Scope of Work I. General All plans shall be reviewed and be provided by the Contractor (MMRA Construction services) and all permits shall be shouldered including, building permit, occupancy permit, electricity & water supply application, etc Initial plans are to be provided by the owner, revision of structural members shall undergo approval prior to implementation. II. Demolition & site preparation The Contractor (MMRA Construction services) shall be responsible for the safety of the existing structure before and after the demolition procedure. All demolished materials shall be the responsibility of the Contractor (MMRA Construction services) to hual. Excavation and Backfilling All Backfill material shall be compacted up to 30% compaction. Standard compaction Procedure shall be followed. Concreting All concrete shall be Ready Mix Concrete and with a minimum of 3000psi at 28 day curing time. Samples shall be taken and tested for footing and long span beam members. If the Sample cylinder fails, actions shall be done to assure the safety of the structure and all cost are shouldered by the Contractor (MMRA Construction services). All reinforcing bars shall be taken/purchase only to TKL hardware. Initial plans used Grade 30 reinforcing bars. The contractor shall use no less that grade 30 reinforcing bars. Review of reinforcement shall be done by the Contractor (MMRA Construction services). Formworks and Scaffoldings shall not be removed until the desired concrete strength is achieved. Contractor (MMRA Construction services) shall assure the rigidness of the Slab on fill and shall use the best method to serve the maximum life of slab.

Roofing , ceiling, insulation & storm drain Design of roof cover, ridge roll, gutter, etc shall be same with the existing structure and with a minimum thickness of 0.6mm. Rafter and Truss shall be reviewed by the Contractor (MMRA Construction services). Any changes in the given plans, Contractor (MMRA Construction services) shall inform the owners representative for approval prior to implementation. All steel structural members shall be purchased only to TKL hardware. Purlins & I beams to be used shall not be less than 2x6x1.8 purlins spaced at 0.6meters o.c. and 10 ibeam depth for large roofing and 2x4x1.5 purlins spaced at 0.6 meters o.c.. Insulation shall be double aluminium foil insulation. Please see Attached plans for details. Gypsum board shall be used as ceiling material with metal furring framing. All connections shall be installed with wire mess to lessen the probability of cracking joints.

CHB walling All CHB walling are non-load bearing CHB both 6 and 4. Vertical reinforcement shall be spaced at a minimum distance of 0.8 meters and horizontal bars every three layers of CHB. Filling mortar and plastering material shall be Class A Mix (at least 1: 3 Ratio) Floor Finish Tiles for the main hall shall be 0.6x0.6 meters china granite tile, color and design are subject for approval prior to installation. Tiles for entrance shall be ceramic tiles design and color also same with existing and will subject for approval. Bonding material preferred is tile adhesive but for cost saving purposes cement mortar is allowed but Contractor (MMRA Construction services) shall assure the workmanship of their workers. Contractor (MMRA Construction services) shall have extra tiles, at least 10 pcs. Stainless Rail Design shall be same with the existing. Painting Re-painting of existing structure shall be semi-gloss paint, paint color must be fully cover the existing paint. For exterior painting I should be elastomeric paint. For interior it should be Latex paint. Interior Painting of new structure shall follow standard procedure from neutralizer, primer, masilya, up to 2 to 3 coats of final paint. Exterior painting shall follow the

standard procedure from Neutralizer, primer, masilya, wire mesh and 2 to 3 coats of water proofing paint. Different methodology of painting and water proofing shall subject for approval. X. Electrical All electrical wires shall be phelpdoge, switches and oulets shall be Panasonic (national), and lighting fixtures and breakers are for owners representatives approval. Doors and Windows All doors and windows shall be same with existing structure any additional items without references shall subject for approval. Accordion Partition Accordion partition material is subject for approval.
