On behalf of EXTRANET SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD (a subsidiary company of Enterprise Software Solutions, NJ, USA), I am pleased to offer you employment as SAP Basis Consultant. You are requested to join at the earliest but not later than 25 July 2011.

APPENDIX-A TO LETTER OF OFFER The Original appointment letter will be issued subject to your acceptance of this offer and submission of the following documents, at the time of joining: a) A copy of your appointment letter all pages from your current organization, Copy of the letter indicating any change in designation/salary. b) Copy of your Letter of Offer and last Salary Statement from your previous employer, if applicable and FORM-16 (if availed). c) Clearance (Relieving letter or Letter of resignation acknowledged) & Service Certificate from all your previous employers, if applicable. d) Kindly sign the duplicate copy of this offer letter as a token of your acceptance and send it back to us, failing which this offer stands withdrawn, unless such date is extended and communicated to you in writing by us . e) Originals of all your educational qualification certificates, proof of age and copy of passport if available. f) Passport Size Photographs - 04.

Dear ___________, By signing the offer letter dated _____ from ESS with designation as ________ you will be accepting to the below mentioned terms: You acknowledge your understanding that upon receipt of your herein signed acceptance to this Offer of Employment, ESS will incur expenses in preparing for your employment and will stop searching for an employee to fill the position. If after accepting employment, you do not honor your commitment and fail to appear on the date scheduled for the commencement of your employment, ESS will incur damages as a result of your failure to honor your commitment to ESS. He / She who terminates this clause is liable to pay a reasonable estimation of these damages i.e. Rs. 5,00,000/-. He who terminates his contract of employment with in one year is liable to pay all the expenses for training incurred by ESS including the Attorney Fees which amounts to Rs. 5,00,000/-. You are required to issue sixty days notice in advance to ESS in case you wish to discontinue your employment after one year of your employment, failing which you are liable for all the expenses incurred by ESS including the Attorney fees which amounts to Rs. 5,00,000/-.

You are willing to sign a bond with us for 12 months and you need to provide cheque signed for 5,00,000/All disputes arising out of his employment contract is subjected to the jurisdiction of Law Courts at Vijayawada.
