Course: PGDM Name of the organization: ITC LTD. SBU: Packaging and Printing Business Title of the Project: NC material Reduction from RDC and Gravure printing process & Make Ready and Job changeover time reduction from the same printing plant. Business case: Twenty four percent NC materials getting generated at RDC that causing higher rework cost, waste generation & opportunity loss and that also affecting deliveries to the customer. Description: This was basically a process improvement project. In order to enhance productivity we need to Reduce NC material from the process, we have to analyze each stage of NC generation and suggesting ways to reducing the same and forecasting benefit in terms of monitory value.

Interests and achievements:

Class coordinator and organizer of many events in school/college level. Participated in various quiz competition, achieved prizes for debate competition in collage level competitions. Organizing committee member of management event in PG level named as ElFuego, in that I was the organizer of one of the main events named Publicity. I got excellent feedback from ITC management after completion of my project.

Fund collected for good cause like Orphan child Rehabilitation.

Hobbies:
