Dear Patricia, Establishment Republican leaders in the U. S. House of Representatives are reportedly working on a deal whereby United States Attorney General Eric Holder, and his cronies at the U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ), will get off scot-free in the "Fast and Furious scandal. A brave Border Patrol officer is DEAD because of Eric Holder. The Attorney General should be removed from office, and criminal prosecution for perjury and obstruction of justice should be investigated against him. Nothing short of removal from office for this vile man is acceptable! Please send faxes IMMEDIATELY to All Members of the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. This is the Committee investigating Eric Holder. Tell all the members that you oppose any deal, and that Eric Holder must be held accountable. Please act quickly. The entire Fast and Furious scandal may be about to be swept under the rug by Establishment Republican leaders. You see, at the last Congressional Fast and Furious hearing, Mr. Holder made some

not-so-veiled threats against Republicans. And it seems that Establishment GOP leaders, like House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner, are terrified. Now, I don't know what Eric Holder is holding over the Republican leaderships' heads. And, frankly, I don't care. Nothing that Eric Holder can do to House Speaker John Boehner and his buddies can be worse than what happened to Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Terry was KILLED by a drug gang, who were wielding weapons provided to them by Eric Holder's Justice Department! What these Establishment GOP leaders want to do is sweep this terrible crime under the rug, in the name of political expediency. They want to dishonor the memory of Brian Terry, because they are too cowardly to fight for justice. And they want to REWARD Eric Holder and Barack Hussein Obama by dropping this critical investigation. Please FAX every Member of the Government Reform and Oversight Committee NOW. I am very, very serious. You must tell every Member on this Committee to ignore their leaders in the House of Representatives. You must tell them to continue their investigation. Eric Holder must be punished for his crimes! According to former-Congressman Tom Tancredo, here is how the deal will work: 1. Eric Holder and his deputies who authorized the Fast and Furious debacle will be let off the hook. In return, a couple of low-ranking officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) will be prosecuted. 2. Attorney General Holder will then hold a press conference and claim that he had "cleaned up the mess. 3. House Republican leaders will announce their efforts resulted in a couple of prosecutions while, privately, they celebrate getting rid of this "messy investigation. Then, just about everyone in Washington, D.C., will be able to go back to their cocktail parties and taxpayer-paid trips around the world! Meanwhile, the family of Brian Terry will get no solace, they will obtain no closure, and they will receive no justice. Every day, they will have to see the smiling, arrogant, face of Eric Holder on TV, or in the newspaper. Every day they will have to confront the fact that John Boehner, and other House leaders, allowed the men whose actions resulted in the death of their loved one to go free. And, if you think that this is all speculation, think again. There have already been published statements by Department of Justice representatives claiming that low level government officials in the field were responsible for Fast & Furious, and that they should be prosecuted.

This deal is despicable. It must be stopped. Please send your faxes immediately. Tell the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight that there must be NO DEALS to let Eric Holder and his cronies off the hook. Give them a piece of your mind, and do it RIGHT NOW! Your faxes are the only thing that can stop this deal from happening.

And, please, ask everyone you know to do the same by forwarding this email to everyone you know. And, while you are at it, please add to the effectiveness of your faxes by personally calling your U.S. Congressman's, or Congresswoman's, office at 202-224-3121. Tell him, or her, to support continuing the investigation of Eric Holder! We can stop this deal. But only if the American people act quickly. Sincerely,
