HEAVY ENGINEERING CORPORATION LTD., an ISO-9001:2008 Company, Ranchi, Jharkhand, a pioneer Heavy Engineering Company consisting of three manufacturing units viz. Foundry Forge Plant (FFP), Heavy Machine Building Plant (HMBP), Heavy Machine Tools Plant (HMTP) and a Project Division requires quotation from firms / agencies having proven track record as Specialist Recruitment Services for selection of JM (Trainee), AM(Trainee) ,Diploma Engineers & Sub-Accountant (Trainee) having specialization in the Engineering Disciplines of Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/ Metallurgy / Civil , Chemical, Personnel and Finance/ Accounting etc.

Eligibility Criteria: 1. Experience of similar work executed during the last two years (minimum), details like value, clients to be mentioned by the firms/agencies enclosing documentary evidence. 2. Permanent Account Number (PAN) of Income Tax Department in the name of the firm, Service Tax Registration Number, VAT registration number etc. Other Terms & Conditions: 1) Taxes and duties: All statutory taxes & duties have to be borne by the firm/agency. Statements like Inclusive of taxes or taxes and duties extra for Quoted rate will not be acceptable. 2) Conditional quoted rates will not be considered and such offers will be rejected. 3) Payment terms: Payment will be made in two phase only against bills raised by the agency. 1st phase- Advertisement charges as per actual. 2nd phase- Rest of payment after completion of total work covered under work order. Earnest Money: 1) Interested & eligible Firm/ Agency should submit Earnest Money of value Rs. 15000/(Rupees fifteen thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft (DD) along with the offer. DD should be drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd., payable at Ranchi. Offers without Earnest Money will be summarily rejected. 2) Earnest Money of the unsuccessful tenderer /firm/agency will be refunded immediately after finalization of the work contract on receiving a written request from the party/agency. 3) For the successful tenderer, the Earnest Money will be converted to Security Deposit which will be refunded after completion of work contract on receiving a written request from the successful tenderer. 4) No interest shall be payable on Earnest Money and Security Deposit.

Receiving application from candidates ONLINE, creation of database, collection of Registration Form & Demand Draft and remitting the same to HEC Ltd. Processing of Call letters for interview to the eligible candidates only. Preparation of discipline wise list of eligible candidates under different category of reservation as per Government Directives as applicable. Presenting final list of eligible and qualified candidates. Dispatch of Interview consultation with HEC Ltd. letter in NA
