Thank you we say to Encik Amir because give teaching to us in implementing this assignment with best possible without contain any negative element. On Monday namely 16 January 2012 ago, we have conducted study over security in construction site. That study carried out in Lenggong Perak. Construction site that we visit is Tapak Pembinaan Pejabat Tanah Lenggong next to 2 Tingkat Lenggong Bangunan District Council. Apart from our visit maintained nicely by Encik Amri as contractor representative from Meranti Tegas Enterprise company.

Literature Review

Cost for the project is 3.982 million bucks Malaysia . It is Malaysian Public Works Department joint project. Permanent staff in this construction site consisting of contractor, sub- kontraktor, clerk, security guard, employee guard, and construction labourer employee. This construction site as wide 6750x15250 foot .This process expected to be ready within 1 years start November 9 2011. Working hours on the other hand start as early as 8 o'clock in the morning and rest as long as 30 minutes at 10 am, work resumed until hit 3 o'clock in the afternoon and given rest back as long as 30 minutes. Work connected come back until hit 5 o'clock in the afternoon or more. Working day on the other hand for 6 days one week. This company have as many as labourer 20 employees.Through our study and our question find that labourer there has no CIDB card that have pelindungan insuran to that cardholder.Apart from that there was various other problems that is dangerous in that construction site.

Methodology Research

Method that we managing in our study managing is interview. We has interviewed one of Meranti Tegas Enterprise staff namely Encik Saifol Amri bin Sharif namely one of contractor in that construction site. Apart from that we make joint study by obtaining agreement document between entrepreneur and contractor . In our perusal on documents that there is found that documents cater to security condition that approved.

Analysis Data / Result

From studies and our observation, we find that this construction site dangerous because do not practise working style that is healthy and safe. This is because security system that there was here among them was

1) sluice that good availability - water pipe and fire hydrant near. 2) zinc holder usage - used to prevent outsider enter construction site that is dangerous and prevent product from construction site out. 3) Get insurance policy that is good - this company get insurance from limited mui continental insurance .

Althought security in this construction site not so perfect . This is because there was various problems that is dangerous that can probably becoming cause to large problems. Among them was :1) Doesnt use safety shoe when staying and doing works in construction site. 2) Doesnt use safety helmet when staying and doing works in construction site. 3) Safety signbord that were in that construction site not broadcast in position that is correct. 4) Small and sharp scattered material above road. 5) Used cutting machine in dangerous nature. 6) Surplus wooden cutting and iron staying in scattered state above land and above equipment table. 7) Scattered rubbish litter. 8) No waste-paper basket. 9) Doesnt have portable fire extinguisher. 10)Storage machines and flammable material store in dangerous place. 11) Workers a construction labourer employee has no greed card( CIDB CARD ) which allowed them do anything works in construction site.

This state may be due to building contractor to that project adopt attitude dawdle sambi on worker- security employee in that construction site. Apart from that, they also this gain profit that high. Through random question that we handed to that worker- at the site manual worker construction found that employee percent that work safely is a little and has no job visa such as which indicated under:-

Conclusion

Conclusion that can we make from activity that we doing was we be able to see on security system in construction site . For example, state on site build have to be tidy and orderly . Apart from that, we find out worker had to take on safety regulations such as that is fixed to avoid occurence of minor accidents or large . With this, it can reduce accident rate to zero . End said, occupational safety and health subject 2 this gives us awareness and need on health / security in construction site . Hence, it capable of increasing employee quality and that project .
