Option 1
In this option, everything is provided from construction materials, technology infrastructure set up, system set up, Office space set-up, business permit application, wiring, internet connection, finding an office, provision of database & software, website building, video creation and the landlord/lease contract agreement.

Option 2
For option 2; the only difference between option 1 and this option is that you will be handling the costs of construction materials & equipment. This is preferable to some clients because more control over costs & specifications of supplies & equipment is retained by the client, meaning the full control in saving equipment cost; clients can downgrade the specs, purchase second hand items, remove some items from the lists among other savings options. Also, Windows7 is not required as an OS, operations can be run through Linux or WindowsXP to save money. Clients can also purchase as few as 10 computers, then add more later or purchase second hand computers. The consultancy fee covers the A-Z set-up, it does not include any cost for construction, I.T., etc.

How to get started with my service?

Once the business plan is approved then we would need to sign the SLA between me and your company and notarize the document. 4. I will have a team find an office for you according to your requirement (4days maximum) 5. We will start making a lay-out for the office space to ensure that there is no wasted space but yet a comfortable working environment. Once the lay-out is approved by you, we will then start the construction. 6. One we found the office, my team and I will start working on the application of your internet, your business permit, your website content, your website design, your banner, your logo and your internet visibility. 7. We will start the recruitment advertisement. 8. Once it is fully operational, I will then start building your team in each department.
