CHRIS GARD Chris Gard has extensive experience in all security aspects and will oversee our security protocol and systems in Washington, DC. Prior to working with the Green Door in San Francisco as a manager, Chris Gard was Head of Security at the San Francisco Pacific Stock Exchange for 7 years. Chris has worked as Director of Security for the Green Door, where he focused on streamlining and enhancing the security of our checkin desk practices. (The check-in desk is where patients submit their IDs and doctor recommendations, which must be verified prior to admittance into the dispensary). In 2010, Chris Gard also became Director of Operations for Allied Gardens Patients Collective, a premiere medical marijuana dispensary in San Diego. In addition to his security expertise, Chris has extensive experience as a horticulturalist. He is familiar with all aspects and types of cultivation systems and mediums.

JUSTIN JARIN Justin Jarin is currently the Director of Compassionate Care Patients Collective in San Francisco, a premiere medical marijuana dispensary in San Francisco. Since 2003, he has worked in all aspects of the medical marijuana dispensary from weighing and packaging to assisting patients, and from conducting product safety tests to managing inventory verification. He also has considerable expertise in business systems and managing staff. In 2008 Justin was promoted to Director of Purchasing, where he became responsible for all medical marijuana purchasing for the dispensary, in addition to key daily operations such as opening and closing of the facility, deposits and accounts payable, public relations, and other operations. Justin's experience in purchasing and product testing has allowed our dispensary to exercise the highest quality standards.

TOM LINDENFELD Tom Lindenfeld is a government relations specialist and political consultant. He spent nearly 12 years working at all levels in New Jersey politics and government. In 1988, Lindenfeld managed Frank Pallone's first congressional campaign in what Campaigns and Elections Magazine cited as the best-run House race in the country. Following Pallone's victory, Tom became his Chief of Staff. In 1992, Lindenfeld served as the Director of National Coordinated Campaigns for the Democratic National Committee on behalf of the Clinton Presidential effort and other federal, state and local campaigns. Following his work at the Democratic National Committee, Tom served for 6 years as David Axelrods partner and director of the Chicago firms DC office. During this time, he was instrumental in the election of candidates across the country, including Congressman Patrick Kennedy, New York State Comptroller Carl McCall, Iowa

In 2000, Tom founded LSG Strategies, which serves as a nationally recognized direct voter contact operation. Locally Tom was a principal strategist for Tony Williams first campaign for Mayor and for Adrian Fentys first campaign for Mayor.
