We Hereby Submit Specifications and Estimates for the following: Balconies -Grind out all Cracks on concrete floors of balconies and grind out joint where steel frame meets concrete floors of balconies. -Clean out dust and dirt from joints. -Prime and caulk joints with CWS Off White Caulking -Also caulk where floor slab meets brick walls -Remove old caulking from ceiling joints and re-caulk with Dow corning CWS off white in colour -When caulking is completed we will apply one coat of clear concrete waterproofing to all floors of balconies. We propose hereby to furnish material and labour - complete in accordance with above specification for: ($4,110.00) ******Four-Thousand*One-Hundred*Ten*Dollars and .00 Cents******* Plus 5% GST Note: Three Year Labour Warranty Payment to be made as Follows: Net 15 days from invoice dates. 1.5% monthly after 30 days.
All Material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a work person like manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accident or delays beyond our control. We shall not be liable for pre-existing condition of premises.

Acceptance of Proposal-The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above. The undersigned hereby agrees to pay all accounts when rendered. The undersigned further agrees to pay interest on any outstanding balance at the rate of 18% per annum. On default the undersigned agrees that all lawyers and/or agents cost of recovering the debt are payable on a solicitor or agent and its own client basis. The undersigned consents to the obtaining of credit and/or personal information required at any time in connection with this agreement or any renewal or extension thereof and to the disclosure of any credit information concerning the undersigned to any credit reporting agency or to any person with whom the undersigned has or proposes to have financial relations.
