Recruited specifically to develop a comprehensive HR program for HealthCare Parking Systems, a company
providing five-star valet, hospitality, and front door services to over 170 hospitals nationwide.
• Introduced performance review process, structured development, management guides and training, line-
employee and site auditing program and web-based management support.
• Developed and implemented Safety and Loss Prevention Program resulting in 25% - 75% decrease in
claims at five highest-generating claim locations.
• Investigate and provide response and resolution to DOL, OSHA, DOT, EEOC and other government
agencies regarding inquiries or workforce complaints.
• Ensured compliance with federal and state posting requirements, DOT requirements, safety/OSHA-required
training programs, worker’s compensation management, time-keeping and wage and hour requirements.
• Delivered cost savings through training programs, settlement negotiations, recognition programs, and
