TITLE OF THE PROJECT: CAMBRIDGE TEST CENTER We have been offering trainings for Computer, English, Russian, Accounting and have been implementing IT (Information Technology) exams of Prometric and also TOEFL and TOEIC valid test centers all over the world, to widen our working area and satisfying the demands again since 2001. Additionally, we would like to offer CAMBRIDGE exams at our training center. AIM OF THE INVESTMENT:

The aim of the investment is to present a new service to Gaziantep and the other cities in the region. We want to prepare the necessary infrastructure necessary for a CAMBRIDGE Test Center by investing in line with the requirements of the CAMBRIDGE Turkey Representative. With this investment which is to enrich our trainings our efficiency is to go up and we will provide service in a better setting. Licensed operating systems are used in our all computer system in our training center which is a certified business partner of Microsoft. All infrastructure systems stipulated by the CAMBRIDGE Turkey Representative for the CAMBRIDGE Test Center are to be financed by our institution. We want to implement all the exams within the authorities to be provided by the CAMBRIDGE Turkey Representative. Our investment decision has been approved by our Board of Administration and activities have been started for putting the decision into action.

Ardemsoft Training Center was founded on 21 March 2001 in Gaziantep with the Support of Erdem Holding. It has been offering English and Russian Courses, Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, SQL, Exchange Server, Carpet Pattern and Design and General Accounting trainings since its foundation. A Microsoft Certified Partner, Ardemsoft creates solutions appropriate and software support for these solutions in accordance with the needs of the firms with its experienced and certified trainers in their fields. Ardemsoft also generates solutions peculiar to the firms according to their requests and technical facilities. Furthermore, English and Computer Trainings are offered in Summer Schools during every summer and new generations are supported to improve themselves in the field of technology. DEFINITION OF OUR CURRENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR THE MARKET We are the partners of Prometric and ETS. We have been doing certification exams since 2001. This regions population is above 8 million. We are the biggest private education center in this region and also we have the most academic staffs than the other education centers. We have some trainings which is given only Ardemsoft in this region such as Microsoft Certifications and TOEIC /TOEFL preparation courses.
DEFINITION OF OUR CURRENT COMPETITORS

In this region, we do not have any serious competitors but there have been some firms just entered the market. Although they are small firms, we must have different products and services from our competitors. Our product qualities and services have always been appreciated by our customers and we want to continue to do this by adding new products and services.
OUR CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE

Our current building is in the city center, easily reachable and about 700 squaremeter on the first floor. We had rented in 2001 for 5 years and we renewed in 2006 for 10 years with the contract. Our education center is above the standarts in this region, and designed for all the needs of our customers. ARDEMSOFT EDUCATION CENTER (Private Technological Computer and English Center) is subject to 5510 Numbered Law of MEB (National Education Ministry) and gives Computer and English Trainings and international certificates.

Detailed explanation of the activities

We do intend to implement the basic facilities and examinations of CAMBRIDGE in 2011 successfully. We aim to reach the mass potential in Gaziantep and neighbouring cities by announcing and explaining the importance and necessity of the exam in 2012. And also we consider to cooperate with the high level education centres which completed their basic facilities.Therefore the requirements for introduction and human resources will have been fulfilled.

III PROSPECTIVE PROJECT OUTPUTS, RESULTS AND EFFECTS

Estimated outputs and results

a) Economical results will be seen in 2011. It is aimed that at least 500-750 students will have attended to the exam by the end of 2011. b) Estimation of new business opportunities as a direct result of the project It is considered that the demand will increase over the long term through the value the attendees add themselves. c) One of our personnels will be posted to Exam Project and after given a training he/she will be the only responsible person in the works related to the exam. He/she will follow the potential of the region seriously and present reports to the related units monthly.
Estimated effect of the Project on the company and the region

a) The Project will create an extra market and benefit for Ardemsoft and other trainings. b) We will need an extra personel and accordingly it helps us growing in the market. c) Thanks to the increase of certificated individuals the quality will increase and so the investment to foreign languages gradually. d) Ardemsoft will perform a different mission being ahead of its competitiors. Considering its multiplying effect in the following years an activity the added value of which is high will add value to our tarinings.

IV MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THE PROJECT

Local media, radio channels and billboards will be used for marketing and advertisement. In the local fairs information and introduction activities will be held and in Gaziantep University, Private ZRVE University, Private GAZKENT University, Private Sanko Schools, Private BAHCESEHIR Collage, TED (Private Turkish Education Association), Private SUNGUROGLU Collage, GKV (Private Gaziantep Collage Foundation, Private SEKN Schools, Private BLG Collage, Private MUTAFOGLU Schools Private CAHT NAKIPOGLU Schools , Private Emine NAKIPOGLU School, Private OZASLAN Schools and Private ERDEM Schools students and lecturers will be informed via fairstands.

Sale promotion activities;

We are considering to give free English lessons at certain hours as a promotion to those not having enough qualifications for the exam.
We do believe that related to the strategy of marketing a different aspect will be built up towards foreign language training in the market. IV SUSTAINABILITY
