Seminar Introduction

First of all, I want to thank everyone for coming today. I want to thank my translator, Mr. Kotaro Kusunoki, the staff of SWO (Spiritual World Organization in Tokyo), and my SWO manager and friend, Mr. Daisuke Todo. I am happy we are all here today. Some people may consider me a UFO researcher, but actually, this is not quite true. For me personally, its much more important to realize true self or Higher Self than talk about ET groups and UFO sightings. I think meditation is far more important than gathering information about UFOs or secret government cover-ups. However, all these topics represent different areas of human knowledge and experience, all of which is important to understand the great change now taking place on Earth. So, in todays seminar I am going to present a lot of information, but I also want to present a set of spiritual values, a way to weigh or measure different kinds of spiritual information. In the world today we have a lot of teachers and a lot of teachings. When it comes to UFOs and ETs, there is also a lot of conflict, disagreement and confusion. Some things about ETs and UFOs we can understand very easily and plainly. And there are other things that are hard to know -- which many people spend years to research and study. Yet, a lot of the more complicated material -- such as the ruins of Atlantis, techniques of remote viewing, or predictions of Nostradamus, for example is not essential to spiritual growth. In any book of channeled information, or in teachings given by any particular teacher, some of what they present is essential, but some of it is not. If you spend lots of time gathering information that is, in and of itself, not essential, then you will forget yourself. You may even find that you end up with more confusion than when you started, because many of the ideas your read remain as questions youll never be answered, at least in the present lifetime. On the other hand, if you focus on information essential to spiritual growth, you will become at-one with yourself, at peace with yourself, feeling more complete and full of ease. Youll become less confused. When you study and contemplate this kind of information, essential information, your thinking will become clearer and consciousness becomes more simplified. So, in the first part of our seminar today, we will talk about ET souls and cosmic plan, and hopefully, you will get a greater vision of the Universe in which you live. This is essential information, I believe.

This material begins with a discussion of ET souls on Earth, and ends with some teachings on Higher Self, world service, and spiritual balance. In my understanding, these three last topics are the most essential ones in the entire seminar. Actually, they are universal essentials, for both humans and ET groups, past, present, and future. Ill touch upon these subjects throughout the seminar. But right now, in the first part, well talk about cosmic plan, which is the same thing as universal soul-evolution. In the beginning, well also discuss ET groups that come to Earth -- ETs both good and bad, those here to help and those here to take control, these different ET groups and how they relate to UFO sightings and the contacts taking place today. This will be our foundation for understanding all ET contacts, and the present UFO phenomenon on Earth. In the final part of the seminar we will focus more on the three essentials I just mentioned: Higher Self, world service, and spiritual balance. These topics also give you a preparation for the next level of work, which includes two seminars, Wanderers Workshop, and The Infinite Self: Healing and Balance, which I also present in Japan and in America. [Note: both of these are available as free PDF files at http://talkswithscottmandelker.com] Both of these workshops are really one-day workshops, although sometimes I will present them in just three hours. Wanderers Workshop is for people who are sure, or pretty sure they are ET souls, but also for those who feel a heart-commitment to world service and helping people. In the second seminar, The Infinite Self, we focus on the essential principles of selfhealing, including chakras and life-lessons, karma, Higher Self, meditation and service. This material all comes from the level of Higher Self, what is called 6th density. Both seminars include lots of time for dialogue, which we cant do so much today, since our time is limited. But today Ill include some of this material, and by the end of our work youll have a stronger foundation for further study and spiritual growth. What I will give today is part of a much larger set of teachings. So even before I even introduce myself, I want to talk about some of the basic principles of our work, and youll also see them come up later at the end of the day. If you hear this material at the start, youll be able to fit the information on cosmic plan in a wider perspective. As always, our circle of learning begins at Source and returns to Source, and every end is a new beginning. So here at the start of todays work, lets take a look at the ending. This will give you a kind of higher ground upon which to view the rest of what you hear today.

Higher Self, Service, Spiritual Balance

The first and most important point is this: you are Higher Self. From my own experience in meditation and Buddhism, we cant really say Higher Self is out there, floating somewhere up in the sky, as we usually imagine. Actually, each of us, each person in the room is an expression of Higher Self right now. This core Self is called Atman in the Hindu tradition, which is an ancient Sanskrit word. It is not an exaggeration to say that the voice which comes out of your mouth is actually the voice of Higher Self, the voice of true self. You may wonder, How can I be Higher Self when I am so confused, with all these problems? But actually, when you are speaking or thinking, the Being who does the speaking or creating thoughts is actually your true self. But of course, this true self can become greatly confused, by forgetting itself. And so, all the work we do today is basically to help make sure the voice which comes from your mouth, and the thoughts you think, are a clear true expression of Higher Self, rather than a confused Higher Self. Actually, the personal self and Higher Self are just one being. This is very important to realize. Its very important to know, right here and now at the start of this advanced work, that your true self is complete and whole and perfect. If you know this, then you can understand that spiritual path is about pulling away the confusion that surrounds this pure self, the true Self that you are. This is the basic purpose of all study, meditation, and service. Next, when we talk about world service, we enter the topic of ET souls on Earth. Yet, its probably better to call this, universal service. Service to others is a universal process that occurs throughout the entire Creation. Actually, all the action that takes place in this world, or in any other world, whether clear or confused, good or bad, can also be thought of as some form of service. We can understand, at a very deep level, that all action everywhere, is just form of service to God or service to the infinite Creator. This perspective is very important when we try to understand cosmic plan, positive/negative ET groups, and especially, the purpose of ET souls on Earth. Finally, when we talk about balance, the most important thing to remember is that balance key to enlightenment and spiritual growth. It is much more difficult to achieve balance than to

achieve genius in one particular area. The most important balance we can make is between love and wisdom, the magnetic force of unconditional acceptance and pure receiving, and the radiatory force of clear mind-knowing and intuitive, precise communication. Ill talk more about this later, and I cover it extensively in the Infinite Self seminar. This concerns the development of 4th and 5th chakras, and is also the key to all effective service.

Personal Introduction

So these are the three essentials: Higher Self, world service, and balance -- and Ill return to them throughout the seminar. But before I go on, let me give you a short introduction to myself, how I decided to write my book, From Elsewhere, and become interested in ET souls, cosmic plan, Buddhism and meditation. If you get a sense of who I am and my background, youll have a better understanding of my own spiritual values, as well as the path that many ET souls follow. I was born in 1962 in New York City, and today [mid-1997] I live in San Francisco where I do teaching, counseling and writing. My interest in spiritual matters began in High School. There were two different things happening to me beginning at that time, and they came together in a kind of explosive way. The first was a somewhat romantic, idealized, and rather fantasy-based interest in Eastern mysticism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, and the yogis life. I had a great, somewhat childish longing to live alone in a forest, or up on some mountain top. It was really a fabulous dream. But the second thing was much more grounded: I was going through a tremendous amount of suffering and despair in my heart. As we say in English, I was having a mid-life crisis. I actually had my own mid-life crisis from age 16 to 25, which is somewhat young for this kind of break-down. But if you have an idea that life on Earth, in the present way, may end at the time of 2010-2013 A.D., which is not too far away, then you could certainly consider this the middle of my life. In 2013 A.D. I will be about 51 years old, so I guess you can say that age 25 was the middle of my life. You may be a little confused here, and wonder what Im talking about. Please be patient with these ideas. In the second part of the seminar well talk more about the current time period, which is called Earth Harvest. This time is very, very important for ET souls or

wanderers to understand, and its also essential to understanding just why UFOs and ETs are visiting in all the different ways they contact us. This is a very special time, a unique event in the life of the cosmic plan and in the scheme of soul evolution. Anyway, when I had all this suffering and despair I had only one choice. There was only one thing in my life at that time that brought me peace of mind, putting out the fires of my pain. And this one thing was meditation. It was very formal, disciplined Buddhist meditation, similar to what youll find in Zen temples nowadays in Japan. It is also similar to what youll find in Thailand, in the Vipassana tradition of insight meditation. Right here at the start, you should understand that meditation begins with concentration, and then (hopefully!) ends in satori [Japanese, meaning enlightenment experience]. Its not an easy path, but its a very wonderful path. It just gets deeper and deeper. But, in between the beginning, where we learn meditation and develop mental concentration, and the end in which we experience spiritual break-through (also called kensho in the Rinzai Zen school), there are all sorts of changes that happen to us. Actually, you may not believe it, but meditation is a practice that basically compresses billions of years of soul evolution into a short period of time. What might take most souls several billion years to achieve, in terms of spiritual growth and development of consciousness, can take several lifetimes with intensive meditation. All the higher level, elder ETs know about meditation, of course. All the mystery schools on Earth that teach formal meditation and techniques of spiritual initiation were given by benevolent ET groups, thousands of years ago. But there are definitely two roads we can take. The first goes very fast, and the second goes very slow, but both lead to complete enlightenment and return to Source, to the heart of the infinite Creator. Most souls choose the slow way, and most souls in the universe stay with their soul group on their own worlds, needing billions of years to become one with Higher Self. Yet, meditation is the fast path, and if you practice and develop yourself this way, your soul evolution is greatly accelerated. This is also important for ET souls to understand. To make a long story short, after doing lots of meditation, my suffering basically cleared away and disappeared. Not totally, but a lot of it. This came after long periods of meditation at Japanese Zen temples in America, and Thai temples in India and Thailand. I also developed some spiritual vision showing the way of freedom from so-called ego.

I left college for a few years to do this work. When I finally returned to college, a close friend of mine whom I met at school turned out to be a real-live shaman. He was trained in the native tradition of Carlos Castenada, who himself wrote many books about his study and practice with an elder shaman named Don Juan. Perhaps you know of these books. This friend of mine had the ability to consciously go out of his physical body, then return with full awareness, without forgetting anything. He and I actually worked together, doing some out-of-body journeys and practices. And from at that time, I had many out-of-body experiences which were very clear. These included ET contact, situations where I received teaching, and also did some kinds of white magic rituals for planetary healing. I also went to other planets and dimensions, although I dont remember it all perfectly. There is also a New Age technology in America called Hemisync. This technology uses sound signals in the two ears, so the two hemispheres of the brain come to vibrate in harmony, with the right and left halves achieving certain brain wave frequencies. By hearing different tones in the two ears, the brain achieves synchronized frequencies and vibrates in a unified way. This process can lead to all sorts of things, and especially, to altered states of consciousness. You can also have out-of-body travel. For myself, I had a very conscious, clear experience of going higher and higher out of my body, then passing through a kind of veil or membrane, then meeting my ET family directly. This one experience changed my life, and it was deeply personal. The feeling I had was like being bathed in love, remembrance or recognition. It was a classic and somewhat common type of ET contact for Wanderers -- to meet our soul family. There are two things that one normally feels in this kind of situation. The first is a tremendous rush of love. It is probably more than you have ever felt from anyone you love on Earth. It is extremely pure and strong. The second thing that is common to this kind of experience is a feeling that the spiritual beings youre meeting actually know you better than you know yourself. This is a somewhat strange feeling. During this kind of contact, you feel they already know you so deeply. Actually, its a complex feeling. I felt like I knew, and finally remembered that I had been living this life having forgotten so much -- I realized intuitively that I had forgotten so much about myself, although I still couldnt remember exactly what it is I had forgotten! Sometimes I still have this feeling of how much Ive lost now living this 3D life on Earth. Anyway, this experience gave me certainty that I am an ET soul, that I have genuine cosmic family, and that I am living only a shadow of my

total self, while Im down here in body on Earth. After this experience, I returned to this body crying tears of joy and sorrow. After this, I stayed in school for many years. I stayed at my college and got a BA in Buddhist Studies and Psychology, went on to graduate school for a Masters degree in Counseling, and finally got a Ph.D. in East-West Psychology in San Francisco. And so my book, From Elsewhere, is basically what I wrote in 1992 as my PhD doctoral research. For my dissertation, I interviewed 25 people in the US, all of whom consider themselves ET souls. But actually, even before I interviewed them, I knew a lot about the subject, I already knew I was a Wanderer on Earth. So, I was not doing research at all

Part I: ET Souls on Earth (Walk-ins and Wanderers)

The two words I usually use to describe ET souls are Walk-ins and Wanderers. Actually, there are many terms used for ET souls on Earth, such as Star Born, Star People, and Star Seed. All of these terms are fine, but they are not quite perfect. None of them explain the total experience. To use the term, Star Born, is not too helpful because ET souls are definitely born on Earth, not on some other star. And they are called ET souls not because of their seed or DNA genetics, not because of any physical quality at all. They are called ET because of their soulorigin. Some people who study UFOs or do channeling also talk about ET-human sexual interaction in the past, the idea that certain ET groups came here and made hybrids (or are still doing so today), and that the human body has some ET genetics mixed in with Earth human DNA. This is true, but it is not really important for understanding ET souls on Earth. I also dont like to call these people Star Children because as a soul, an expression of infinite Creator and Higher Self, its kind of degrading to consider yourself a small child. Its important for us to appreciate our power and spiritual maturity. So, I prefer to use the terms Walk-ins and Wanderers, but they do mean just about the same thing as all the other terms I mentioned. However, these two terms are somewhat different, and they point to two distinctly different kinds of ET-human incarnation. Let me describe each of them for you.

The Walk-in Process

With a Walk-in, were talking about soul-exchange. One soul comes in, which is the ET soul, and another soul goes out of the same human body-mind system (which is often a human 3D soul). Actually, this experience is not common. But it can happen during a neardeath experience, out-of-body experience, severe illnesses and coma, and occasionally during accidents or serious trauma. This is like a death-and-rebirth experience. The persons consciousness changes completely: from being very depressed and dysfunctional, to becoming very bright and very open.

One man I interviewed in my first book, From Elsewhere, was a heavy drug user for 25 years. He used drugs all day long for years and years. He was also a mean, cruel, angry person. In his own Walk-in experience, his mind changed completely in the space of a just a few days -actually, you could say it changed overnight. So I will tell you his story right now, then well finish talking about Walk-ins and move into the topic of Wanderers. In terms of this mans Walk-in process, it didnt happen all of a sudden. Even before the experience, he was in a support group for drug users. He was trying to help himself a little bit, but the group did not feel so good to him. So, like many of the people I interviewed who later said that they had a Walk-in experience, he started to hear a spiritual voice in his head. But this voice was very helpful, not scary or trying to control him in any way. It was not like he felt possessed by some demonic force; it was nothing like that. This voice just said things like, read that book, or go to this place and meditate, or, go talk to that healer over there. The voice in his head made all sorts of helpful suggestions. All these recommendations and advice did help a little. But they didnt produce any kind of great transformation. The great transformation came later, during an ordinary day when he was in a cafe talking to his friends. He brought along the spiritual book he was reading, and then he put it in his bag. At one point in the conversation, one of his friends asked him to get the book from out of his bag. When he then opened the bag to get the book out, it was gone. This was actually a sort of miracle, because he knew without a doubt that he had just placed the book into his bag a few moments before. And after he raised himself up from looking into his bag, which was sitting down on the floor, a tremendous rush of energy came into his body and streamed into his head. A huge amount of grief, sorrow and sadness arose in his mind. He started crying and crying uncontrollably. And in the middle of all this pain and all his tears, he noticed his friends newspaper in front of him. And he saw a sentence typed very plainly before him: You have paid the toll, you can cross the bridge. Of course, this was a strange thing to see, and it wasnt written in the newspaper at all. It was like a vision of words superimposed on the normal newspaper print. It was a spiritual vision, obviously, and he even knew it at the time. But what happened over the next few days was even more amazing. During this time, for the first time in his life, he was intensely psychic and his body charged with energy. He could read peoples thoughts, he could tell the future, he knew some winning lottery numbers, and he

needed only a few hours of sleep at night. Yet, even more important than all this, was the fact that for the first time in his life he began to feel and understand love and joy, kindness and caring. These feelings were entirely new to him. From that day forward, he never used drugs again. He simply had no more interest, so he didnt need to struggle with himself at all. He started reading spiritual books and meditating, going to groups where he could share his feelings, and being genuinely honest with people. This was all new to him. He began to feel great responsibility for his actions and became very concerned with his own personal development in a moral way. It was a complete change from how he was before he had that experience. And he never returned to the old patterns of drug addiction, anger, emotional raging and selfishness. Actually, there is a follow-up to his story, which is also interesting. Years later he told me that he thinks maybe the experience was not a Walk-in at all -- which is how he interpreted it at the time, just as his spiritual teacher also said. In fact, many Walk-in healers in America seem to think that almost all who ask them for advice must be a Walk-in! Anyway, today he thinks maybe his experience was just a kundalini awakening process, an inner spiritual energy change, or a descent of pure force from Higher Self. In America, I have met many people who say they are Walk-ins, who then later think, maybe Im not. This is because it is difficult to know if there really is another soul involved, a new soul coming into ones body. Its hard to know if it isnt just a form of direct contact with Higher Self, and only felt like another soul coming in. Many experiences that people consider to be Walk-ins are probably just that persons own spiritual energy rushing in. And theres another interesting point about his story. This is the fact that his addiction was really a form of prolonged self-punishment. We can understand this from the vision he saw in the newspaper. His life of drug addiction was based on a deep belief that he had to pay some kind of toll, that he owed some kind of debt, and grew out of an unconscious sense that he had to make some kind of pay-back for having been bad in the past. For many people (and Ive seen this with counseling clients too), drug or substance-abuse addiction is a way to punish themselves, which comes from what I call, karmic guilt. These feelings of guilt or regret are generally a hold-over or residue from past life actions. Whenever you see someone hurting him or herself through addictive behavior, or through any kind of self11

defeating patterns, you can wonder if at some level of their mind they think they deserve to suffer. In this mans spiritual awakening, the vision in the newspaper told him that he had finally paid enough and could now cross over to the other side -- which was the other side of life, moving into true self-respect. At last, he could begin to be good to himself; and by that, he was naturally good to others around him. So if you are a healer, or know someone who has a drug or gambling addiction or even an alcohol problem, you should be alert to the possibility its self-destructive behavior. And you can wonder if perhaps the person thinks they have to punish themselves for some reason, which is usually for something they did in the past, in this life or a previous one. You may want to help them uncover just why they are so angry at themselves.

