Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition is held according to the Decree of the Russian Federation Government 1310-r of July 28, 2011.

Within federal and departmental projects and programs there is a constant activity on modernizing and informatization of EMERCOM functioning. ISSE has proved itself to be an effective platform for cooperation of authorities and manufacturers and providers of services in the sphere of safety and security.

Under present day conditions it is impossible to effectively perform the tasks for provision of national security without integrated approach to solving them. About ISSE
The leading safety and security exhibition in Russia International Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition 2012 (ISSE 2012) will be held from 22 to 25 May 2012 in All-Russia Exhibition Center, Hall 75. In 2012 ISSE will gather for the fifth time key Russian and foreign manufacturers in the sphere of safety and security, headliners in distributions, specialized associations and unions. The goal of ISSE 2012 is to provide the effective cooperation between state authorities and the leading consumers and developers of the products in the sphere in order to promote up-todate firefighting, rescue and information technologies to the Russian market for systems and means of security.

International Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition (ISSE) is the leading national event of the federal importance, which creates versatile demonstration platform for the matters of integrated security, while being one of the most significant European events in this sphere.

ISSE 2012 Concept

The concept of ISSE 2012 is an edifice reflecting an integrated comprehension of processes related to the further formation and improvement of the government system of Russia, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and anthropogenic character, creation of this system and its constant readiness of its forces from nowadays to 2020. Having learnt the lessons, taught to the international community by the emergencies of the previous years, including the accident at Japanese Fukushima-1, even the most developed countries consider the questions of economic security connected with the development of the effective means for providing the stability of the economy in the regions, influenced by natural disasters, anthropogenic catastrophes, or their combined influence to be especially pressing. Based on this, the main topic of the ISSE 2012 business program will be Stability of the economic system in the Russian Federation under conditions of crises and catastrophes. In whole ISSE 2012 will summarize the results of the last 5 years of providing integrated safety and security, the main activities of which are: formation and development of the multilevel systems of anti-crisis management, including facility, municipal and regional segments of the integrated safety and security; realization of the federal target programs in the sphere of security; increasing the security level of the industrial facilities and fuel-energy complex; development of the voluntary fire brigade in the Russian Federation.

The exhibitors of ISSE have an opportunity to present their products in live demonstration at the ranges. The demonstration program of the International Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition has no analogue in Russia. Considering national and international experience the demonstration program is meant for the wide range of the Visitors and has informative and show character. As well as previously, the main event of the demonstration program will be live demonstration at the training ranges #179 of the Rescue Center of EMERCOM of Russia in Noginsk. Different divisions actions using special technical means, including aviation will be showed live at the ranges. At the outdoor areas near the static display exposition the traditional competitions of firemen, rescuers and police personnel, as well as other divisions for emergency response are planned to be held. There will be competitions of the rescue teams in aiding to the traffic accident victims, as well as the completion in master skills for the operators of the robotic equipment and operators of UAVs.

As well as previously, the main event of the demonstration program will be live demonstration at the training ranges #179 of the Rescue Center of EMERCOM of Russia in Noginsk. Different divisions actions using special technical means, including aviation will be showed live at the ranges.

The Venue
International Exhibition Center MosExpo (pavilion 75, at the territory of All-Russia Exhibition Center) has three halls. All exhibition halls are equipped with the systems of electricity and water supply, air conditioning, compressed air supply systems, as well as video surveillance systems, security systems and fire alarms. Engineering services in the pavilion: the pavilion is supplied with central heating, water supply, ventilation systems, electricity supply, telecommunication systems, radio systems, security and fire alarms, special communication systems and information systems; the systems of electricity and water supply are located in engineering channels evenly in every hall; the modern AC system maintains comfortable temperature in the hottest periods of the year; the engineering systems of the pavilion are fully automated; modern systems of video surveillance and emergency response systems for your safety.
