CULTURA ORGANIZATIONALA LEAN

Managerul care nu tine cont de cultura organizationala ajunge sa fie condus de ea.
OBIECTIVE:
Veti intelege ce este cultura organizationala si cum functioneaza ea. Veti intelege care este miza culturii si a controlului acesteia. Veti intelege rolul managerului in formarea si controlul culturii organizationale. Veti deprinde lucrul cu instrumente de evaluare si analiza a culturii organizationale. Veti deprinde lucrul cu instrumente de proiectare a culturii dorite. Veti identifica si cunoaste principalele categorii de practici manageriale ce pot influenta relevant cultura. Veti dobandi un portofoliu personal de instrumente si metode concrete de influentare a culturii, util in activitatea dumneavoastra manageriala. Veti dobandi o imagine a culturii organizatiei din care faceti parte si a stadiului dorit al acesteia. Veti intelege care sunt principalele trasaturi ale culturii organizationale Lean.

Personalul cu responsabilitati manageriale sau de supervizare, traineri interni, membrii ai departamentului de resurse umane.

PUNCTE CHEIE:
Ce este cultura organizationala si cum se formeaza ea. Cum functioneaza cultura organizationala si cum poate fi influentata. Instrumente de diagnoza a culturii prezente si de proiectare a celei dorite. Diagnoza si prognoza culturii organizationale specifice. Atribute ale culturii organizationale Lean. Rolul managerului in formarea, monitorizarea si controlul culturii. Identificarea principalelor categorii de practici manageriale ce influenteaza relevant cultura. Instrumente si metode pentru practica manageriala zilnica.

DURATA:
4 zile, dispuse in 2 sesiuni a cate 2 zile consecutive, instruire in sala

You will be provided with a relevant tools and methods portfolio to support you in your daily activity. You will end up with a picture of your actual organisational culture and also with a picture of the desired culture. You will gain a deep understanding of the main characteristics of the Lean organisational culture.
