The Wage and HOlT[ Division is responsible fur the administration and enforcement of a number of'Federal
laws involving labor standards. These include the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave
Act, Public Contracts AC1, Service Contracts Act, and Title 11 of the Consumer Credit Protection Act The
Division also has certain responsibilities under the Davis Bacon Act and related statutes, including the
Contract Work Hours and Satety Standards Act