ET Wanderers

OK, so now lets talk about Wanderers. The first thing I want to say is that Wanderers are by far the largest group of ET souls on Earth, and almost all ET souls here are Wanderers and not Walk-ins. While Walk-ins may or may not be ET souls, as it depends on the origin of the soul entering the persons body, Wanderers are always ETs, and they come in at birth so theres no soul-exchange at all. They are old souls of higher dimensional origin from birth, and remain so throughout their lifetime, of course. In my understanding, there are nearly 100 million ET souls on Earth, and some of these are also young children. Once I met a famous Japanese spiritual author and researcher, and after we talked about my book, he told me that when his daughter was three years old, she told he and his wife, you are not my real parents. She also told him she came from outer space! She said she came from space and then went into her mommys belly. Obviously, she didnt forget too much through the birth process. Definitely, shes an ET Wanderer. In America, I know many parents whose children act like their teachers. Sometimes these little children act like parents to their own parents, who are of course much older in human years than they are. This phenomenon of young children being so spiritually mature is kind of new, and it is happening today because we are getting so close to Earth Harvest after 2010 A.D. Ill talk more about this later.

Actually, most of the ET souls on Earth are not young children like this -- although they all started out as children, of course! They are adults, in all countries and all races. Some of them have been here since Atlantis and early-Egypt, whom I call the long-contract folks, since their contract with earth is to stay here for thousands of years. Many more of them have been here for the past 300 or 400 years, beginning in the Renaissance in Europe and the Western industrial revolution. These social changes were associated with certain changes in human consciousness, in both social and political thought in the 17th and 18th centuries, and triggered waves of Wanderers to take birth among the people here. This number, 100 million ET souls, sounds really large, but it is only about 1.5% of the total human population, so it is not really such a big number. And again, you can find them in every country, every race, every religion, and in any family. Sometimes they are born into families where the parents or brothers and sisters are ET souls, but oftentimes not. It depends on ones karma, and of course, the spiritual decision they made before taking human birth. Wanderers basically come here to help Earth and all human beings, but its not because they must be here. A more mature term for Wanderers is this: the Brothers and Sisters of Sorrow. This is because they come to Earth feeling the sorrow and pain of humanity. They come because they want to be here, and no one forces them to come. They are here because they know their own spiritual light, the true inner light, and simply want to bring this light to a planet where there is great darkness great confusion and ignorance. And so, you can say that about 98% of the souls on Earth are here because they have to be for their own learning -- which is the learning of love, an essential achievement in their universal career as souls. But about 2% of the souls here are here fully by choice, not because they need to learn love. ET souls already understand love (and thats why theyre here!). However, while theyre here on Earth, of course, they can definitely become confused and self-destructive. At a high level of understanding, you can certainly say all souls are one, and human or ET souls are basically no different essentially. This is true, spirit is spirit and God-essence is Godessence whether they are native to 3D or higher dimensions. But in terms of space-time evolution, multi-dimensional development and cosmic plan, there definitely is a path of learning by which different souls are at different levels of spiritual maturity. These are the different stages of the same universal path of returning to Source.

On this path, which is the path of cosmic plan, Wanderers are souls native to higher dimensions, from levels of consciousness or spiritual evolution that are higher or older than the 98% of other souls now incarnate on Earth. Wanderers come from worlds that are associated with 4th, 5th, and 6th chakras, while 98% of the souls on Earth are still at the stage of 3rd chakra development, gradually moving into 4th chakra, which is about love and healing, kindness and compassion. If you look at any days newspaper, you can see that most souls on Earth have still not learned the lessons of love. I have detailed all this information on the hand-out sheet, Basic Chart on Cosmic Plan [at the end of this transcript]. What is most important to understand here is that ET souls, Wanderers and genuine Walk-ins all come to Earth under the Law of Service. They come here under their own free will, with respect for the free will of humanity, which is at a critical stage of spiritual awakening. There are no accidents, and we are all here by our own choice.

The ET Agreement

No one makes ET souls come to Earth, no one says they must or have to. Yet in America, Ive met many people who know they are ET souls, but they feel like it was a terrible mistake that they ended up on Earth. They are very unhappy in this world, and in particular, theyre quite miserable living in the US, which is not the most loving nation in the world, obviously. But this point needs to be understood: to respect the free will of humanity, which is not ready, willing or able to accept the fact of multi-dimensional universal life, ET souls come here and take upon themselves a kind of human veil, a kind of mental curtain that makes them forget who they are and why theyre here. Of course, this is quite a challenge to us. By agreement, ET souls incarnate in just the normal way, into an ordinary human body-mind system. So, you can say ET souls are not special at all, which is just the point. They dont want to be special, nor to appear special. They just want to help. Perhaps what does make them special is just that: that they want to help the world, which unfortunately is not too common among in society. If Wanderers do inner spiritual work, they can definitely remember who they are and why theyre here. By the changing planetary energies, its also getting easier for people to recall their cosmic origins, and that gives us a little advantage.

Under the 3D veil, Wanderers forget their origin, identity, and basic purpose on Earth. Its important to understand that the people I interviewed in From Elsewhere are simply those who have woken up or awakened to their ET identity, but about 85% of the Wanderers here, 85% of the 100 million are still sleeping and have no idea they are from other dimensions. Going through the kind of Walk-in experience I described above, or Wanderers coming to remember their soul origin, can certainly be considered a path of awakening or path of remembering, a piercing of the 3D mind-vei. But this awakening is not the same as satori or mystic enlightenment. Yet for Wanderers, it is an important first step.

ET Awakening Path

When we look at the awakening process, we see it usually takes many years. Almost no one I interviewed, or met in later years, came to the conclusion that, I am an ET soul overnight. It is not necessary to know you are an ET soul to live a good life or be happy, or do world service and be helpful to people around you. Certainly not! But, if this information is interesting to you, then I encourage you to discover the truth: Are you, or are you not, an ET soul? If these ideas are not interesting, or you dont know and dont care, dont worry about it and just leave it alone. For some people however, this kind of information is essential, and can even save their life -- while for others it is not important to their spiritual development. And yet, both of these kind of people may be Wanderers. Let me describe the course of the awakening process. For most people, in the beginning there is just a sense of sleep, a condition of low or even no spiritual seeking. Most Wanderers dont become spiritual seekers as children; their spiritual interest develops gradually, like anyone else. The state of spiritual sleep, at least as an adult, often comes from a deep sense that my life is hard enough, I dont want to make it more difficult. So they dont look deeply into the meaning of life, their strange experiences or feelings of being different. Many people have an idea that says, I dont want to be different, Im really not different. Im just like everyone else. But if they happen to hear something about ETs, or see something like a UFO in the sky or in a dream, or read something in a book about other worlds, they may get a little shock that disturbs

their false peace of mind. Their life of denial gets challenged, their world-view becomes a little cloudy. They may also start to sense that they have a hidden life, or that theres something about their life which is a mystery, somewhat strange or unusual. This kind of shocking wake-up, small or large, often comes from dreams, UFO sightings or direct ET contact. It may come from channeled information, a psychic or healer who says you are not from Earth! The person may have a strange dream in which theyre on another world, or in space, or in some other time and place thats both alien to Earth and yet somehow strangely familiar. These can be memories of the Wanderers home-world. Of course, these are very personal experiences, and I often help people like this in my counseling. Ive met people in the US and Japan whove had nearly the same kind of ET wake-up experiences, so they are not related to the country or culture youre born into. The shock that is felt may wake someone up from their deep spiritual sleep, but they usually still have all sorts of denial, and it is common that they continue to reject the idea that they are really from elsewhere although now theyve begun to realize there really is something different about them. Since this shocking event or experience comes from the outside, they can still say, No, no, no, that was just an odd experience. I cant understand what it means. They still want to keep the comforting system of intellectual denial. But over time, they may do more self-reflection and start to think about these things more deeply. This is the long phase of deeper seeking, which can take years or decades. Some people never get out of this phase, and never arrive at the certainty they really are a Wanderer. They only know they are different, they dont know why, but they still dont really want to know it all because theyre afraid of what they may discover. Only some people go all the way to the conclusion: Yes, I am an ET soul, and its not a big deal. You know, Jesus said, seek and you will find. This is a universal law of evolution. What is really happening in the process of ET awakening is that the person is developing a longing for a deeply buried truth they forgot. Actually, spiritual seeking and longing are some of the most important qualities we can have on the spiritual path. They sort of guarantee our continued development so be honest with your deep needs! So it is a spiritual law: if you seek something, youll get it. Though it probably wont come to you immediately, and it probably wont come in exactly the way you imagined it would come, given enough time, things do come to us. So if you are seeking something very pure and high,

you will receive something very pure and high. If your seeking is a little confused, what you receive will also be confused. Since our seeking is rarely pure, often mixed with other desires, conflicts and doubts, what we usually get is not quite what we had hoped for. But for Wanderers or ET souls, this seeking to remember always leads to deeper selfrealization and awareness. So they can say, Yes, I really am a Wanderer, all these things really are true. At this point, the person can validate their own experiences, and make the conclusion that their dream, vision or out-of-body ET contact was real. They know it for themselves, by themselves and clearly, without any psychic or channel telling them, you should believe it! At that point, they can then proceed with greater integration of the experience. They may then be able to understand why they felt how they felt during childhood and their younger years, why they had certain important life-experiences, why they met this or that person, and so on. This is the phase of deeper spiritual integration.

Varieties of ET Awakening

After awakening, the person usually feels a lot more calm and relaxed, because some degree of inner struggle has ended. When the inner struggle of am I or am I not different? is finally finished, then things really start to fit together and they can understand many other elements of personal life. But sometimes, the person takes a wrong turn at this point, and because there may also be a lot of spiritual energy coming into the body-mind-spirit system, they may become grandiose. They then become proud ETs, talking always about me, me, me. This is a wrong turn that some already-awakened ET souls take. This kind of person then thinks they have to tell everyone they know, I am ET, the ETs are here! Isnt it great? Now youve got to wake up! They act like this and make a lot of trouble. In psychological terms, this is called spiritual inflation. It is like eating too much cotton candy, which is fine in small amounts, but will surely make you sick if you eat a lot. So it actually makes them sick to their stomach, and by being so loud about their awakening and so proud of themselves, they also make the people around them sick, too. They get very excited about being an ET soul, and all they talk about are ETs and UFOs. You can see some spiritual teachers like this in Japan, as well. Unfortunately, some wanderers never get out of this phase!

You may even know people like this. Ive met them in America, in Israel, in Japan; you can find dozens of websites like this online. While these people are definitely awakened to their higher-dimensional identity, theyre not yet really clear about life-purpose. Although they think theyre helping the world by talking all day and night about ETs and UFOs, this is not really an advanced form of world service, it actually steps on many peoples toes, and doesnt really help human beings in the way they need to be helped. Another common response some people make to ET awakening is withdrawal. For these people, they already know they are not from Earth, and they become totally sure they really dont want to be here any longer. So they say, just leave me alone, Im going to hide away until dimensional shift, then go back home! These people usually felt big alienation even before coming to realize their ET roots, and already felt they were not part of human culture and society. They already felt this way for many years. And now they know why, but it doesnt help them get rid of the painful feelings. It just helps them explain it all. So now that they know why they are suffering on Earth (because theyre not from here and this is definitely not their true home), they really dont want to stay! They want to become a big bird, put their sand and just be invisible. All they want is to go to sleep at night and wake up on their home planet in the morning yes! They dont like being on Earth, they know they dont have to be here, and now they really want to get out of here ASAP. Although this kind of reaction sounds kind of extreme, almost all Wanderers feel it sometimes, and I myself often feel it. Ive just gotten used to it but I also understand the value of 3D challenge. A third common response to ET awakening is tremendous fear and panic. Some people feel a kind of sharp edge of vulnerability, a sense that earth is a dangerous place... Im in danger here. Honestly, this is somewhat true! This kind of sharp pain doesnt usually last long. But in terms of dull suffering, not the panic-attack variety, many Wanderers do feel chronic spiritual and emotional pain from the basic separation and non-lovingness of earth humans, and theyre well aware of the many conflicts and inequities in human society. You have to remember, ET souls come from worlds and soul-groups of great harmony, great interpersonal interaction, tangibly felt unity and massive love. They came to live on Earth willingly, but here is definitely a world of conflict and struggle, with very little love to be seen anywhere (just check the nightly news). Of course, this is exactly why Wanderers and ET Walkins are here (to help bring love/light) -- but once theyre here, its hard to be detached when

youre living right in the middle of continual world war. This is exactly the feeling I had when I was a teenager and had what I called my mid-life crisis. I too felt this kind of pain in the world. Of course, it was also a reflection of my own personal pain. I didnt understand just why I felt that way at the time, and I came to understand it only many years later. Now I see that I had just a somewhat ordinary Wanderer-reaction to living on Earth, sensing that I was different, but not having an inner spiritual center-point from which to navigate this world. Therefore, just knowing youre a Wanderer is not quite enough.

Successful Wanderers Integration, Q & A

So, if a person doesnt fall into these various traps of awakening, if they stay balanced and steady, theyll continue to integrate that cosmic understanding with the very personal issues of their human on Earth. They basically make a synthesis between their spiritual vision and realization of universal principles, along with their personal patterns and issues. They can live in the metaphysical as well as the physical, the individual and the collective, the human and the ET. They have a foot in both worlds, their head in heaven and feet on earth. They can also take practical steps to make sure they are fulfilling a genuine spiritual purpose. Only by that can we feel true peace and happiness on earth. This integration comes from having both an appreciation of humanity and human condition, plus an appreciation for ones cosmic heritage, the great light of higher dimensions, and the glory of cosmic plan. It ultimately develops in us a true humility or humbleness. The most mature people I know who are say they are Wanderers make no big deal of it. Theyre not particularly interested in teaching about ETs or UFOs, they rarely share the fact they know themselves to be from elsewhere. Theyre more interested in service and self-development. And this is for a good reason. It is because all the ETs you might contact, and all the ET souls whether theyre on Earth back in home densities all of them still have to develop along the spiritual path. Its the same spiritual path we follow on Earth, and the goal is just the same: to become One or aligned with Higher Self, to live true self day and night. And its done through self-reflection, service, meditation, and study. This is why the most mature Wanderers I know are all concerned with helping others and developing love-wisdom, in a balanced way.

So if you read some book on channeling that claims to come from an ET, and this ET is not talking about Higher Self, service, meditation and self-development, then I dont think its a real source. There are many different channels and channelers today, in Japan as well as the US, and they all have different levels of spiritual maturity. Some of the material is basically trivial, some is interesting and helpful, and some talks about the essential principles of evolution. Youve got to figure out for yourself what is really worth your time. So when a person completes the awakening process successfully, they come out of it with greater balance and poise, and they move straight into some form of service. Now, one of the reasons all this information is coming out today, and more people come to this conclusion about themselves, is because most of the Wanderers contracts for Earth are now ending, and will generally terminate around Harvest time, 2011-2014 A.D. Again, Wanderers or ET souls make agreement to be on Earth, generally to stay for a certain amount of time. But for every one of them, there is a time limit after which they will definitely go home. When I meet Wanderers in America and say, Oh, soon you are going home!, they are all very happy. Happy or not, I do think its true (happy, but true!). If you have this kind of feeling, or if a channel or psychic told you this is your last lifetime, then you certainly may be a Wanderer about to go home. Congratulations! I guess you can say that now is ET family reunion time. It is very common for Wanderers to have dreams of family reunion in some way -- memories of before birth, life in another dimension or on the inner planes (such as the astral plane). Although such dreams are for the purpose of helping them wake up and remember who they are and why theyre here, these dreams also remind us this is a special time on earth, and that time is short... Q: I have three questions. This is the first one: You said that there are 100 million ETs on Earth. How many are living in Japan? A: Well, that is somewhat hard to say. At one time, I used to think perhaps there are 20 million ET souls living in the US, but Im not quite sure now. Since Japan is much smaller in population

than America, perhaps there are 10 million, but again, its hard to say. If the global average is 1.5%, and if you have 50 million people in Japan [Note: the figure is about 130 million] this would be about 7.5 million ET souls [18 million, corrected]. I think there are also some countries with a higher percentage of Wanderers and spiritually minded people, such as the US, Japan, and England, so if you use a figure of 2% Wanderers in Japan, that makes the total closer to 10 million, which seems right [perhaps 20 million?]. What is your second question?

Q: My second question is about world service. What is it, and can you give a concrete example? A: Well, what I am doing now is a form of world service. If someone asks you a question in the subway and you give them directions, youre also doing world service. Essentially, world service is sharing love-light, whether it is with your cat or a stranger, through a lecture or painting, signing a peace agreement or carrying your garbage to the street in a careful, conscious way. To freely offer love-light is the heart of service, and all service can be thought of as world service, since all the energy we radiate enters the planetary energy grid. Ill talk more about this later.

Q: My last question is about what you call Harvest. After 2010, you say that Wanderers will go back to their home. Is their home different or the same as when they left it to come to Earth? A: This is kind of interesting. First of all, the souls who are what I call native to Earth, the souls learning love for the first time in their soul progression, are themselves from many different 3D planets. And ET souls also come from many different higher-dimensional worlds. So, both the 98% native souls, and the 2% Wanderers are from all sorts of origins. But yes, most of the Wanderers will go back to their different home-planet worlds after Harvest. The longest that most Wanderers have been here is about 75,000 years, which is the entire cycle of 3rd density on this planet. Yet, very few have been here that long, and most have been here, reincarnating of course, for less than 10,000 years. That may seem like a long time, but relative to higher dimensions its not too long at all. So I dont really think much has changed in the home-planet group since any given Wanderer was on earth. In higher worlds, the cycles of evolution are millions of years, and no great change would normally occur in just a few thousand. And some Wanderers have been here only a few hundred years, which is like the blink of an eye back home.

I can also tell you a funny story, related to all this. I once did a TV show in Arizona, and in the audience was an old man. He was very short, very thin, and very old. He looked like a turtle. He was also very loving and kind, a very bright little old man. And when I met him I felt sort of honored or overjoyed, although it was just the first time I met him (at least in this lifetime), because I felt very clearly that he was a special representative of his ET group. I could see and understand, intuitively, that he was from an ET group that doesnt come to Earth very often. They are amphibious, sort of like water-beings that live like reptiles. I imagine they evolved from a 3rd density race that was like turtles, yet, that doesnt really matter, since they were obviously highly developed. If you remember the movie, Star Wars, there was the famous character Yoda who was also like a turtle, with great wisdom. I call him, Yoda the swamp guru, like a guru in India. This was my feeling, that the old mans group was very holy. The next day, the old man came back for counseling, although he didnt really know why. He just had a feeling he should be in the audience for my TV interview, and then he had a feeling he should come for counseling. He was just following intuition, and I guess he was being guided. But the next day at our counseling meeting, there he was wearing a bright green two-piece suit, and he looked just like a little old turtle-man. I was very happy to see him that way -- and maybe he even received some guidance that morning to wear that particular suit. Anyway, I had great appreciation for him, because I felt his group is very high and very pure. Honestly, I felt honored to have him come meet me. Sometimes the ordinary people we meet are not ordinary at all, and sometimes theyre meeting us to connect their particular ET group with ours. There are lots of deeper things going on here than we realize.

Q: I think Sedona, Arizona is a place where we can easily contact ETs. Do you think so? A: I actually never went to Sedona [as of 1997], but I have heard its sort of an interdimensional airport, with a set of energy vortices that allow communication between different levels of the Earth system. So yes, it is probably much easier to have contact with higher dimensional beings there. But Ive also heard from some reliable people that there are quite negative beings hanging round there too, so Id be careful if I were you.

Q: You said you met your family in out-of-body experience. Did you also meet your soul-mate?

A: Well, what we call soul-mate for a Wanderer is usually a member of the home density group. This is ones true ET family. Honestly, since the groups are so unified, you can say the entire society is ones soul-mate, but of course, there are other meanings for the term that are more specific. It can also mean two souls who were together in a past life and are pre-destined to meet in this lifetime, to be together in some way for mutual learning. The term soul-mate can also refer to any two people at the same soul-level, such as two Wanderers from 6th density, who are not of the same group, but have work to do together on Earth. So soul-mate can refer to a Wanderers ET family, to similar soul-groups working together, or to a past-life bond being re-joined today. In my own major out-of-body experience, I only met my family, not any particular soul who is my personal mate. Q: What do you mean by spiritual family? A: Well, first you need to understand there are different levels of activity: Wanderers have home densities, also called higher dimensions. Wanderers come from particular dimensions, in which all other souls from their group are considered ET family. At the same time, there are also invisible dimensions of Earth, as physical life here is not the only world for soul-evolution on the planet. These are the so-called inner planes, like the astral plane, and there are people who as soulsregularly work together in out-of-body states on inner planes. So to return to the idea of soul-mate, which is close to the idea of spiritual family, you should realize that sometimes souls from different worlds work together, while in other cases, theyre from the same higher-dimensional soul-group. You can think of both as spiritual family.

Q: You said there are more evolved Wanderers in the USA, England, and Japan. Why is that? A: I think its simply that those countries are more open to global unity, New Age world service, and spiritual evolution in general, so Wanderers would be attracted there simply because they might be able to do more good for a greater number of people. Their influence in the world might be greater if theyre born in those countries. This is not a question of any place being better than any other one, and there are many religious and pious people in Third World nations. Its only a question of which country would be a better platform to put Wanderers in a position to do world service and help more people.

Part II: Cosmic Plan and Spiritual Path

In this second half of our seminar, were going to expand our frame of discussion. Since weve now talked a bit about ET souls, were now going to discuss what this all means for human evolution and personal transformation. Using the hand-out, A Chart on Cosmic Plan, I will give you some information on UFO groups now visiting the planet, who they are and why they are coming here in such large numbers. This material is an outgrowth from my book, From Elsewhere, and considers the deeper spiritual importance, for both Earth and the cosmos, of ET souls living among us. This can also be called the big picture. If you imagine that the cosmos like a movie, a movie that never stops but just keeps going on and on, they we cant really say where or how it all began, and we already know that it never ends, so we also dont know the conclusion of the movie either. This is exactly what I mean when I say, the big picture. Actually, this comparison between universal evolution (which is what we are talking about here) and a human film, is useful. Today, modern science and human physicists know something about holograms, which are pictures created by light in which each part encompasses or expresses the whole of the image. It is a very mystical view to realize that all Creation is like pictures or flashing images created by light. This is actually a type of kensho or enlightenment experience for meditators. So even though we can touch the chair or the floor [or if you are reading the transcript, you can touch the paper in front of you], it is actually only a form created by light, a blend of various frequencies of energy, which are themselves not quite solid. Even my talking and your thinking are experiences created by light. You can say that the material of our physical world is temporarily frozen light, or something like liquid light that takes a certain shape and holds it for a certain length of time. When we try to understand cosmic evolution or cosmic plan, we are trying to comprehend the universal design or universal pattern, the design of cosmic light throughout the entire universe. This is like getting to know your own patterns of feeling, thinking, and acting -- yet, all of this is simply a set of patterns of apparently solid light, complex interacting frequencies of energy which are, in themselves, in constant motion. This is the metaphysical basis for the primary Buddhist teaching that says that all things are impermanent and not solid; they are empty, which is expressed by the word, ku. When we come to understand universal design,

we can also understand what is called spiritual path, and this is extremely important for our own well-being and for the future of planet Earth.

Cosmic Plan and Polarity

So were going to paint the picture of cosmic design, which is not a static thing. This is the same as the path of souls and soul evolution. It is a living, dynamic picture. On one side, we have what is called the right hand path of love and unity. And on the other, we have what can be called the left hand path which is a way of increasing separation and control of self and others. These are normally called good and evil, although these terms imply judgment and preference. Yet, that is our human way of thinking. In the Mind of the Creator, I can assure you there is no preference for either path. Of course, love and unity are more pleasant, and more importantly, they do embrace cosmic Truth. Yet, at the same time, the Creator does not dislike the path of illusion, and does not hate evil. Finally, we can also say that there is a middle path, which is really the way of initiation, the way of the adept, and it is primarily concerned with meditation and advanced spiritual training. It is also a path of no karma. You can see this in some Buddhist and Hindu teachings. This center-path can also be called the initiate path, and it is the path of accelerated growth. Normally, each of the two other paths, the so-called right-hand and left-hand, take billions of years to accomplish. I will explain each of these in more detail later, and you need to understand them to also understand about UFOs and ET contact. But the middle path only takes hundreds or thousands of years, which is not a long time for a soul, cosmically speaking. In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, they say that a person can become fully enlightened in just 7 lifetimes. In the Hindu tradition, this is the same as becoming perfectly God-realized. I imagine 7 lifetimes is about the quickest one can progress through the entire path, but I think it almost never happens. Normally, the majority of souls choose one of the two paths. According to the ET channeled source that I base a lot of my teachings on, only about 10% of the souls in this galaxy (and I imagine in other galaxies as well) choose the left-hand path of evil, separation, and control. Now

you may be a little stunned here, because what Im saying is kind of radical. Im saying that the conscientious practice of evil is definitely a spiritual path! It is a path to God! Now, I hope you dont think I am evil, too! So am I encouraging you to go out and do bad things to people? Of course, not. The lefthand path does not understand the importance of love -- but you do, and I do too. If I were on the left hand path, I would probably be in government, or big business, or in the military. Thats where most of those souls usually end up on Earth: in the kind of career which can bring great wealth and worldly power. But at the level of Higher Self, there is no more good or evil. In the state of true Unity, there is no more polarity or judgment. You can think of Higher Self as the essence of 6th chakra, the third eye, and it is a being of Unity, at One with the Creator. Although it fully appreciates cosmic love, it also understands and appreciates free will, and it does not stop anyone from choosing the left hand path. At this level of awareness, the consciousness of Higher Self or true self, what we on Earth call evil is not really bad -- its simply a choice. It is not the most efficient way to return to the Creator, and it is filled with pain and suffering, conflict and struggle, illusion and deceit, but nevertheless, it is a valid way to develop many elements of the total self, which is the body/mind/spirit complex that we use for evolution. When you really understand what the negative path is all about, how it operates and how it reasons, you will definitely understand that a great deal of consciousness can be developed along that path. You may not like that path, its definitely not pleasant, and true evil is really ugly -- but at least you wont underestimate it either, and therefore you wont get tripped up by it. You wont be naive, which is really important. Unfortunately, many good and kind spiritual people are naive. Of course, the negative path does not understand love and harmony, peace and compassion, unity and holiness. The negative path does not develop or appreciate the power of love, and that is why we call it evil. The souls who choose that path, just like the power elite of every nation on Earth, have a great deal of pride and ego, and they definitely think theyve got it all together. At a much later stage of the path, quite close to Higher Self, they do realize that theyre missing something. Then they do have to open up to true love, which is exactly what theyve been missing throughout the eons of their soul path. Its sort of a surprise to them, and they do

have to embrace love eventually. But this can be postponed for billions of years of soulevolution. Isnt that strange? Again, all of this can be found on the hand-out, A Basic Chart on Cosmic Plan. If you read it closely, youll get all of what Ive said. If you really understand all this, youll have no problem understanding global UFO sightings and ET contacts, which are really not difficult to understand, once you have the key. Youll also be able to better understand ET agendas, your own spiritual path and your place in the universe. All of these things can certainly be understood if you make the effort. But most people dont make the mental-spiritual effort, and thus they remain in confusion.

Unity and the Creator

Returning to the metaphor of the movie, we can now talk about the actors (also be called the players on stage) and the basic story line thats being played out. Who are the actors and actresses in the great drama that we call cosmic evolution? Actually, there is only One Actor. You might wonder about this, and you might look around and say, No, there are a huge number of souls all over the Universe; of course we are not alone. Well, this is actually a trick of the senses, another play of light and shadow, made by smoke and mirrors. You may think, as most everyone does, that there are many, many people all over the place -- animals, spirits, ETs, and so on. But this is not quite true. You know, whatever we see is simply what our human perception allows. Whatever we consider to be Real is simply that which we perceive with our bodily senses or our mind. The only reason that there are ten thousand people attending this seminar today, is because of limited perception. Relying on their normal perceptions, most humans on Earth do not recognize what each of you here today can see: They cant see that there is non-physical spiritual reality. Thats why youre here: because you realize that theres more to Life than meets the eye. This is because your higher senses are somewhat active. Yet, the quality or completeness of your perception of what exists (and thus your idea about what is Real), depend totally on the quality of your consciousness or spiritual awareness. You already know that all mystic traditions talk about Unity or Oneness, the idea that God is One

and we are One with God. Even this teaching comes from higher consciousness and expanded perception, born of someones mystic practice and spiritual realization. Just this idea is beyond our normal body/mind senses. Now, what I am calling higher consciousness is not really higher in the sense of being better or superior to any other form of consciousness. It is just more complete, more holistic. But it is associated with the higher chakras in the body. You can say that the energies of the higher centers have less distortion, and more fully express the nature of the awareness of the Creator, which is infinite love and light, power and intelligence. You can consider this faster energy, or higher frequency light. Actually, what Im talking about here is energy that allows a greater vision of reality. When we achieve greater balance between our spiritual forces and physical bodies, a balance and greater integration of spiritual and physical awareness, we will naturally develop and be able to use our higher senses, with expanded perception. Of course, this is one of the goals of meditation, which is, if you remember, the central path of evolution. The goal of this path is the same as the goal of the other two paths, and that is full conscious fusion with Higher Self, or true self, which means Oneness with infinite love and light, and the heart or mind of the Creator and Its Creation. You can think of Higher Self consciousness as the full development of the third eye, the 6th chakra at the forehead. The quality of awareness at this level of being, or energy development, is the awareness of Unity. But this understanding is not higher or somewhere outside yourself; it is actually your true core-awareness. This is what I said in the Introduction to the seminar: Higher Self is not up there in the sky somewhere. This awareness is just the true you who lives at peace with all things, and is not separate from anything else in Creation. It is the true nature of our soul. And the point about the actors on the stage is this: when you awaken and develop this level of perception, you will clearly see that there is only one Actor in the movie. Who is this Great Actor, with oh, so many faces and costumes and disguises? It is the One Infinite Creator, no less. And He is You, too. You are the Infinite Creator! Thats exactly what Unity means. So at this level of perception, when you see peoples different bodies, and you sense their different characters, you will also realize that it is a mistake to assume that this means they are fundamentally separate from each other. At the level of Higher Self, there is no more feeling of

separation between any-thing -- neither solar systems and planets, nor endless souls and the self. You realize that the idea that they are different and disconnected from each other is just a particular level of interpretation, based on the physical 3D senses we are using. Just because two bodies exist in apparently different places, does not mean theyre not interconnected by energy -- and their energy connection, if seen from the level of Higher Self, actually shows you that they are elements of a unified system. So even though you see different bodies, you can understand that these forms are actually part of the formless whole, which contains everything and in which everything is unified in a single system. This is exactly the same as the Zen Buddhist teaching that says form is empty, emptiness is form. This means that things are not things, theyre essentially not separate from each other, and at higher levels of understanding, we realize that life is not quite as it appears to be and cant accurately be described by words or thoughts at all. Even emptiness is just another word, as is the word unity. In the fullest awareness of unity, for a completely enlightened soul or Higher Self, pastpresent-future are all transparent and easily known, because time is seen as non-linear. Both time and space are seen as continuous, or unified like a circle. Higher Self actually stands outside the time continuum. But souls on the path back to Higher Self do experience time, which means cause and effect, free will and karma, and they have to make all the many choices that come from a sense of solid time and space. In the awareness of Unity, when different souls are perceived, they are not seen as fundamentally separated beings, but rather, as patterns of energy unified into a greater system, like a planet or a soul-group. When different bodies are perceived, they are seen as forms of densified energy that represent yet another set of energy patterns along with mind and spirit -and again, existing in a greater unified whole. At this level of awareness, there isnt even the notion of individual souls, let alone separate minds and bodies, so it is really hard to talk about Unity in words. Most enlightened teachers dont talk too much about it. Actually, at the level of Higher Self, words themselves are no longer used, and truth is known directly without thought. I guess you the reason that I spend so much time talking about all these things is because Im not yet fully enlightened! If I were, maybe Id just smile, or drive a taxi, or clean the streets.

