In 2011, P&G recorded $82.6 billion dollars in sales. Fortune magazine ranked P&G at fifth place of the "World's Most Admired Companies" list, the #10 ranking on Barrons Worlds Most Respected Companies List, a #25 ranking on Business P&Geks list of Worlds Most Innovative Companies and so on. Today, Procter & Gamble products are available in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, currently reaching about 4.4 billion out of seven billion people on the planet. Infact, consumers purchase a P&G product about 40 billion times a year.

With their recent media release, they announced that P&G are creating more multi-brand programs such as their Olympic games sponsorship and are moving from more than 500 manufacturing platforms as of two years ago to a target of about 150 platforms by 2014. In order to do so, they

most obviously need a vast number of work force and who better than us can provide a range of workforce solutions and geographic coverage has grown steadily over the years to match the needs of our customers. We have professional and technical employees in the fields of finance and accounting, education, engineering, information technology, law, science, and healthcare along side a comprehensive array of outsourcing and consulting services for its customers, including recruitment, human resource management, vendor management, and outplacement services. Its estimated that the worlds population will be nearly eight billion people by 2020. All these people in developed and developing countries alike will have the same fundamental needs, wants and aspirations for products and services that make their lives better. There is tremendous potential for P&G to grow by meeting those needs and only Kelly Services with our quality processes, management practices, supplier diversity, and community involvement with the awarding from many outstanding foundations can make their growth our goal. Keeping aside the companys objective, we also must keep in mind the consents of the employees are or may in the future be related to the company.
