Production Facilities: With a production area of over 10,000 sq. feet and state of the art infrastructure, the company boasts all In House facilities (Band knife Machine, Sewing machines. Steam Ironing machine, packing machine to manufacture and pack Home Linen products. Quality Audit is regarded as sacrosanct at different stages of production including Fabric Checking, Pre-production, Mid-production, Final production, Packing and random inspections. Our products are exported only after required laboratory testing done by any authorized external laboratory. The final fabric goes through a regimen of quality checks by qualified quality control experts. Over and able the delivery system is planned, monitored and tracked right up to the customers doorstep.

Operational Capabilities
We take care of the entire process, starting with dyeing, printing, weaving and sewing and packing with state-of-art machineries .We coordinate with dyeing units facilitated with automated cabinet hank Yarn dyeing units exceeding an operational capacity of 1, 00,000 kgs of yarns per month The unit is cent percent environment friendly with zero Effluent Discharge and has an added feature of reverse osmosis system in water treatment plants and the water so traded irrigates around 60 acres of prime cultivated land

Our controlled handloom society is capable of producing 1, 90,000 pieces of placemats, 50,000 mtrs fabric per month We work with auto loom infrastructure can exceed production capacity of 2, 00,000 meter/month of wider width fabric up to 320 cm particularly for bed linen. Our in-house finishing units have a production capacity of 5, 00,000 pcs per month. Having 15 modern stitching machines under one roof, will give an output of 1, 00.000 pcs-5, 00,000 pcs per month according to products. The products are properly checked by quality inspectors, passed on to ironing department for steam ironing and packed according to customers requirement.