So what does all this mean? Well, returning to where we started, if you can appreciate this kind of vision of Unity, then you realize that there is only one Actor on the cosmic stage, and that is the One Infinite Creator, at-One with Creation. All souls, all dimensions, all time, all potentials, and all experience, everywhere and in every imaginable way, is just the form of the One Being. And how does this relates to what we are talking about here today, about UFOs and ET souls? Well, it may be shocking to consider, and you may not really be able to appreciate this, but one thing it means is that all the evil ETs in higher densities, all the negatively oriented human leaders who are oppressing and raping the Earth and humanity, and all the many billions of humans who have no idea about spiritual path, and are simply living and dying -- all of these souls are also the One Infinite Creator, and they are not separate from you or me, at the level of their essence. To really understand and live unity, we have to make peace with the fact that everything we see, and everything we experience -- including evil, cruelty, confusion, sorrow, and fear -- all of this is complete and whole and perfect. It is all the experience of the One Creator, and the Creator blesses it all equally. This is easy for us to do when we feel pleasure, but its hard to do when we feel pain. From the perspective of the One Infinite Creator, which is all Life everywhere, there are little pockets of light, little gatherings of brighter light called Higher Self. But, you yourself are an expression of one of these pockets of light. Although we have a body and mind, and a spiritenergy that we use for experience, our source of Being is Higher Self. As I said before, the voice that comes from your mouth and the breath that you draw into your body are basically empowered and enabled to happen by the Will of Higher Self. It projects the three energy fields we call body, mind, spirit, but our core awareness is always and forever directly connected to the Life of the Infinite Creator. Its useful to understand this.

7 Dimensions and the Purpose of Life

So when we look at A Basic Chart on Cosmic Plan and see the diagram of 7 density life [final sections here], we can see that the manifestation of the Creation starts from top-down,

from the Infinite Creator to solar systems, to planets, Higher Selves, souls and bodies. But the process of soul evolution goes in reverse, and the goal is to go from individual consciousness back to universal awareness, which is called the path of return. This is done by eliminating all distortions within and between the elements of our body/mind/spirit energy system, developing more and more appreciation of Oneness, which is exactly the same as joining with Higher Self in 6th dimension. This is also a path of remembering, because we are returning back in awareness to the higher levels of being which are our source. I think Socrates said that all spiritual learning is really remembering, and I think it is true. So it is the job of souls to re-member or join together once again all the many parts of themselves that have become distorted over time, to heal their energy blockages and imbalances, to unify consciousness with itself and realize the perfection or emptiness of all things. This process is the story-line of the great movie, and we already know there is only one Actor -- yet we can also say that the one Actor has an infinite number of costumes and masks. In fact, the Greek root of the English word personality, is persona, which also means mask. Our human personality is just a mask for the One Actor of Creation. If you can understand this, youll appreciate your true nature much better. To define the spiritual path, we can say that the purpose is for the body/mind/spirit to realize and regain its true, infinite nature. OK? So now that weve talked about the players and the story, the next subject concerns the setting. Where exactly does this movie take place, and what is the setting or stage upon which the players play? Well, the great cosmic drama takes place in 7-dimensional systems, also called octaves, in an arena of infinite time and space. Its definitely a major motion picture! These 7 densities are like seven planes of existence, but obviously, they are not flat like a plane of wood or a piece of paper. Our world is three-dimensional, and the symbol I use for Earth is the circle with the equal-armed cross within it []. This is a very ancient symbol and the explanation of it is a bit long, but briefly, we can say that the cross represents the challenge of balancing spiritual and physical energies, which is the challenge for souls on Earth. Our planet is considered a 3rd density world, which means that human beings are working in, and through 3rd chakra consciousness. This is a very important point to remember when we discuss ET souls and so-called higher density life.

As a 3D world, the Earth plane offers certain lessons for souls on the cosmic path. And thats why we use the cross within the circle to symbolize it. Like the Christian cross on which Jesus was crucified, the cross shows the union of the vertical and the horizontal: spirit and matter. The horizontal line is also a symbol for the two spiritual paths available on Earth: the positive and the negative, what we call good and evil. In the story of Jesus, he was placed in the middle and offered himself to the world from that position, which is the perfect point of spiritmatter balance, bringing light into darkness, not rejecting anything and loving everything equally. That was his teaching to 3D Earth souls. You can also say that in our life on Earth, it is the Higher Self thats living in the center of the cross, aware of both the Creator and the world of matter, both above and below. Like Jesus, who was nailed to the cross in pure self-offering to the world, the Higher Self also gives its energy freely to the soul, whether or not that soul follows the path of good or evil. Higher Self also loves both matter and spirit equally, without rejecting anything. When you look at the Chart on Cosmic Plan you will see the system of 7 densities or dimensions. To understand what I mean by 3rd density, you can realize that our physical world, as well as the entire physical universe that we can see through a telescope -- all of this is just a single dimension: the 3rd dimension. If you take a space ship and go out into space, and you go on and on and on, you will still remain only within the confines of 3rd density, although all densities do interpenetrate each other. Everything that we can perceive with our normal body/mind senses are still only 3D. And so, the entire physical universe we live in is actually just a single frequency of existence. The physical 3rd dimension is but one of the seven basic levels of existence in our octave or system of soul evolution. To be honest, although Im not sure of this, I imagine that every one of these densities is infinite, and that the total number of densities, sub-densities, and octaves of experience are also infinite. This means infinite time and infinite space, and Id assume, an infinite number of souls. But this infinite time and space organizes itself into particular octaves and densities, and within those systems, it organizes into particular galaxies and solar systems, planets and moons. This is just the infinite Mind or awareness of the One Creator organizing itself into what are called Logoi or sub-Creators, which also subdivide and organize themselves into what we call the

Higher Self. Logos is a Greek term that can be translated as Word; Logoi is the plural form. These terms indicate a creative principle. Of course, the total universe of all dimensions is primarily invisible to us -- which means that theres a lot more out there than we perceive with our normal senses. Again, returning to the image of the cosmic play, we know that the One Infinite Creator is the primary Actor, and that all the different souls at all different levels of awareness, both positive and negative, are the characters or roles played out by the Main Actor. The story here is about increasing selfdevelopment, the growth of energy and awareness, so that the players all return to their Source-Being, which is infinite love and light.

The Process of Soul-Evolution

The next topic in the discussion is just how this cosmic drama takes place: how do the different souls return to their Source? The first thing to know about this is that the overall system of 7 densities relates to our body energy system, and specifically, to the 7 chakras. Each one of these levels relates to a certain level of consciousness. These are seven levels of learning. These are also seven forms of the expression of God. Basically, the 7 dimensions and 7 chakras are seven ways that the One Infinite Creator can know itself. The One Actor is also the conductor of a seven-part symphony. When we bring all this back to ourselves, we need to consider the different ways we can live our lives, and the different ways we can meet each experience that comes to us. You can say that there are 7 types of responses to situations, 7 different primary states of awareness. In the development of the chakras, there also comes a time when we must make a choice in terms of how we use these energies. This is like growing up and becoming an adult. What happens when we become a mature person? Of course, we have to make all sorts of choices. Ideally, when we grow up, we develop a more complete understanding of who we are, what we want, and what is important to our lives. We have to think about what we want to do with our lives. To understand this in metaphysical terms, we need to take another look at the human personality, the major

elements or aspects of who we are in time and space. And so, we talk about the 3 elements of personality: body, emotions, and intellect or thought. On my business card, the name of my company is Universal Vision. That is also the name of my second book, which may be published in Japan some day. It should be published in the US in 1999. If you really understand what I am talking about here today -- in terms of ET souls, cosmic plan, and the essentials of personal transformation -- you will also have a greater universal vision. The other important thing about my business card is the symbol or logo on the right side. This is the major symbol I use for all my work, and it shows a circle with a triangle within it, and a point or dot in the center of it all. This is a geometric shape that represents the total self: body, mind, and spirit. It is shown by the three major figures: a circle, triangle, and point. But it can also represent the human personality, soul, and Higher Self. What we call personality, in metaphysical terms, is indicated by the equilateral triangle within the circle. The triangle has three parts, and so does the personality. We have a physical body, an emotional body or a set of feelings, and a mind or intellect. On the triangle, one side represents the emotions, the other side represents the intellect, and the baseline represents the physical body. If you just understand this one simple idea, it can be very useful for your own future selfwork. In 3rd density life, in the human school of soul-evolution on Earth, there are two major goals. This also relates to the development of 3rd chakra, which again, relates to 3rd dimension and the school house we call life on Earth. The first goal is the full development and integration of personality, which as I said before, is made up of three parts: the physical body, emotions, and thinking intellect. This is an important achievement that is definitely one step up from the level of consciousness of the animals. It is essential to our growth as souls, but it is not particularly spiritual. People who are relatively successful in society generally have some degree of personality integration, which is how they came to be successful. But they may not be particularly open to spiritual understanding. This is easy to see. The development of personality is, however, very important. It is like making a triangle strong, making the personal energies tightly knit. You know, the strongest shape in nature is made by the union of three parts, and this relates to the value of integrating our body, feelings, and mental functions. This is like bringing mind and body together, so that our body, feelings,

and thinking all function together as a unit, well-fit, coordinated, and balanced. We shouldnt underestimate this, since the basic cause of all our suffering and inner conflict generally comes from some problem in the personal forces. So this is the first goal of 3rd density life: the complete activation, development and coordination of the personality. This means, thinking and feeling grounded and centered in the body. But after this integrated personality is achieved, when we become relatively complete as human people, then we have to choose our path of soul-development. There are two choices, and as you can see from the Chart on Cosmic Plan, we have the free will to choose how we want to grow. This is not the same thing as saying that you have to choose what kind of meditation practice is best, or what teacher or spiritual system you want to choose. The spiritual choice that Im talking about here comes a long time before these other types of choices. Actually, I am sure that almost everyone in this room [and you, the reader, too!] has already chosen their path, and this is the path of love and unity, what is called the right hand path. As I said before, about 90% of the souls in the galaxy, and probably in the entire universe of all galaxies everywhere, choose this path. It is the more natural choice, because it makes us happy to give love and receive love. When we do that, we feel complete in ourselves, and we feel good. Actually, we feel more whole, and this itself is a greater development of Unity, the awareness of true Oneness with Life.

The Left-Hand Path, Q & A

However, there is another way to go with your life. This is called the left hand path, which you may not think of as a path at all, but according to cosmic plan, it definitely is. It is a path of consciously seeking and developing a greater sense of separation. What does this mean? It basically means, seeking material and spiritual power for you and you alone, by controlling and dominating and disempowering others. Starting from the basic sense of being different from others (which we all have), it grows into a sense of being better and superior than others, and continues on through great efforts to make the personal self larger and larger -- all which increases separation. It is not a path of sharing, at all.

Anytime you see some person on Earth who is very conscious and aware that they love power and want to control people, a person who is completely self-centered and selfish, they are most likely on this path of service to self. Many times, human leaders and people in positions of power, enjoying the fruits of power, are on this path. They seek money and comfort, control and domination, and the most successful ones have quite a lot of it. You may think they are confused because they dont understand spiritual things, and you may think that theyre emotionally wounded because they need healing, but nevertheless, if they are conscious and deliberate about their life, theyre probably on the left-hand path. Sure, you can say that they just need love, they just need healing, or that they were wounded as children by their parents or family. You can say that, and probably its true. But the story here is not so simple, because they are already integrated personalities, and they may not be as confused as you think they are. They could certainly use healing, but if they are consciously self-serving, they dont want it. Perhaps if they tried to accept their feelings more, if they just could love their pain or emotional conflict, they would not do what they are doing. But they are making a more-or-less conscious choice to reject such healing, and from the level of Higher Self, there is nothing wrong with that. They are simply choosing to grow without love. It is the universal free will of souls that they can choose not to accept themselves, not to accept love, and not choose to see the reality of God and Divine perfection. It may be spiritual ignorance, but there really is a path for even those souls to return to Source. If we take this idea further, we can see that those souls on Earth who truly love power, would actually destroy the whole planet if they thought it might help them keep their power. Actually, this is already happening, right before your very eyes. Multi-national corporations are destroying the old rain forests, draining the oil from Earths body, damming up its water-flows, and dumping toxic chemicals and air pollution into the biosphere. Yet, spiritually speaking, you need to realize that the leaders of all these power-groups are on the left-hand path, and generally, they really dont care who gets hurt so long as they can increase their profits, and thus grow their worldly power. This is just the way it is, and this is their divine choice. Im not saying we should be indifferent, or that we should fight them. Im just telling you why it is the way it is, from the perspective of Higher Self.

And yet, they are making a choice that only 10% of souls in the galaxy make, but there are negative ETs from higher dimensions too, and they are definitely encouraging those humans who are themselves on the negative path. Those humans who are doing so much damage to our world have chosen the left-hand path, and they are actually younger students to the negative ETs who are working behind them. Together, theyre the groups creating all the trouble down here. Nevertheless, all their destructive actions are totally within their right as souls with free will. The point here is that 3rd density is the dimension where souls make this kind of choice, and while most souls choose to develop love and kindness, a minority of souls choose just the opposite. On Earth, however, the real problem is that the vast majority of souls have not made either choice. We dont have to spend too much more time on this subject, but if you want to understand UFO abductions and traumatic ET contact, as well as government cover-ups and conspiracy, secret technology exchange and the dark side of UFO phenomena, you definitely need to understand the mind of the negative ET groups. In terms of the cosmic plan, they simply represent the polar opposite to the way of love and joy, and the plan of universal soul-evolution demands a choice of spiritual polarity. This is polarized, opposite growth, but both paths lead back to Higher Self in 6th density. So we have the choice of whether we want to follow the ways of unity or separation, and this is the heart of the Law of Free Will, which is itself a central principle in the cosmic plan. Thus, we have the choice to either seek the heart of Self, to seek Gods love and peace, or to completely throw them all away and just follow our self-centered desires for me, me, me. Actually this is interesting, and you may think that its a paradox. If you remember, I said that in truth, there is just one Actor on the cosmic stage, Who is the One Infinite Creator which is all things, and all souls. So following the positive path is like God seeking God, and the negative path is more like God rejecting God. This is really the way it is. Strange, isnt it? Lets take some more questions here. Q: Is there a relationship between thinking and feeling and the two spiritual paths? A: Yes, there is a relationship between thinking and feeling, and how they relate to the two different cosmic paths of evolution. This actually refers to the relationship between the two different parts of the brain, and the positive and negative uses of energy. In particular, theres a

close connection between the activity of thinking and the activity of the negative path, or service to self. You cant exactly say that thinking is negative or selfish, and feeling is necessarily positive or compassionate, but there definitely is a close tie-in between these two different modes of experience, the two different functions of mind, and the ways of the two paths. It is actually a very good question, and Im glad you asked it. Im sure you already have some idea of the connection going on here. In particular, thinking is associated with the left brain. Our thinking requires analysis and separation, organization and categorization of ideas and personal experience. All these qualities involve splitting things up, and thinking is a way of mind-knowing that is totally concerned with division and separation. Sound familiar? Of course, this is exactly what the negative, or left-hand path is all about: separation. It is also about organizing and controlling experience: telling people what to do, making rules and regulations, putting the world in order, structuring things as much as possible. The most adept negatively oriented souls are those with the most powerful mental powers and will-based discipline. It is all about control, and they depend on thinking very much. Frankly, an excessive preoccupation with thinking and organizing your personal experience can lead one onto the negative path. It is a path of control, which is the exact opposite of the pure feeling function. This kind of control -- controlling your group, your nation, your planet, your solar system, and so on -- requires a tremendous amount of thinking and a great deal of planning, organizing, splitting things up and putting them together in just the way that serves your own increased power. On the other side, there is the path of love and unity, upon which we move towards greater wholeness, a greater appreciation of Oneness and faith. In general, feeling and emotion are far more holistic than thinking, and to simply feel your own process, and the process of others, demands a great deal of sensitivity. Expansive feeling is definitely a movement towards greater awareness of unity. There is a big difference between feeling and love, however, just as there is a big difference in energy quality between the 2nd chakra and the 4th chakra, which are the hara (or navel) and heart centers. Yet, feeling of any sort, whether it is personal or impersonal (either my feeling, or our feeling), is definitely associated with the right brain -- which is also more concerned with intuition. Intuition can be called heart-knowing and it is a lot more than personal feeling: it is

more of a love-based, non-emotional feeling of togetherness with others and ones group. It is also a spiritual opening. However, this is not the same thing as personal emotion, which is associated with the 2nd chakra, and is all about me, me, me. This is the feeling of the separated personality. It is not the same as heart-feeling, which is more of a soul quality. So you cant quite say that feeling is love or that feeling is the positive path. Its not that simple. When you have a feeling, it is important to know what kind of feeling it is. It can either be a very personal feeling, which is more or less selfish, or it can be a universal feeling, which is sensitive to the needs of others. Yet, you are right on target about feeling and the positive path: although personal emotion is selfish, feeling in general is not too far from heart-centeredness, which is also a kind of feeling. Any kind of feeling can lead to the positive path. But, there is something else about this that is interesting. Of course, you probably know that intuition is associated with the right side of the brain, and that intellect or logic is associated with the left. It is actually a point of metaphysics that when you hear a tone or high-pitched buzzing in the right ear, it is a sign of positive contact. This means contact from Higher Self, from your guides or teachers, or from benevolent ETs. And when you hear the same kind of tone or sound in the left ear, it is actually common that this is a sign of negative contact, often from a negative ET source. This is because the energy fields around the head on the right side are a bit more open to positive beings, and benevolent beings can make contact on the right side. Again, this is due to the relationship between intuition, or pure selfless feeling, with the positive path. Conversely, the energy fields around the brain on the left side are more open to negative, higher dimensional beings. So, in a simple way, yes, the right brain has a special relationship to the positive path, because of the functions of the brain on that side, by which I mean intuition. The same is true for the opposite side of the brain, and the left-hand path, since excess thinking does move towards the negative way of division and separation.

