Cheeseburger in Paradise!
On Friday, February 24 from 6 to 11 p.m. all employees are invited to come to the KSU Alumni Center all employees are invited to come to the 2nd Annual Employee Appreciation Event! Employees will be recognized for one year, five years, ten years, up to 30 plus years of service! Additionally, there will be some really great door prizes including an iPad and a TV! There will be a delicious cheeseburger buffet and a cash bar for some yummy summery drinks; including margaritas. In true Jimmy Buffett fashion, kick back, relax and dress in your favorite beach bum attire...What does that mean? Flip flops, Hawaiian shirts, straw hats, leis and grass shirts! There will be a DJ for dancing and other fun entertainment. If you are working that night, dont worry you will still receive 10 raffle tickets so you wont miss out the chance to win a prize. Theres been a lot of effort put into the planning of the event so come out and see what its all about! KSU Basketball coach, Frank Martin is participating in the Infiniti Coaches Charity Challenge. For six weeks coaches from the nations top NCAA Division Is basketball teams will be competing to receive the most votes from fans. The coach with the most votes will be able to donate $100,000 to the charity of their choice. We can help Coach Martin support the Arthritis Foundation by voting. Feta Dip

Chocolate PB Sandwiches
Ingredients: 3 cups chopped chocolate 4 tablespoons shortening 12 halved graham crackers 2 cups creamy peanut butter Directions: 1. Melt chocolate & shortening over a double boiler, stirring to melt 2. Dip each graham cracker into chocolate & let set on wax paper 3. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter over the top of each graham cracker & place in freezer for 10 or more minutes 4. Slowly & carefully spoon melted chocolate over top & sides of peanut butter 5. Let it set up in freezer for 10 minutes 6. ENJOY! Submitted by Brian Haase

Ingredients: Olive Oil 1 block (1 lb) feta cheese Tomatoes (about 3 Roma) 1 bunch green onion 1 baguette (fresh from the bakery) Greek seasoning (if you cant find this use oregano, salt &pepper) Directions: 1. Wet a large platter generously with olive oil 2. Dice the green onion and tomatoes & toss them on the olive oil 3.Crumble the feta and add to the platter 4. Sprinkle about 3 tsp on top & gently mix it all together 5. Cut the baguette up into thin slices to dip 6. ENJOY! YUM!
