Accessing Oracle Global Customer Support

Oracle customers have access to electronic and telephone support for Siebel Business Applications through Oracle Global Customer Support at http://www.oracle.com/siebel/support.html. Hearing-impaired customers in the U.S. who wish to speak to an Oracle Support representative may use a telecommunications relay service (TRS). Information about the TRS is available at http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ consumerfacts/trs.html, and a list of telephone numbers is available at http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/dro/trsphonebk.html. International hearing-impaired customers should use the TRS at +1.605.224.1837. An Oracle Support engineer will respond to technical issues according to the standard service request process.

You can update the installed Siebel Tools Online Help by copying only the files (and not the folder itself) in the ToolsOnlineHelp folder provided with this bookshelf to the help folder where you installed Siebel Tools (usually, <ToolsInstallationFolder>\HELP\ENU). To launch Tools Online Help directly from its folder, open tools.chm. You can also launch Tools Online Help directly from this Siebel Bookshelf. NOTE: The Tools Online Help link will work only in a Microsoft Windows environment.

You must open the homepage in Adobe Reader and not in a Web browser with the PDF plugin; some features will not function properly in a Web browser.
