systems. Computational Sciences will become even more multidisciplinary than in the past and many technological tools will be, for instance, integrated to explore biological systems and submicron devices. This will have a major impact in our everyday lives. Airplanes, rails and cars have become better and faster than ever. Dams, bridges and buildings have become larger and stronger than ever, all thanks to the fast and reliable means of computer aided design and analysis. There is no doubt that the importance of the field of computational sciences is incontestable.