Q: Your expression, God rejecting God, is very interesting to me. But if the goal is to realize Oneness with the Infinite Creator, how can they come back from this rejection? A: Well, you see, the path of God rejecting God eventually moves toward Higher Self at a very high level, which also occurs in 6th density. At this stage of the path, souls must realize unity

and the fact that separation is an illusion. They have to renounce their rejection, eventually. But at that level of the path, they are somewhat like a black hole, which is a phenomenon from astronomy. When souls on the negative path accumulate more and more power, they become smaller and smaller, more and more separate from everything else. When it reaches a maximum point, they just sort of implode or collapse in upon themselves, in terms of energy and awareness. At this point, the infinitely small becomes a void, and maximum separation becomes totality. The negatively oriented soul, in terms of consciousness, realizes they cant progress further and still keep the sense of separation, so in a sense they open up and dissolve into unity. You can also say they transfer onto the positive path in early-6D, and at last join Higher Self. But youre right: you cant become the Creator while youre still rejecting the Creator. Eventually, they do have to accept universal Love. In astronomy, the black hole is an object with tremendous mass, where all the available light around is just sucked in, as it gets smaller and smaller, more and more compacted. Some people believe that all the energy absorbed is released at some other point in the universe as a white dwarf, a tiny star emitting a huge amount of light. If you ever find yourself with a person who is truly advanced on the negative path, you may feel like you are sitting with a black hole, because it feels like they are draining all your energy into them. They are just pulling and sucking and draining power. And they themselves have a feeling of great mass, great material density and heaviness. I once met a woman like this, and even though she was physically beautiful, I felt like she had great mass and density, like a black hole in her ability to draw power from me. So you see, a soul whos very developed on the left hand path has great inner power, but it all comes from magnetically pulling in from other people. This in-pulling power is definitely an achievement of separation, and it finally reaches maximum separation. Theyre totally about taking, while offering nothing at all. Actually, the left-hand path can be seen as a path of magnetism, ever-pulling inwards, while the positive path is the way of radiation, offering energy outwards. One path pulls in, the other gives out, but they both lead to the same point. When separation reaches its maximum, it simply caves in and dissolves in upon itself. Evil ultimately consumes itself, like the snake eating its own tail. And yet, there they become one with all. And Higher Self helps the mind/body/spirit on either path. Both paths have Higher Self helping them out. Again, Higher Self is in late-6th density, and its a being nearly finished with

soul-evolution. It has already traveled the long path back to Oneness and thereby enjoys a very advanced state of mind. In many ways, higher self is both our source and destination. Looking again at the Chart on Cosmic Plan, youll see all 7 densities described, all related to the corresponding 7 chakras; and so, 6th chakra or third eye relates to 6th density, a state of unity. But again, there are two roads to get there. If youve studied Hindu yoga, you might know about the two major energy lines up the etheric spine, the two major nadis or energy channels. These correspond to the two paths: separation or unity, control or love. In Sanskrit, one of these channels is called Ida, while the other is called Pingala. One of them is associated with Sun, the other with Moon. Its exactly like Yin-Yang, the dual forces of dark and light, good and evil, male and female, and so on. Its a good analogy to the two paths of polarized soul evolution, right-hand and left-hand. While the Sun gives out light and heat, the Moon pulls them in. The Sun is radiatory and supports life on Earth through the energy it continually sends out while the Moon is magnetic, associated with gravity and the subconscious, things that are hidden, and is itself a cold body in space. Souls well developed on the positive path are like the Sun: elder ETs and Higher Self are just the same. They radiate great love and warmth, wisdom and light, and support countless other souls in their own evolution. On the other hand, high-level negative ETs or black magicians are like the Moon: cold, draining, pulling all love-light into themselves, and totally barren. Positivity is solar, negativity is lunar This is the clear difference between positive and negative ETs. In another seminar someone asked, will there always be evil in the universe? And I said, well, for as long as there is the Law of Free Will, there will be evil in the universe and the Law of Free will is here to stay. The desire to progress without love is simply the result of their choice; its totally allowed in cosmic plan, in accord with the Law of Free Will. But its hard for many people to accept it. Again, from the level of Higher Self, both positive and negative choices are equally acceptable, and neither is considered bad or wrong. We may call it evil, but Higher Self simply considers it a choice. Perhaps you know that a lot of the information I present comes from an ET group called Ra, who offered their teaching in The RA Material or The Law of One books. They say that they gave teachings to the early Egyptians, that they built the Giza pyramid out of thought, that theyre from Venus, and that now theyre in 6th density the same state as higher

self. When asked about their own learning, they said, we no longer seek light, we have become light. Theyre no longer seeking outside themselves: they have become all things. When they say theyve become light, this is like the experience of some Wanderers who say that a ball of light entered their room, often at night, hovered around a bit, and then flew out the window. Often theres a kind of spiritual communication and a very positive feeling. This ball of light may actually be a 6th density being, or a member of ones ET family. Most of the Wanderers on Earth are also from 6D, so this kind of experience is actually a family visit. But in one of the channeling sessions, when they asked RA if human beings should get rid of nuclear weapons, RAs answer was somewhat surprising. You would think theyd say, of course, get rid of your nuclear bombs! But they didnt say that. From the level of unity and Higher Self, they said that instead of our toys (which they called our bombs) needing to be destroyed, humanity needs to find true spiritual direction. They said, your peoples need orientation. This is a very pure teaching from higher self: you dont need to be good, you just need to make spiritual choice and follow your path! This is the more advanced goal of 3D, as I said before. If you remember, I said that the purpose of life on Earth, which is a 3D planet, is to make a clear choice of spiritual path, either positive or negative. On the Chart on Cosmic Plan you can also see that 3D requires a choice of polarity, which is required to get out of 3rd chakra and move into higher chakras. If you remember, I said that first we need to integrate personality, which is the triad of body, emotions, and intellect -- and after that we need to choose our spiritual path. Unfortunately, few humans have done this. Actually, most channeled books youll find dont really understand the level of Higher Self, or what unity really means for cosmic plan. And so, they dont discuss the two paths and the fact that separation and control, what we call evil, is also acceptable. It is simply a conscious choice made by a minority of souls in the universe, and you really cant stop them from following the path theyve chosen. Of course, if you want to fight evil and injustice thats fine, but you generally will not be able to change the intentions of those souls and social groups that create all these destructive situations. In the majority of cases, they simply dont want to change, and your opposition is only seen as a threat to their power. All the injustice, evil, and cruelty on earth is definitely a product of humans on the negative path, more or less consciously. These are the folks with great money and power, seeking ever more money and power, achieving it through greater control of earth, its resources, and all the

people. You dont have to like them, and I dont like them either, but I know very well that their actions are totally allowed by the Will of God, the way of Free Will. I also know that these souls and their ET masters have no intention of becoming nice. Thats not their choice. If these humans continue along their path, one day they will join up and enter the negative ET community. I once read a Buddhist teacher comment that such angry, greedy people will one day become heavenly demons, and this is quite accurate. His term comes from the Sanskrit word, asura, which means jealous or fighting god. Its the result of their karma, but you cant exactly call it punishment. Actually, they enjoy that way of life, and thats why theyd usually reject your healing. But again, all this is totally their right and their own choice. You can send them love-light if you want, and thats your choice, but dont expect them to receive it. So if you meet someone with great political power, economic power or wealth, or great social prestige, you can certainly say, I want to help you, let me heal you. I want to make you happy, let me love you. But theyll think youre a fool. And if you happen to have anything they want, theyll definitely play you, or trick you to get what they want. Otherwise they will just walk away. If you ever get close enough to one of these folks to try it, youll see they consciously reject love, do not want healing, and do not want peace. Actually, when one of them claims theyre working for peace, its a great lie. Inside their mind, there is no peace at all! They only want power. And most likely, you dont have the kind of power they want. Of course, it is a good idea to send them love-light, if it feels right to you. And it is good to understand and realize that they are the One Infinite Creator too, just like you and me. But it is very naive to think that you can fix them or correct them. Because if they truly seek power, and you simply try to send love and kindness, theyll definitely take advantage of you. And if you are naive, that should be pretty easy for them to do. They are not interested in mutual support. So it is important to send them love-light and hold them in unity. Of course, its useful. But its much more useful to you than it is to them, and this is a very important distinction. RA once said, service is effective only to the degree it is requested, which is a very profound statement. It means that your service, your offering of love-light, is effective in helping to transform someone (or some situation) only to the degree that person accepts your service. If theyre very willing to change and grow, you can help a lot. If they are only a little bit interested in receiving your love and healing, then you can only help them a little. We shouldnt fool ourselves about how great our service is.

And finally, if the person you want to help is totally closed to love-light, as advanced negatively oriented souls always are (and should be), then your service has nearly no effect on them. But for you, the effort to love and stay balanced have great effect, which is why Jesus said its a good thing to love your enemies -- not for them, because if theyre on the negative path thats where theyll likely stay, but for you, yourself. The most you can do is to respect their choice, send love, blessing and peace, then go your own way and let them go theirs.

Q: Do the people who choose the left hand path consciously make that choice? A: Well, at the level of Higher Self, it is completely understood, but at the level of the personality, the person living in time and space, it may only be half-conscious. Actually, this is an interesting point. Of course, if you ask someone, are you conscious of your choice of evolutionary path? theyll say, no, what the hell are you talking about? They wont even understand what you mean. But if you ask, what do you really care about love, community and spiritual growth, or power, money and status?, anyone on the positive path will immediately say they want only love and happiness for all. As for the person on the negative path, they may actually answer either way, depending on how clear they are and how honest they wish to be in the moment. If theyre not too clear about their path, but just tending towards the path of self-service, they may actually be fooling themselves and imagine theyre helping the world. This is the case with many political leaders: theyre at an early stage of the negative path, and truly believe theyre virtuous world servers. On the other hand, if the person is very clear about who they are and what they are doing, they may try to fool you, and claim that theyre really kind and selfless. In this case, theyd be fully aware that theyre deceiving you. Again, if I ask if you want love, peace and harmony, or if you just want power, control and domination, the choice would be clear -- you just want peace and harmony. Actually, most negatively oriented souls would probably say the same thing, if they thought it would advance their interests. But at the beginning of the left hand path, most souls do not consciously know that they are going in that direction. Theyre actually confused, and often truly believe theyre helping the world by telling people what to do, making all sorts of rules and control structures, building their fat organizations and getting rich. This is the way it is with most human leaders.

They believe in the rightness of what they are doing, and cant see theyre actually following a path of selfish control. In some ways, theyre not really so smart. Theyre fooling themselves because they dont really understand what love and equality are all about -- and since they dont understand love and equality, theyre rolling down the negative path. But at a certain point down that road, Higher Self creates situations to help them clarify their choice of polarity, and then over time, they get rid of their confusion and doubt and either stay negative, or switch paths. After more progress on the negative way, they realize that for them, power is #1, and love and kindness are useless. This is really how they think.

Path of Service to Self

If you want to know how the negative path operates, simply look at any companys corporate structure. There are low level workers, middle management, higher executives, and then the top bosses and ultimate leader or key-man, as you say in Japan. Each person at each level of the company, if they truly want to get to higher levels, understand they have to follow the orders of the person above them, and effectively control the people down below. To advance in the system, players have to respect the order and structure of the hierarchy, not based on equality and love, but instead, on relative power, intelligence, and usefulness to the system. They have to respect the game rules, follow the one above and control those below, or whomever they can. If the person is at a middle level, there also comes a moment of decision when they must clearly make a choice: will I advance or retreat, and do I really want to continue with this game? The same kind of moment of decision happens for souls whove been following the path of service to self in an unconscious way. Its a very interesting and important issue, for both the soul as well as Higher Self. You have to remember, Higher Self doesnt force a person to choose the path of love and unity -- although it is a more harmonious path, a more efficient path back to Creator, a path more aligned with universal truth. But if a soul is advancing along the negative path, somewhat unconscious of what hes doing or where his actions are leading, Higher Self must set up certain life-conditions that sort of force the person to clarify their choice.

How does it happen? Well, first of all, when we talk about how evolution happens, the particular mechanism of evolution, it is totally based on life-experience. This can also be called the catalyst of experience, which is created by everything that happens to us each moment of each day. In the face of all this experience, it is our free will to make choices. These choices are either clear or confused, and lead us either onto the positive or negative path. Once we are clearly on one of these two paths, our choices either continue our smooth growth along the chosen path, or instead, create energy blockage and personal distortion, and makes us depolarize or regress along that path. But before souls are clearly on one of the two paths, they much make a clear and definite choice. It is the task and duty of souls in 3rd density to make this choice, but before it is made, the Higher Self will create opportunities for us to define our choice. This comes in the form of life-situations that help us make spiritual decisions, and these are forms of catalyst for increased soul growth. If we cannot make such spiritual choice by ourselves, simply in response to various life-catalyst, the Higher Self will enter the situation, in some way, to help us make that choice. After the choice is made, the Higher Self helps us continue to learn and develop along our chosen path, either positive or negative. In talking about souls who are tending towards the negative path, but are not fully clear and conscious about their direction, simply look within any of the hierarchical systems on Earth. You can consider a salaryman or a middle manager, a soldier in the military, or a political aide at a mid-level position in some branch of government. In all these cases, the individual may not be clear that they are tending towards the negative path, and it is the task of Higher Self to help them clarity their direction.

