Key Players: Mohd Dzulazlan Ibrahim Other: Mohd Shaiful Sabtu, Shahrizam Mohamad Deadwood: Positional Rating: 6/10 Wong Sai Kong is your best central defender, but he is only rated as decent for the Super League, hopefully you can get another good central defender in, give Dzulazlan Ibrahim some game time, he has the potential to become a good Super League central defender - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G6star.png Left Backs: 1st Choice:Mazwandi Zekeria Key Players: Other: Benedict Martin Deadwood:

Positional Rating: 5/10 Mazwandi Zekeria is young and already rated a decent Super League player with potential to become a leading Super League left back, Benedict Martin is a bit weak and only rated 1 star and is already 23 though Martin does have the potential to be a decent Super League player at 3 star potential(just depends on whether he will ever get the game time to improve as Zekeria deserves to play more), if possible another younger left back with potential can be brought in to compete with Zekeria - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G5star.png Right Wingers: 1st Choice: Ashri Chuchu Key Players: Azizan Saperi Other: Mohd Fareez Tukijo Deadwood: Mohd Shahrizan Sahari Positional Rating: 6/10 Ashri Chuchu (19 years old) and Azizan Saperi (21 years old) both have huge potential (Ashri with potential to become a leading Super League right winger & striker while Saperi has potential to become a good Super League right winger, both are only rated as good Premier League players though for now, so again an experienced player would be useful, train Ashri Chuchu on right wing position (odd that he is natural at striker and accomplished at right winger considering that he plays mainly on the right wing) - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G6star.png Defensive Midfielders: 1st Choice: Key Players: Other: Wong Sai Kong, Sokolingam Fugerson Deadwood: Positional Rating: 3/10 Wong Sai Kong is only competent at defensive midfielder but is still way better than 18 year old youngster Sokolingam Fugerson (who doesn't have that much potential anyway) -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G3star.png Central Midfielders: 1st Choice: Key Players: Other: Sokolingam Fugerson Deadwood: Abang Za'afari Othman Positional Rating: 1/10 No decent central midfielders at all? Odd, in real life Othman does not look that bad from what I have read and seen, oh well you need bodies here, at least 3-4 players need to be brought in, this is pretty much a key position in football after all - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G1star.png Attacking Midfielders: 1st Choice: Bobby Gonzales Key Players: Other: Wong Sai Kong Deadwood: Mohd Shahrizan Sahari Positional Rating: 4/10 Gonzales is pretty much your only pick for AMC, Wong Sai Kong is competent at this position but is of course nowhere near Gonzales ability - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G4star.png Left Wingers: 1st Choice: Mohd Shahrol Saperi Key Players: Other: Deadwood: Positional Rating: 3/10 Mohd Shahrol Saperi is 26 and only rated as a good Premier League player, really not good enough for the Super League, worst thing is he is your only left winger, get someone else in as first choice as use him as backup -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G3star.png Strikers: 1st Choice: Zamri Morshidi Key Players: Bobby Gonzales, Ashri Chuchu Other: Hairul Ghadafi, Abdul Rayjal Abdul Jalil Deadwood: Azralan Azmi, Khairul Azahar Ediros Positional Rating: 7/10 Finally some actual real quality somewhere (instead of just untapped potential), Zamri Morshidi should be your main man in small games (unfortunately he does not feel comfortable playing in the big matches, pair him up with Bobby Gonzales who is also a good striker (and Bobby apart from being poor in the air has no other weaknesses), it would be useful to find a target man as all your strikers are short and bad in the air but it is not such an important thing, maybe only if you have money left over - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G7star.png Away on Loan: None Injuries: None Hot Prospects: Ashri Chuchu (ST/AMR) -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...rs/G10star.png Mazwandi Zekeria (DL) -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...rs/G10star.png Azizol Saperi (AMR) -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G9star.png Mohd Fareez Tukijo (DR/WBR/MR/AMR) -http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G9star.png Mohd Dzulazlan Ibrahim (DC/DR) - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G9star.png Hairul Ghadafi (ST) - http://i1143.photobucket.com/albums/...ars/G8star.png Weaknesses: Needs central midfielders in as soon as possible, and could use some experienced hands to guide the younger lads in their first season back in Super League following promotion last season Potential Signings: GK Ruzfazly Rahaman, free, 120 p/w Mohamad Zahir Selamat, Harimau Muda (free), 140 p/w DC Mohd Muslim Ahmad, Harimau Muda (free), 230 p/w Mohd Faizal Muhamad, Harimau Muda (free), 220 p/w DL Mohd Fandi Othman, Harimau Muda (free), 300 p/w (good on the whole left flank, so can take AML position too) DRMahalli Jasuli, Harimau Muda (free), 210 p/w DM/MC K.Gurusamy, Harimau Muda (free), 300 p/w Mohd Irfan Faizal, Harimau Muda (free), 160 p/w

MC Muhd Wazir Che Ani, free, 110 p/w Shah Irwan Shahdan, free, 25 p/w AMR K.Yoganathan, free, 140 p/w AML S.Ganeson, free, 230 p/w ST Gary Steven, Harimau Muda, free, 300 p/w

Best Formations
I recommend a 4-2-4 or a standard 4-4-2, if you do manage to bag a few defensive midfielders then a 4-5-1 would be useful to have for away gameshttp://i1086.photobucket.com/albums/...Formations.png

Additional Comments
Sarawak were promoted last season from the Premier League (2nd division) after finishing second behind runaway winners Selangor PKNS, they have a lot of good young players but there is a lack of players with the ability to compete in the Super League so some signings are needed to give the club a fighting chance in the Super League, the finances are not so good (though the board, or to be exact, the state government does inject money into the club to help with running costs so you should be fine) but staying in the Super League will at least give you more money than getting relegated, and you have a decent wage budget to bring in a good number of players, with the hot prospects at the club there is potentially a bright future ahead. Try and check the players in Harimau Muda, they are the club for the Malaysian U23s team and are not fully professional so their players on amateur contracts can be picked up on frees, best thing is some of them have amazing potential and are already very established players (though actually in real life they have allowances and are quite loyal to the club so should not leave so easily, yet in FM2012 due to their amateur contracts they will always be attracted to money), if you do not sign them up someone else will (in one week in the game nearly two-thirds of the Harimau Muda team are gone (I signed half of the two-thirds of their team, but you get the idea, the other teams are also lurking around so act fast)
