2003 - 2010: Facility Manager - Retail Store Implementing and administering sales strategies that includes inventory, display, fiscal and personnel scheduling for the purpose of maximizing the resources provided in the operations of the retail store and processing department. Supervises assigned personnel to include hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling and training to insure an efficient operation of the day to day activities of the retail store and processing department. Oversees daily maintenance and care of the physical store for the purpose of providing a safe, secure, and orderly facility to the benefit of customers and employees alike. Would also implement and maintain established system of record keeping and report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill as well as to Federal, State and private agencies with a need to know. 2001 - 2003: Assistant Facility Manager - Retail Store Duties consisted of assisting the manager of Sales and Operations in planning, organizing, implementing and directing the facility programs and operations. 1997 - 2001: Instructor/ Supervisor of Production Directed staff utilizing equipment in the sorting, grading, hanging, categorizing, pricing and distribution of donated merchandise. Management of personnel in bailing, storage and shipment of salvage textiles. Establish and administer production quotas. Staffing resources including hiring, training and disciplinary actions as needed. Direct clients training program assigned under

guidance by rehabilitation teams. Maintain a system of record keeping to fulfill the requirements for organization reporting to Federal, State and private agencies. Coordinated and reported to Director of Operations. 1995 - 1997: Assistant Manager - Retail Store Responsibilities consisted of direct training in P.O.S. systems, 10 key data entry and stocking incoming merchandising. Responsible for opening and closing of store, daily reports and daily transactions. Assisted in the client training program under the guidance of the rehabilitation services. Coordinated and report to store manager 1987 - 1995: Sales/Cashier - Retail Store Responsibilities consisted of P.O.S. systems and 10 Key data entry.