Soul Choice of Polarity

Let us take the example of a salaryman or soldier. For them to advance within their organization, they will probably have to go against the way of love and harmony, and in many cases, this means making a choice between company and family. Perhaps, this man has a wife who is upset that he is not spending enough time with her or the children. She tells him that there is no more love in the family or in the marriage because he is spending too much time and

attention on his job or military duty. This is, of course, exactly what the company demands of him for his continued engagement in the system, but it also represents a challenge and test for that soul. It is really a question of spiritual values. In this situation, the man has a choice. Should he follow the path of control, and simply obey the orders given to him by his superior, controlling the people below him and fulfilling the commands of his supervisors? Or, should he reject that way and instead return his attention to family and home life? Does he really want love in the family, and how important is it to him? Does he really value peace and harmony, kindness and good feeling, or not? What does he value? In some cases, the person must actually choose one or the other: family or company. Sometimes, if they really want to keep the marriage, they have to lose their job. Or, if they decide they want to keep their position, and want to stay in the hierarchy or keep advancing within it, they end up losing their family. This is a crucial kind of choice that often has to be made in 3rd density, in particular, when a soul is advancing down the left hand path but is not fully conscious of what theyre doing. I can take another example, and make up a story. Lets say a young black boy is born in the ghetto or poorest section of Los Angeles, California, in the US. Many of the people in his neighborhood are criminals, drug users, and self-destructive in all sorts of ways. So, as a teenager, looking for love and support, he naturally joins the crowd around him, and starts to spend time with these people, many of whom are moving along the path of self-service. This is the first part of the story. Chapter One. The story continues. Chapter Two: Lets say that his father died in a robbery, and his mother is an alcoholic. Of course, you have to realize that all of these possibilities can be set up by Higher Self. It is not that the Higher Self plans to have his father killed or make his mother drink, but Higher Self can choose the birth-family, and each birth family has certain likely potentials -based on the character of each person in the family, their karmic history and soul-development, their economic and educational levels, community, and so on. To help a soul who is at a crossroads in their soul-growth, a point at which they need to make a clear choice of path, any sort of birth-family could be chosen, of course. So lets go on. Lets say that as a teenager, this boy gets into a gang, and his friends lead him into selling drugs and guns, and he actually makes a lot of money. So he feels very proud of

himself, and he can help support his own family, since his father is dead and his mother can not work because of her drinking. And so, while he is hurting some people by selling drugs and guns, at the same time hes helping his mother, and perhaps some other relatives, who also need money. This is confused polarity. So there he is, right in the middle of the crossroads, helping some people and hurting others, doing crime and also supporting the people who need his help. This is exactly the crux of his problem: he has not chosen a single path, and hes still doing both positive and negative actions. As a soul, this cannot go on for too long, or else he cant evolve further on the spiritual path. He must make a decision. At this point, the Higher Self takes direct action. It contacts the Higher Self of another soul who has a karmic tie with this young man. Perhaps the other soul was his sister or aunt in a past life. In the present life, she is a young woman who goes to the same high school. So the Higher Self gives her an inspiration to accidentally meet the young man, and they fall in love. Is it an accident or is it fate? After a little while, she says to him, I love you. Why are doing this with your life? You are hurting yourself and if you continue with the gang, youll end up dead or in jail. Please get out of the gang and try to make money in an honest way. She is basically giving him a choice: stay with your gang of criminals, or come with me: If you love me and want to have a happy family together, you must leave that way of life. This is precisely the choice that his own Higher Self wants him to make. However, although all of us would suggest to him that the way of love is best, the Higher Self wont force him to go that way. All the Higher Self can do is to make the need for such choice very, very clear. You could call this a form of forcing the issue, and bringing urgency into the situation. This is actually far more critical than it appears. This is because the choice that this man makes may actually determine his spiritual path for billions of years. Of course, souls on either path in the higher densities can switch over and jump to the opposite-polarity path, but it almost never happens. If he stays in the gang and loses his girlfriend, maybe he will end up in jail, and perhaps from that experience, he will become bitter and hardened, and maybe he will come out of jail as a totally selfish criminal, who knows all the tricks of the trade and is 100% committed to getting power and money. On the other hand, if he goes with his girlfriend, perhaps theyll move out of the area, hell get a lucky break, and in the end he has a wonderful

job and a loving family. And thus he goes onto the positive path of service to others. Where he goes in the next billion years could actually hinge on just this one decision. Again, his Higher Self brought this woman into his life at just the right time, before he went too far onto the negative path, without being fully aware of what he was doing. But the Higher Self did not do this to make him a good and loving soul: it was simply done to help him make an essential choice of spiritual direction that would allow him to continue along the path. Whenever a soul is getting more and more integrated in terms of personality (in physical, emotional, and mental forces), if that soul does not make a clear choice of path, it will go backwards and become less integrated, which is a problem. So the Higher Self did this because it knows that this soul had to make a choice, with sufficient clarity and determination. It was demanded by the time, which is a matter of his native level of soul-consciousness. If he chooses to enter the negative path, Higher Self will still try to help him along that path. As you may remember, this is the path of complete self-control and control of others. Actually, to learn and then perfect this type of control one must develop greater and greater awareness, especially in terms of will, and the negative use of wisdom. In a paradoxical way, to completely control yourself and your environment, or on the other hand, to completely surrender to God and Divine Will, are really the same. In each case, there is the total dedication of ones energies to a form of union. The negative-path version of union of absolute control, and the positive path version is absolute surrender. Of course, only the positive path understands love, so its version of union is much closer to the truth of unity.

Positive and Negative ET Contact

Understanding this, we can also understand and appreciate the work of negative ETs and their higher dimensional groups. We dont need to follow them, we dont need to give ourselves to them, we dont need to like them at all. But if we can understand them fully, without denial or fear or hatred, we can bring them into love and wholeness. We cannot change them since they do not want to change, but if we bring them and their way into love, then we can see them as an aspect of the Creator, and ultimately, as just another aspect of ourselves. Can you really love your greater Self? So heres an advanced lesson in the

learning of radical Oneness: you and I and all the evil ETs are One -- unified in love-light and power, and one with Higher Self as well. If we can realize this, it is a tremendous boost to our own spiritual growth. But to really know it, we have to work through all our fear, anger and dejection, and thats a big piece of work. Again, this is not at all the same as giving away your power. People on Earth who have negative ET contact, who are being violated and traumatized, are definitely not loving the negative ETs -- so you cant say that sending them love is to blame for their abuse. Actually, these people are terrified of those aliens, and they feel wounded and broken in many ways. Generally, one of the reasons why theyre having the negative contact in the first place, is because they dont love themselves enough, and dont realize their inner power enough. Their healing comes through greater self-love, which is also part of the means by which they can end the unwanted contact. But thats another subject for another seminar. If you do have ET contact, or someone you know has, and if the experience is filled with fear, terror, doom, panic and helplessness, it was most likely a negative ET contact. To make matters worse, and to confuse some people more, you can also find some channelers today and some New Age books that say, if you have fear and panic, its just your problem! All ETs are good! These sources tell you that having fear is your fault, and that those poor ETs dont understand our complicated human emotions. This is not true at all, and actually, its just a form of negative ET propaganda and deception, so you should be careful. Honestly, higher dimensional beings are fully aware of the difference between fear and a feeling of safety and trust. Truth be told, one of the main goals of negative ET contact is to create fear. Anyway, this kind of reasoning from New Age channels is also illogical. If you want to help someone, you will be as sensitive as possible to the possibility of hurting the person you want to help. If ETs are really so much more evolved than us, we should expect them to be even more sensitive to our feelings and needs, and be extra-careful not to frighten us, if they are really trying to help us. Of course! Only ignorant people overlook this. So lets take it down to the human level. If Im a doctor and I want to help you, Ill be sensitive to your process, Ill make sure I explain everything Im going to do to you, and tell you exactly why I think we need to do it. To be honest, if it was not a life-threatening illness, if I were a medical doctor, I wouldnt even try to help you unless you wanted my help. If you did want my help but still felt afraid, I would do everything I could to help take ease your fears before any

procedure began. I would try to comfort you and make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible. If the ETs who are doing abduction are positive and benevolent, why dont they treat the person being abducted in at least a more considerate way? Well, they dont, simply because they are not benevolent ETs! Again, only self-rejecting people dont get this. If we know real love from the heart, with some degree of wisdom from 5th chakra, we can see clearly when our efforts in service are effective or not. We can clearly see and deeply feel any degree of fear or panic weve created by our poor attempts to help. So its quite obvious, at least to me, that if an ET contact was terrifying, its simply the product of negative ETs, and we shouldnt fool ourselves. But, many people fool themselves, alas On the other side, you can assume and you can expect that positively oriented extraterrestrials will be even more sensitive and aware than human doctors and healers. They know well in advance the dynamics of your own mental-emotional process, and what kind of reaction youre likely to have if they intervene. If they think you might go crazy with fear and panic, they probably wont even contact you. There are actually three requirements that must be met for a positive ET to directly contact a human being. This is now the standard protocol or requirement for almost all positive contact. The first requirement is that the experience does not cause fear. The second is that it is an understandable, subjective experience that makes sense to you, which means, that youll be able to understand what happened. And the third requirement is that you are a Wanderer or positive ET soul. People who are not Wanderers are generally not contacted by benevolent ETs. They can be better helped by their guides and angels. So if you have a clear experience of a UFO sighting, dream or a vision, and it has a very personal and intimate feeling (not like just looking up at the sky, and seeing a bright light go zooming by), then it may be a positive ET contact. It would probably make you feel good, give you some kind of inspiration, and perhaps lead you to look more deeply at your own life and become more aware of your life-purpose. If you had this kind of experience, it means youre probably a Wanderer. Of course, many of the people who come to me for counseling are wanderers, and you likely are too.

ET Contact and the Law of Free Will

If you really want to understand the difference between positive and negative ET contact, and the different agendas of positive and negative ET groups, its helpful to look at it from the perspective of the Law of Free Will. In negative ET contact, like most abduction, there is an experience of control and domination: no free will is honored at all. Of course, a great teacher will not terrify their students! So I disagree with those channelers and New Age teachers who say that aliens who abduct people dont really understand fear or emotion. I totally believe that they very much understand fear and terror, they just dont care. Positively oriented higher dimensional beings have deep love, and deep love does understand fear. I have met some people in America who have had very extreme abduction experience, quite painful and almost like torture. Obviously, they were quite traumatized. And some of them say, if the alien really wanted some part of my body, why didnt they just ask me? I would have just given it to them if they asked me. These people wonder why the aliens just came in the middle of the night and took what they wanted. Actually, these people would have been cooperative if they were treated better. There are many cattle ranchers in America who said that UFOs came down in the middle of the night into their field, and did some weird thing to their animals. This is the whole phenomenon of cattle mutilation, in which animals are killed and their blood and vital organs removed, all in the middle of the night, with no footprints or markings at all, and also associated with UFO sightings. The farmers are not so upset that their animals may have suffered -- theyre upset because their property was destroyed, and they lost some potential income. But these ranchers, and the abductees I mentioned a moment ago, are both confused as to why they werent just asked before their lives were invaded. Both of these groups might have been happy to help, perhaps, if they were consulted ahead of time, if the aliens politely asked for what they wanted. But they didnt ask. And why didnt they ask? Basically, the reason is because those aliens dont care. Theyre totally in a mindset of superior/inferior. They believe they are a superior race, and that humans are inferior. So they take what they want, and they dont ask questions. This shows that they have no regard for others, and no respect for your free will. Positive ET groups and beings would never act like this.

The obvious difference here is that positive ET groups respect free will. If you dont want their help, they wont bother you. And because 90-95% of the humans on Earth dont care about positive ET assistance and dont call for help, those benevolent ET groups dont make any kind of mass landing to help us. Since humanity still needs a lot of help, instead of mass landing, ET Wanderers are here and take human form to help out. By coming into the 3D system in this way, they dont infringe on the free will of humanity, which consciously rejects the idea of cosmic help. Yet at a subconscious level, humanity is greatly calling for love-light. Really, human need is greater now than ever before, and will become even more in the years ahead. So to protect the free will of humanity, and its conscious mind fears which reject higher truth and awareness of cosmic community, Wanderers must come in under what is called the veil. To protect the human freedom to choose its own path of learning (in this case, a very slow limited learning), positive ET races dont openly announce themselves to offer aid in a totally open, non-disguised way. Because they strictly (and I mean, very strictly!) follow the Law of Free Will, benevolent ETs are limited in their ability to render direct world service. Ultimately, this is due to human ignorance, fear-based beliefs, and lack of spiritual seeking. And so, the positive ET groups dont just come down and say, heres the cure for cancer, heres free energy, heres an instant anti-pollution machine. They dont do that because they respect our free will, and it is the will of the vast majority of human beings not to seek the truth of cosmic plan and the reality of ETs and higher dimensional life. People would rather follow their own limited, narrow human religions that put Earth at the center of the universe, and human beings on top of the ladder of creation. Silly, arent they?

Free Will and Human Consciousness

Positive ET groups and Wanderers in human form are not here to save humanity. They are basically here to help humanity make its own choices, to grow up and save themselves. In America, some people who dont believe in ET life like to ask, well, if the ETs are real and theyre really so great, why dont they just come down here and get rid of all the bad people? Since they dont do it, it just shows either theyre not so great or theyre just not real! Its an interesting argument, which atheists also use to deny the existence of God and Creator.

Then there are other people, who actually do believe in ET life and cosmic plan, who also make a lot of predictions about the time when all the good ETs are going to come down here and get rid of all the bad ETs. Their position is a little less angry than the skeptics, but its no more the wiser. Both of these groups dont understand the Law of Free Will. And more than this, in America and all over the world you can find Jewish and Christian people who wonder why their good God doesnt take away evil. They actually struggle quite a lot with that question, the issue of why a loving God allows evil and cruelty and injustice in the world. Again, they dont understand the meaning and function of the Law of Free Will. Actually, it is not so hard to understand, but you have to grow up and stop thinking like a fearful child. Most people in this world think like children when it comes to the question of God, and they see God as either a loving or strict Father, while they consider themselves His little flock of sheep, his little lambs. I think its quite an immature view, spiritually speaking. So why is there evil, and why doesnt God or the Creator, Higher Self and all the good ETs just destroy all the bad things in life? Well, its because the process of spiritual seeking is key, everything depends on karma and the Law of Free Will, and the process of making personal choice is essential to the operation of cosmic plan. The entire scheme of soul-evolution depends on free will, and because of this, the One Infinite Creator gets a very, very rich and intense set of experiences by allowing souls to choose their own path and their own methods of selfdevelopment. All experience is learning, and no benevolent ET will ever steal away that learning away from souls at lower levels of evolution. A true parent guides, but doesnt control. It is not in the souls best interest to take away our challenges, it is not in the Creators interest to destroy evil, and all beings have equal access to divine power to use as they see fit. Although there are definitely laws and rules and patterns of energy flow in each and every dimension, theres also karma and cause-and-effect processing. What decides just how the infinite supply of energy available is used, is the souls own unique personal choices. This idea of free will is often misunderstood among New Age teachers and teachings. As I said before, you can find many channels talking about positive ET mass landing, saving the human race and removing all the evil leaders. This kind of prediction of mass landing is, I believe, pure fantasy. There was a famous channel in America, Mr. Sheldon Nidle, who predicted a mass landing in which the good ETs were going to remove all human weapons and dissolve all human government, create an enlightened fair society, and became the new leaders on Earth. He

taught people that this would happen in 1996. Obviously, he was discredited when it didnt happen. Ive met a few people in Japan who later asked me about his predictions. The problem is that his idea is total fantasy, with respect to the Law of Free Will. Because it would be a massive, tremendous infringement of human free will for positive ETs to come down and remove the social institutions that we ourselves have created. Just because human institutions are corrupt, as most of them are, doesnt mean its right for enlightened beings to come from cosmic levels to tear them all apart. In his channeling, Mr. Nidle also said that these ETs would bring everyone to full awakening, which is a nice idea. But its just like a childs dream, and positive ET beings would never do it, just like Gautama Buddha couldnt make his listeners (the monks of his time) an instant Buddha, even if he wanted to. If the elder ETs really wanted to fix our world, they could do it in a flash. And yet they wont, because it takes away the opportunity for us to change our own world, to realize our own values, to take responsibility for our own lives. Why didnt the ETs stop World War II? Why didnt they stop the German Holocaust? Why didnt they save the Tibetan Buddhists from the Chinese Communists? Its because all those situations were the freely chosen results of human decision, the karma of previously chosen actions on both sides, both victim and oppressor. These were not good actions obviously, but higher dimensional positive beings cant destroy the chains of karma, nor would they ever want to do so. How else would we learn? For soul evolution, its essential for souls to experience the full results of their actions. How can we grow unless we taste the fruit of the seeds weve planted? It is essential that we come to know ourselves, both our distortions and our perfection, and the best way to do this is to experience the results of our actions, and this is the law of karma. It is also part of cosmic plan, and Higher Self and elder benevolent ET groups know that quite well. There would have to be very particular conditions on Earth, and within human consciousness, for positive ETs to come down and do a mass landing. First of all, for a real mass landing that everyone on the planet could see, which would give total proof to the idea that we are not alone and ETs are real, there would have to be a complete agreement among all the people in the world to seek such contact. It would not happen if only a minority of Wanderers hope it happens, nor if just a few small groups pray for it. I dont think everyone would need to get on the Internet and have a big town hall meeting, but this degree of human calling would have to be a fully conscious agreement by

all humanity for this type of open contact. Clearly, it is not the wish of the majority of humans now to have mass landing. Some New Age folks might want it, most Wanderers would love it, but earth most humans couldnt care less. Theyre more likely to ask for help from their family, their government, or their church. Dont fool yourselves. The reason that this degree of consensus and agreement is needed is because of the enormity of what cosmic contact really means for 3D souls. If there was a clear and obvious mass landing, then everyone would know that their ideas about God and the universe were all wrong, and it would force a tremendous re-thinking of whats real for most people. But that itself is not the problem. The real point is that benevolent beings would never force this type of inner spiritual revolution on anyone, and it could be quite damaging for 3D souls since theyve not prepared themselves for it. It could send more than a few people into a nervous break-down or mental collapse, really. But again, if all the people on Earth came together and said, yes, we want positive cosmic contact. Please help us, our brothers and sisters from the universe! -- then it would happen in a flash. No problem. Actually, there are many other 3D worlds that have open, active positive ET communication. But Earth does not, because of the consciousness of the souls down here. When we look at human levels of awareness, we can find three types of souls on Earth, and of these, only one group is somewhat open to the idea of cosmic contact [see: Human Crisis and Divine Plan, PDF available on http://talkswithscottmandelker.com]

