Provided Senior Leadership to an organization that included sales, marketing and operations that generated over $22 million in annual revenue for northern Arizona. Successfully implemented several corporate initiatives while keeping team focused on exceeding sales objectives, these included implementation of new CRM system, new industry measurement metrics, and the development and implementation of our digital advertising strategy. I had the highest revenue per rep in the company while competing in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Responsible for managing and developing six sales teams across a six state area. Focus was on mid-market sized, commercial accounts. I had direct revenue responsibility for $122 million in annual revenue. Responsible for managing all of Qwest's out of franchise mid-markets customers. This represented approximately 60,000 accounts across a 36 state territory. I was responsible for developing a coverage strategy that included utilization of both outside vendors and Qwest direct employees. Over the course of two years I successfully created 8 new sales teams across multiple states and vendors. I was responsible for creating sales training, development of compensation program, hiring of sales reps and managers and delivering desired sales results. Created a marketing firm that was focused on helping restaurants and taverns increase their nightly customer census through a variety of promotional activities. In addition we worked with non-profit organizations on a variety of fund raising activities. I was responsible for developing sales strategies and collateral materials for quick market penetration. I hired employees, managed payroll, managed customer relationships and dealt with all regulatory requirements. I ultimately sold this business in 2007.
