Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is the emerging standard for modelling business processes, the result of the evolution of best practises across multiple process modelling disciplines. It is supported by many of the foremost process modelling as well as workflow tools, and with its underlying mapping to executable process languages such as BPEL is also an important standard for defining executable processes, e.g. service orchestration. Objective: On their return delegates can engage with their business process environment and model a range of situations with confidence and accuracy Using BPMN when mapping processes (even using Visio) enables a smooth transition from the mapping to modelling level at a later date Up to 14 practical exercises will test delegate modelling skills Examination for BPMN Practitioner Certification At the end of the second day a one hour examination can be sat which will be assessed and those who pass will be awarded a BPMN Practitioner Certificate. Those who attend the course but chose not to sit the examination will be awarded an BPMN Attendance Certificate