Human Consciousness on Earth

In terms of seeking and spiritual orientation, there are three distinct groups of souls on the planet today. You can say that these are 3 groups with quite different soul-direction, although all of them are, in some way, on the path of return to Higher Self. The smallest group, though most powerful socially, are those souls who are clearly negatively oriented. Theyre the ones whose lives are totally involved with power, control, domination, rules and regulations, and commanding people in all sorts of various ways. This is actually the smallest group in terms of numbers, those on the left-hand path, but their influence is enormous, totally out of proportion to their numbers. Because theyre

intelligent and sly, hard-working and driven, theyve got all the power, social control, and money on Earth. They control most of the institutions on the planet, including religion, business, politics, military, science and technology, media, and international agencies. Since their effect is so great, its hard to remember that their numbers are actually quite small. Globally speaking, what is the percentage here of humans on the negative path? Im not sure, but probably it is less than 5%. Of course, there are many more who aspire to join their ranks. A little larger in terms of total numbers, is the second group. These are people like ourselves who are basically positively oriented on the right-hand path, seeking love and unity, healing ourselves and others and Earth as a whole. Only this second group has any idea of ETs and positive contact, and only a tiny number within this group have some sort of desire for aid from higher dimensions. Im sure many people in this group call for spiritual help, with some idea of heaven and higher spirits, but most of them are not so metaphysical, and many spiritual people actually think the idea ETs is weird. Now this is an interesting point, and there is actually a paradox here. For while some of them do call for spiritual help, part of their calling is conscious and another part is unconscious. And so they need help, they want help, but they cant quite grasp the idea of life beyond the physical. For people without any kind of metaphysical interest, it is possible for benevolent ET groups to help by making contact telepathically, but those ETs would never announce themselves and say, hi, were from Venus, and we just heard your call for help. Heres some love-light and a few suggestions, see you later and take good care! They dont come down give out their name-card because to do so would be a massive infringement on the free will of the person who is calling for help because the call is not for cosmic teaching! Honestly, it happens all the time -- humans who are positively oriented but non-metaphysical call for help, theyre contacted and helped by benevolent ETs who dont announce themselves, and those people go right on thinking that ETs and UFOs dont exist. Actually its ironic, but it must be that way, in respect to the Law of Free Will. So positive ETs can contact such people in their sleep or telepathically, such as by inspiration or synchronicity, but if they were to do a mass landing it would be an infringement on their free will, because even though these souls are loving, theyre not seeking higher truth. Theyre simply seeking comfort or guidance. Therefore, even here in the second group of souls on Earth,

those who are clearly centered in love-light, it is not possible to say that theyre seek positive ET contact or mass landing. So, only some members of this second group seek ET contact to help the planet. Yet, this tiny group is generally cut off from or outside the human social power structure, so our ability to communicate this message to the masses is limited. As for the negatively oriented souls whom you can call the power elite, they certainly dont want positive ET contact because it would destroy their authority. Theres nothing worse for negative humans than higher benevolent power! All the sleeping masses would see right through their false front. No matter how much any kind of UFO disclosure comes out in the future, dont expect the leaders of world governments to come together and sincerely call for benevolent ET assistance. That would be like calling for their own removal, putting themselves into immediate and permanent unemployment. Of course, for we in the second group, that sounds like a great idea! And what about the third group? Well, this is the largest group: those who have no spiritual direction at all. These are the great masses of people all over the world who are basically poor and disadvantaged, living in some form of voluntary slavery to the negative power elite as well as the intelligentsia in the industrial nations, who think theyre clever and smart, but have no spiritual awareness at all. But the third group includes people from all nations lower, middle, and upper classes most of whom are just trying to hold their lives together, pay their bills, take care of family, get some pleasure and live the life but theyre certainly not looking for greater spiritual vision or cosmic reality, and theyre not committed to service either. Obviously, theyre also not eagerly asking for positive ET contact. Remember, these are the people who fill the mainstream churches on Sunday morning or reject religion all together, and frankly, they usually support the power structure on Earth. Their loyalties are fixed and set, and theyre not much open to a new set of spiritual leaders. Really, this is true. Elder benevolent ETs know all about these three human groups, and they care for all of them. In terms of the negatively oriented souls, there is not much that can be done, because they consciously reject love, and arent interested in a visit from positive ETs. And so, they just leave them alone, generally speaking. In terms of the third group, the elder ETs also care, though theyre spiritually asleep. In fact, they care about them so much, that they dont want to disturb their sleep, really. Since they are freely choosing to be unconscious, if the positive ETs did a mass landing it would wake them up

in a shocking way, and ultimately interfere with their desire for slow, slow spiritual growth -- or perhaps we could say, no spiritual growth. If you go too slow, at some point youll stop Actually, this philosophy also applies to healers. If youre a healer and want to help the world, and you meet people who dont ask for help, its really an infringement of their freedom to push your energy on them, even if you think thats what they need. If they dont ask, then to be in maximal respect of free will, you should leave them alone. Of course, its not always such a clear-cut case, since people are at all different levels of consciousness. It is common that at one level, a person may consciously reject your help, while at another level of their being (an unconscious level), they really want it. If they still hang around, you can assume they do want something, but maybe they cant define or ask for just what they want. In this kind of situation, its probably best to offer all you can, and let them make the next move. And this is exactly what positive ET groups do -- they offer all they can remaining true to the Law of Free Will, then wait for humanity to make the next move. The more we call, the more they offer love-light. Yet it is part of their job to respect and protect the evolution of those souls who choose to sleep, and as Ra said, we cannot do a service to one group, while at the same time do a disservice to another. Thus they cant walk freely among us, since that would terrify and disrupt the evolution of the masses of non-spiritually-oriented people. And so, they offer telepathic aid to millions without announcing themselves, they come in as ET Wanderers, and create crop circles (also called mystery circles) without freaking anyone out. Actually, these circles in the grain are a totally obvious sign of divine assistance, but most humans turn a blind eye and couldnt care less. This just shows how little desire for cosmic contact the majority of Earth people have. Anyway, why dont we take some more questions now.

Q: The first time I had ET contact, I was very confused and felt fear. But after that, most of my contacts were better, and they adjusted the way they communicated with me. So I dont think the left-hand path ETs are always bad, or maybe I didnt have negative contact. I dont know. A: Actually, for me to figure out what kind of experience you had, Id need to ask you many questions. If they respect your free will now, in your present contacts, then they must be positively oriented beings. But I am also assuming that when you say that your free will is not

being violated today, that youre being honest with yourself. I am assuming you dont want to be violated at all, and that you have clear understanding of your own free will in the situation. I am not trying to be tricky and Im not trying to play games with you. Some people let themselves be violated by negative ETs, then they say that their free will is not being violated. Some people think theyre being respected when actually theyre treated like farm animals, who are just being fed and sheltered because their keepers are using them for milk today, or meat tomorrow and so, theyre simply being kind enough so as to continue using them. For some people, its their free will to be used this way, and they feel like theyre serving an important function for those aliens who really have no respect for them at all. In America, I recently heard from one lady who was abducted by ETs. She said they come into her room at night and terrify her, appearing in a vision sometimes telling her all sorts of things. They basically make her life a little crazy, and shes really upset and confused about it all. So she asked me, how can I understand this experience, and what should I do with it? These are important questions, for sure. The first question I asked her is the first question I ask all abductees. I asked her, what do you want? As I said before, shes having a very unpleasant experience. It is not happy and uplifting at all. So I wanted to start at the beginning, and see if she really wants to end the experience or not. She replied, oh yes, I want to continue these experiences. Because I want to learn something from this. So, there it is: she doesnt want the experiences to end. Well, maybe she can learn something from the experience. Eventually, she might learn that she is being violated and victimized and treated like a slave or an animal. She may learn that in fact she does not want this kind of treatment, and that it is not a loving relationship. I hope she learns that, because obviously she doesnt know it now. But it seems to me, its her free will to let herself be violated and abused. Of course, Higher Self wont stop her from such a choice. If people are willing to let themselves be treated this way, negative ETs are very happy to follow their free will, since the persons free will is to throw away their freedom and give all their power to the alien. There are other people whove had very traumatic experience, very upsetting emotionally, and theyre being told by the ETs that theyve been chosen to receive some very special message to give the world. Or, that theyve been chosen because they have some sort of superior genetics, or that theyre needed to help those ETs save the world, or something like that. By such happy talk, the human becomes compliant.

In such a case, the person feels very special, while still being emotionally scarred and physically abused. Have no doubt about it, no matter what the alien says, watch what they do and how you feel. If you feel abused and mistreated, disrespected and disoriented, used and dominated, then it is negative ET contact, no matter what they say and no matter how youd like to imagine it. And if your initial contact was clearly that way, and your later contacts seemed to get better, you should remember the first experience and be honest with yourself. Perhaps your panic was unnecessary at first contact, but it may also be that youve actually resigned yourself to being violated, and now you feel special, but you dont really understand love. You have to check this out with yourself. So check your heart and see what feels right. I cant tell you for sure if you had positive or negative contact, since we didnt talk so much. Just make sure you know the difference between love and control, and see if you really feel your personal power respected, or if instead at a deep level, you feel weak and small. It really depends on how well you know yourself.

Q: Well, even though I had panic in the first contact with them, I have been learning forgiveness, compassion and love from them. I trust them and they seem to trust me. A: It seems like its good for you. Then, of course, it is good to continue.

Q: I once had an experience where I felt an ET in the room with me at night, while I was in my bed. I felt paralyzed and heard some kind of strange noise. Was this an ET contact? A: Im not sure if it was an ET contact, but it sounds a little bit like an out-of-body experience. You may have been semi-conscious, or somewhat awake as you were leaving or returning to the body. Some of what you felt is very common to out-of-body experience (called OBEs). In the normal OBE, when consciousness leaves the body, you may be much more aware of the different energy flows that normally enter or circulate in the physical body, especially in parts of the head. If you hear a kind of rushing noise, or thunder and wind, it may actually be the sound of subtle energies moving through the channels or nadis [Sanskrit, channels] in the head. And the sense of being paralyzed is a normal part of what happens to the physical body as we move out and back into it. This kind of paralysis sometimes scares people who wake up or become more awake in the middle of the normal going-out process, and sometimes people think some ET is trying to control them. But this is not necessarily true.

You can also feel this kind of paralysis in deep zazen or meditation. In this state, when the mind is very quiet, the body can become stiff like a board of wood or a rock. This too is normal, and is also a result of consciousness expanding away from, or beyond the physical form. You can consider deep meditation to be like an OBE, in that mind expands beyond the normal centering in the physical body, and sort of have the feeling of getting bigger.

Q: If I fall asleep during meditation, this always happens to me. A: Yes, its the same. Its just a product of consciousness slowly leaving the body. If you can stay conscious throughout the whole process without fear, you could learn how to do conscious outof-body travel, which is also called astral travel. The main reason we cant do it is because we cant stay awake or conscious during the normal process of disengaging from the body.

Q: Im thinking of marrying a man, but he doesnt understand anything about ETs or spiritual life. Yet, we have a good feeling together. I also want to become a healer, but maybe he wont accept it. Do you think I should marry him, and what about becoming a healer? A: Well, in terms of getting married, if you really love him and he loves you, it is probably fine -even though he doesnt understand ETs and spiritual things. However, if youre a Wanderer, or even if youre not but have a strong sense of mission, then its important that your partner supports your sense of purpose. Its essential for Wanderers to have partners who can understand and accept, hopefully support or at least not get in the way of our particular form of service. If the marriage doesnt help you do your work in the world even better, then it probably wont work. That is more of an emotional, spiritual matter, and not strictly a matter of intellectual agreement. Marriages that conflict with our sense of work, definitely dont work. Many Walk-ins and Wanderers Ive met had to get divorced when they came to realize they are ET souls with a particular life-purpose. So, if you are serious about getting married, it is important, and it would be very helpful to talk about it all with him. You should open some kind of dialogue about your own sense of life-purpose, then ask him about his. You dont need to tell him you think you are an ET soul, only that you do want to be a healer and that this path is important to you, in your heart. About the second part of your question, about your becoming a healer, I can only say that if you feel attracted to learning about healing or helping people in that way, then it is a good idea

to study some more and go along the path a little further. After you know more about it, then you can decide if it really is good for you. And when you say that you have good union with him, if you feel a certain kind of energy in your body, then maybe you two are having a spiritual energy transfer. This is also an important point. You may or may not know it, but sexual union can be a very powerful form of energy exchange, for better or worse. This kind of energy transfer is very important in marriage, or in any intimate relationship, and can be quite useful to help our spiritual growth. If you find you feel some kind of greater spiritual vision or understanding, or an increased sense of will or faith or peace of mind after your sexual sharing together, then its probably a spiritual or higher chakra energy transfer. If you have this experience, you can also use it to help start a dialogue later on about other issues, such as your own life-purpose, and how it can fit with your partners own vision of his life. Love-based sexuality definitely opens the heart for communication.

Q: Could you explain a little more about the Walk-in experience? Im not sure I understand it. A: The first thing to understand about the Walk-in experience is that whenever it is a real walkin process, and not someones imagination, then theres a genuine walk-out along with the walking-in of the new soul. In America, some people also talk about a soul-braid, which is like braiding hair, in which two souls share one body -- so theres a walk-in but no walk-out. Honestly, I really dont know if this can happen, and today in many New Age groups, people seem to be saying anything can happen, if they get some kind of message in their head. I am not really sure two souls can fully occupy a single body, but many Wanderers do feel their home-density family nearby, sharing their human experience in some way. Its not quite the same as a soul braid, but its a case of many kindred souls sharing the learning of one soul in one body. In general, however, I dont talk too much about Walk-ins because I think theyre quite rare, far less common than many New Ages think they are. In America, there are some healers and channels that seem to think everyone who comes to them is a Walk-in.

Q: How do we work with our body/mind/spirit? I know you cover this in your other seminars, but Id like to know something more about it today. A: Well, it is a really large topic, and thats why I usually spend a full-day workshop on it. I can give you a brief overview here, but please realize its just a short introduction.

Part III: Body/Mind/Spirit Transformation

The most important thing we need to understand about body, mind, and spirit is that each of them have their own specific needs and require somewhat different treatment. Each of these three needs our love, honest attention, and care. And theyre never really separate: all three elements are always together in some way, in every action we do in the physical body. So every act we do and every choice we make involves the total body/mind/spirit in some way. In terms of body, it has all sorts of needs that are unique for each person. These are the requirements for its own comfort, happiness, and proper balance. This means, of course, food, sleep, companionship, touching, sexuality, and shelter. This is the basic appreciation of having a body in the 3D physical world, and the body itself needs that kind of self-love. The very cells of the body need to be loved and appreciated by mind, and this leads to a healthy body. When the body is not healthy, we need to consider the possibility that some kind of imbalance, distortion or conflict in mind is the real cause, and also, if perhaps the illness is part of a lesson being offered by the Higher Self. Its a very big subject, and I cant get into it here, but as you can see, its a very personal matter. After this kind of balancing and care-giving, this kind of spiritual maintenance of the body, we can then forget about the body. I dont exactly mean forget it or neglect it, but rather, we can come to know and appreciate our own unique body-needs, take care of those needs as best we can, keep giving the body what it needs, but then move on to other things. We then work on mind and spirit and what the mind needs is self-understanding, acceptance, and another kind of energy balancing work. Working with mind is the hardest part of the work on the total body/mind/spirit energy system. Its the central part of what we call working on ourselves or doing spiritual work. For most people, most of the time, the mind is full of conflicting beliefs and patterns, upsetting emotions or just continuously flowing thoughts and ideas, memories, hopes and fears. Such a mind is the world of desire, hatred, and ignorance, according to the Buddha, and his description is pretty accurate. This is the usual state of affairs in a human mind. Buddhists call it the monkey mind because of its radical instability, and thats quite true. Within this normal condition of mind, we also have self-defeating beliefs, and all sorts of split-up ideas of good and bad, better and worse, acceptable and unacceptable. This is a big

problem. So people may think, I am really smart or I am really stupid, or I really like this and I really hate that. All these ways of thought concern polarity, and dont really include love at all if there is an underlying self-rejection. For true healing, all these polarities must be harmonized and balanced in the self-loving, self-accepting mind. When the mind is more balanced, we can accept ourselves as we are, and accept others as they are, without blaming anyone. We become more comfortable in and aware of our own patterns, and although they dont disappear overnight, at least were not fighting with mind which doesnt end distorted patterns, anyway. After the mind is more integrated, then it is not split up into a thousand likes and dislikes, and we can move into work on spirit, which itself is not particularly distorted. The spirit energy field is the most refined level of the personal self, and it is developed by working on heart, throat, and third eye chakras. These are the 4th, 5th and 6th centers in the human etheric body. It begins with unconditional love of self and other in heart chakra, developing kindness, understanding, compassion, and sensitivity for ourselves and all those we meet. This is the essence of self-healing. Feelings of anger, fear and sorrow are not the real problem: the question is whether or not we can meet these emotions in love and welcome. Of course, this can be quite difficult. But when we can, we are working on 4th chakra, the heart. While the heart is the foundation of spiritual life, its not the end; the next step is also essential. In 5th center, at the throat, we develop clear mind and honesty, and the ability to communicate truly and effectively. This means understanding our mental patterns, speaking our truth, being able to really listen to others. Love is not enough: it must be joined with wisdom and clarity of mind, and thats done by developing throat chakra. Many spiritual people are kind, but fewer are wise and clear especially in New Age groups! Beyond this is 6th center, the third eye at the forehead. Developing this center helps us develop a sense of Oneness or unity, a sense of the all-sacred -- the feeling that everything is perfect just as is, and it also develops powers of faith and will. This is not negative power, but rather access to the power of Higher Self, which is the power of One, a state of awarenesscompletion. But it is definitely based in love. It is important to understand that the level of 6th center is not different from Christ mind, or Atman in Hinduism, or Bosatsu [Japanese] or Bodhisattva [Sanskrit, enlightenment-seed being] in Buddhism. As 6th center is more activated or opened, we develop awareness of

ourselves as a being of infinite worth, sensing our divinity, identity with all, and essential loveperfection nature. Its a wonderful feeling, and 6th chakra development is the basis for the peace and happiness of truly enlightened souls. Its also an advanced understanding, and usually only comes after a lot of meditation. Although the realization of our innate perfection doesnt wipe away or clear blockages in the lower chakras, nevertheless, it does give us a glimpse of our true self which is full with love, light and power. It is a taste of real spiritual freedom. You should also realize that there are many levels of enlightenment, so having a taste of freedom isnt the same as ultimate freedom -- its not the end of the road. Actually, it is quite helpful to meditate on this thought: the fact that self is a being of infinite worth. If you can come to really understand this, youll be able to open 6th chakra more and more, and youll quickly develop greater wisdom. Of course, youd need to do a lot more than just repeat the phrase in your mind, and just the thought doesnt do much. But doing this kind of work, discovering and appreciating true self, is exactly what I mean by saying, giving to spirit what spirit needs. It is also the longest portion of the spiritual path, and generally takes place in higher dimensions after we leave the 3D Earth plane.

Q: You said that we have to take care of our body first. But when we take care of body, it distracts our attention, and it is not good for our spiritual discipline. So, many spiritual organizations dont allow people to take so much for our body. How does fit into your ideas? A: Honestly, I think that many of the rules of old religious traditions, especially the bodyoriented rules about what we should and shouldnt do, are not as valuable today as they were when the religion got started. They were very useful at that time, a long time ago, but humanity has changed over the centuries since the religion began. So, some of the disciplines of body, especially in terms of food and sex and sleep, some of these things were more useful to students of the past than they are today. You may disagree, but I think we have to look at this. So this is the first idea Id say. However, this itself is not the only point to consider. I do agree that some of these rules for how to use or not use body can be very helpful as particular disciplines for a short time or at certain stages of the path. It is like being a vegetarian. I agree that it is very important at a certain time or for certain practices, like being able to read the Akashic records (the astral-plane

records of history and spiritual truth). But it is not quite necessary for total spiritual evolution. There is no doubt that the level of most spiritual seekers is higher than it was, in general terms, a few thousand years ago. Certainly there were dedicated seekers in the past, but they may not have been as broadminded as people are today. Some of them certainly had more discipline, and that definitely led some to a more rapid enlightenment, for sure. Its also true that many spiritual people today dont have much discipline at all, especially when it comes to food, sex, sleep, and so on. But again, this may also be partly because the kind of strict discipline taught in the past is no longer totally needed today. Im also quite sure that many of todays spiritual seekers were monastics in past lives. This may actually be part of the reason why many people dont put themselves under such hard discipline today, and why there are fewer monks and nuns in monasteries, in all traditions East and West. Its because theyve already done it, and from the level of Higher Self, it is not necessary to be a monk or nun in every life. Not that it is necessary to be wild and indulgent either, but theres a lot more to total body/mind/spirit development than body-discipline, liferestriction, and 6 hours of meditation a day. Of course, some teachers would just say that modern people are lazy, and it can be true. But the path is more subtle than we imagine. Some traditional Hindu gurus will say you cant get enlightened if you eat meat, some Buddhists will say that you cant become a Buddha if you are a woman, some Chinese Taoists will say you have to build up a certain amount of chi [Chinese, life-force or energy] or ki [Japanese] in your body if you want to become an Immortal. I dont really think so, and yet, I cant say Im fully enlightened, so what do I know? I am just offering my opinion based on my study, meditation, and work in counseling. It is definitely a complex matter, but Ive also come to realize that what so-called enlightened teachers and adepts tell us we must do, is not always best for all. And just because they have some magic powers, wisdom and discipline, doesnt mean they understand the total mind of Higher Self, and the overall requirements of total multi-dimensional body/mind/spirit development. Again, I think the matter is far more subtle than what they teach. Nevertheless, what I do know is that humanity is different today than it used to be, that souls have evolved over the millennia, and that the general level of open-mind, open-heart, as well as overall mentality and basic spiritual sensitivity is greater today than in the past. How do I

know? From various teachings, teachers, and my own intuition. Im sure that overall balance is the most important thing in the development of body/mind/spirit, and also, that it cant be achieved by simply following ancient systems of body-discipline. But again, the path is different for each person, in each lifetime. I also think that since the level of consciousness of spiritual students in the past was different from their consciousness today, the particular balance of activity in body/mind/spirit is also different. Of course, each of us has to discover our own balances, and just how to deal with the needs of our body. I am not a Master and I am still learning all this, too. Particular strict disciplines for body are quite useful if youre on a real initiation path under the direct guidance of a Master or adept. And it also depends on what level of training you choose to follow. But I dont think you can just randomly apply the strict body-disciplines of the past, or assume youre totally are ready for them, or assume that theyll really help. Ive seen a lot of people try to act like the Buddha or act like Jesus, then end up repressing their body-needs and emotional desires, and actually get far more distorted than theyd been before they started the training. Just copying the actions of a fully enlightened being doesnt work. In my own Zen monastery in the US, my two closest friends tried to be ultra-strict in various ways. One had a nervous breakdown and had to disrobe, the other committed suicide. Ive also met a whole lot of narrow-minded, rigid and deeply angry vegetarians, celibate monks and nuns, and others following strict body-disciplines full of pride and self-importance, but none too happy with their life or themselves. Outer change doesnt necessarily lead to inner change. These people were all following disciplines they thought they should be following, imagining that these rules guaranteed some kind of holiness, yet they still had inner conflicts, emotional wounding, and contradictory desires, which were not recognized or accepted in heart. By developing themselves this way, they made themselves quite useless in their capacity to love others with open heart, accept others as they are, and speak broad truth. Theyd repressed all the vigor and joy from their lives, and ended up like withered flowers, without perfume.

Q: Can you say something about Ascension and the time period up to 2013 A.D.? A: Actually, Im glad you brought it up. We really do need to talk about this before we end the seminar. So lets get into it a little bit.

Ascension and Earth Harvest

When I use the word Ascension, it means the same thing Harvest. The time of Ascension or Harvest is now, but centered around 2010-2014 A.D., so it is coming up pretty soon [or rather, its here now]. Its considered to be the time when 3D life on Earth ends. Actually, it is a cosmic dimensional shift, and although it has tremendous importance for human beings, it is not a cycle or a phenomenon dependent upon or created by human beings. We can affect it in some ways, but it is not born of the womb of human process. The idea behind Ascension is that only those 3rd density souls (98% of the population that arent Wanderers) whove developed sufficient love, whove activated heart chakra to a certain degree, will remain on the planet in a changed world. And so, its a harvest of their increased light and awareness, but as a planetary event, harvest is much more than that. Christians call it the rapture, which indicates a catching-up at a higher level. Actually, its a wondrous event in the life of the galaxy, and the main event now in this sector of the galaxy. You may think that harvest is a scary word, but it has nothing to do with evil ETs or Satan. Its just a Christian term that relates to the idea that evolution is like plants growing in a garden -- and that at the end of the season, which in this case means the end of earths 3D cycle, only the plants or souls whove flowered in love and compassion will go forward. It is a completely natural cosmic event, and happens on all worlds that progress by dimensional shift. After Harvest, most of the Wanderers, who themselves come from 6D, will go home to their higher-dimensional worlds. Very few Wanderers will remain on the Earth at that point, and there are only two groups of ET souls who will remain. The first group is the 4th density Wanderers now in human form, including whats called indigo children, although there still arent too many of them here. These are 4th dimensional souls who already understand love, whove already developed heart-consciousness, and for them earth will become their new 4th density home. Theyre just here a little bit early, a little before our world enters its next dimensional energy condition. If you think about this, you can realize that higher density souls dont really need to be here at all, but have totally chosen of their own free will to help out here for a little while. When the world makes its Ascension, their job is over. Earth will have enough support from other ET

groups, and anyway, the only souls wholl remain are those who can love -- so theyll be able to build their own society quite harmoniously. But there will be yet another 3D cycle of evolution later, and if you are looking for a challenge, you can certainly volunteer to come back again! To be honest, many 6D Wanderers here today, whether or not they are sleeping or awake to their soul identity, will return here to help out in the next 3D civilization. And theyll probably incarnate alongside many of the same souls whom theyve already been working with, through whatever karmic ties theyve developed in past lives. If youre interested, Ill pass around a signup sheet, and Ill pass it on to the Confederation. Maybe you can get a special deal if you sign up for another tour of 3D duty even before going back home maybe youll be a King or Queen! Well, seriously, there are already plans being made in higher dimensions and within certain segments of the Confederation, in terms of how to help Earth during that next 3D cycle of evolution. Im sure some 6D Wanderers now in physical body are part of the planning work, sharing their insights and experience of trying to help human beings today. Maybe some of you are also involved in that work, during your night time out-of-body travels and at higher levels of your total being. Of course, you probably wouldnt remember it, but it may be happening. Ive met more than a few Wanderers who feel like their home-density group is also sharing their life-experience to better understand humanity and how to offer effective world service. This is not as far-out as you may think. The best way to understand how to help human beings on Earth is to come live among them. This is definitely one of the purposes of some Wanderers in the world today, and its a form of intelligence gathering. Of course, its all in the name of love-light, discovering the main patterns of mind distortion, and trying to help people come back to their own true nature.

Final Comments

So, let me try to pull all this together, and give you some final comments. In the teaching of Higher Self from 6th density, from the RA group, there is a saying that Id like to share. They say that the original desire of the Creator is that entities (souls) seek and become One. This kind of seeking is the heart of spiritual growth. And as we continue along this path of seeking and learning, eventually we do become One -- joining in full awareness with Creator.

But this seeking is not really the seeking for something new, and were not trying to make something thats not yet been made. Its basically seeking to become what we already are, our true and original nature. You may remember that I said before, that the understanding and lesson of 6th chakra, which corresponds to 6th density or the home state of Higher Self, is about true self-value and self-appreciation. In 6D and when 6th chakra is fully developed, we realize the infinite value of Self as Ra says, how we are complete and whole and perfect. This is our true nature, and in this nature love, wisdom, will and intelligence are fully developed and expressed. To become One means to return to our true nature, which is the same as Higher Self, or the awareness that everything we see, everything there is, all life and light and essence, is none other than ourselves, which is the Cosmic Self. For the ET group called RA whose teachings I use so much, this is called the Law of One: the truth of unity, the fundamental eternal union of self and God, man and universe, all that is. There are basically three keys to this path of returning to One. They are will, faith, and balance. Will is the power to make choices, the power to understand whats essential. It is not power over others, although the will can certainly be used that way. But in the loving use of will, or will as its used on the path of service to others, its the power to understand the effects of our choices, to take responsibility for these effects and not blame others, and the power to apply love-wisdom to these very same effects. This is the power to face our karma and the consequences of our thoughts, words, and deeds. Will also confers the power to continue seeking in the face of both hardship and success. Faith is also a 6D quality, as is Will, but its a little more internally focused. Faith is the ability to truly appreciate the freedom and mystery of what we are, to realize that we dont really all we are in essence. And faith allows us to be OK with that not-knowing. Such faith can also help us develop a trust that even though were not fully enlightened in time and space, the Self is a great being, and we are powerful and capable at core, no matter how dysfunctional our mental patterns. This is basically trusting in yourself. It is a basic level of trust in the buried, hidden treasure of the divine being that is our true nature. Faith that we are good, and that the Universe is basically a kind place. Of course, experiences of unity in deep meditation, selflessness, and joy all help strengthen such faith. And lastly, balance is needed to continue walking the spiritual path and get up when we fall down, either from exhaustion, discouragement, or just plain indifference. It is hard to keep

learning and seeking when life brings all sorts of challenges. Its hard to keep going when we never truly get what we want, and when we do, we quickly discover it doesnt fulfill us as much as wed hoped. Balance also means taking care of body, mind, spirit -- knowing and accepting our needs, and trying to fulfill them with self-love and clear mind. Knowing and using our power, trusting ourselves with faith in the process, and trying to keep balanced in all ways (body, mind, spirit; higher and lower; self and society) all this leads us along the path to becoming or returning to One. Along the Way, we see that the heart of this path is to merge self with self, other, and Creator -- which means union with all. These are idealistic words, but we really can live this path every day, in practical ways, if we know how. As far as I understand, and based on what Ive learned from teachers who are themselves at the level of Higher Self in 6D, this is basically the purpose of life. It is not that complicated. But you can find hundreds of books on UFOs, ETs and all sorts of New Age teaching and channeling. Although what Im saying here makes sense, you should weigh it against the other ideas youve heard and read before, and discover for yourself the teachings that are useful or valuable, and which of them are just a waste of your time. We shouldnt fool ourselves either: many people spend a lot of time reading books and listening to channels whose information doesnt do much to really help us return to One. In the next 10-15 years before 3D Harvest and Ascension into 4th density, there will be many changes here. Some of these changes will involve UFO sightings, ET contact, good and evil showing themselves in various ways. It will be very important for all of us to stay in balance during these times of great social upheaval, because many people around us will become quite confused, far more confused than you are. It will be very important to keep an open heart, a clear cool mind, and a lot of discernment during the next decade. If you really want to help the world, each day by every single interaction you can definitely help people. It is all a matter of attitude: if you really want to help, just be kind, helpful, and sensitive to every person who crosses your path, in every situation every day. But I think its also true that the kind of learning were doing today, listening to these ideas and having a little study together, reflecting inwardly and trying to integrate whats useful for each of us -- this is also a form of preparing ourselves to help the world better in the next decade. Of course, your ability to help depends totally on your spiritual integration and maturity, and ultimately, on the degree of the unity in consciousness shown by just how much you can

accept your feelings, know truth, and be kind to yourself in all ways. This is not as easy as it sounds, and all of us have parts of ourselves we really dont like, and parts of ourselves that are basically just angry and frustrated with life. I think its less important to develop powerful chi in the body, or activate high energy in the third eye, than to heal these forgotten portions of self. And everyone has them, you as well as I. Although this healing is not too exciting, and can be quite painful, whatever portion isnt done will definitely block your further progress, and can lead to more serious imbalance in the future. You can also have faith that everything you want spiritually -- freedom and joy, love and more connection to others and the Universe -- everything is available if you know how to bring it into your life. If you seek these things sincerely in your heart, and trust theyre already within you, slowly theyll grow larger and larger. But you have to be really honest with yourself, and not hide from yourself in any way. To the extent that we hide from ourselves, we cant have complete freedom and joy. You cant have freedom while you still keep self-rejection, and we cant enjoy self-acceptance when we still have self-deception. Of course, its not easy to do deep work on body/mind/spirit, but we can do a little every day, and thats enough. So again, thank you for coming to this seminar [and for reading the transcript]. It has been my pleasure to be here, and its been useful for my own learning. I also want to thank you for coming to Earth, since many of you here [and reading at home] are surely Wanderers from elsewhere. It is a brave and noble thing that youre here on Earth at this time, willing to make the effort needed to learn and grow and try to help others.
